Al is the best. We actually have been going to Al for years. He is so patient with our grumpy senior dog. He always makes him look great. Will continue to go to Al for years to come. Always does an amazing job. We feel comfortable knowing he’s in good hands.

My groomer did a fabulous job on my Japanese Chin for her 1st time grooming him. I was very pleased. A little pricey. Suggestions Coupon or %off for steady customers!!!!!!

Our first time there so we were a little nervous getting our cat shaved. The experience couldn't have been better. They took such good care of her. They are so pleasant and very nice. We'll be going no where else and we're taking our dog there too. Thank you so much you guys!

I am so upset by my experience here. The front desk personnel were nice and professional. But the grooming was horrible. I took my std poodle here for the first time, while my dog had some matting she was able to be combed out for the most part. The groomer disregarded my wishes and the picture I showed and shaved my dog ALL the way down. They were more expensive than any other groomer I’ve been to in 10 yrs. They must be good with short hair breeds, but don’t ever bring your poodle, doodle, or curley haired dog there. Follow up: the groomer said she would shave her ears and head-that I understood. I don’t think you all have ever had a poodle there it seems. You do not SHAVE a poodle to the skin just bc their hair is curly and needs to be combed. Your receptionist offered a credit on my dogs “next visit” is what she said. I would have gladly taken a refund for the cut my dog received. You could have called me back instead of replying rudely to my honest review. I’m honestly completely horrified by this entire experience.

Started using Hydrant after we saw razor burns and dried blood after grooming at a national chain. About the same price and much better for the dog - does not exhibit stress on pickup and the grooming is good.

The Hydrant is a great place. They have a great selection of food and products for your babies plus the groomers are the best. Stephanie is wonderful! She has taken exceptional care of my boys (Toby and tanner) for years. I so appreciate the loving care and patience she has given to my now senior fur baby!

Great Haircuts great help place

They did return my call promptly about grooming (they do groom cats). Unfortunately my cat passed before I could get her in. I have heard great things about them. I think the groomer is Monday thru Thursday but call first, they will call you back ????.

They are real good with my senior dog.

This places always friendly super nice and if you have a animal aggressive dog such as myself they take special care as well you don't need an appointment typically to get the nails clipped but I recommend 2 weeks in advance for your grooming appointment Amazing customer service

My small dog has been there many times she’s been groomed I have other pets in the pass required to be shaved but I did not think they can cut my dog I need 6 stitches !!!!

The service was outstanding! My paw babies loved it.

Never a thorough service. I have a 50lb shepherd mix and she is ALWAYS done within an hour. There was even a time where she was done in LITERALLY 15 minutes. I paid for the wash, dry, and de-shed. I know for a fact it takes more than 15 minutes JUST to wash a dog, let alone have to brush, dry, de-shed, etc. I guess it explains why she is still VERY damp afterwards. Come to find it is a school for those who are training to be a dog groomer. I'm not opposed to this, just think that it should have been explained when I made the appointments so then I would have had a choice. I guess it explains why the service is ALWAYS inconsistent.

Great dog grooming. Affordable price

I’ve been taking my Shih Tzu there for years, he always gets a cut, bath the whole 9 and I’ve always paid less than $40 and today I ONLY wanted a bath for him, I was charged $55!!!!! Seriously?! Not sure if prices went up since COVID but that’s ridiculous, I will not be going back.

Great place to take your dog! Staff is always real friendly and Selina always takes such great care of my Luna! She usually gets very nervous about people touching her paws, but Selina has really gained her trust! She always looks great after a visit but most importantly I know she is well taken care of!

Wonderful staff! Maria in the front is so friendly and knowledgeable. She’s always been so helpful and kind whenever I had questions and has never made me feel like an inconvenience when I needed her to accommodate my schedule to take my Yorkie for a grooming. The Hydrant is lucky to have such a great employee like her! Keep up the GREAT work Maria! I’ll be a returning customer!
