Dr Cohan has been my Vet for many years. His Team at Highland Park are professional and very courteous.

I had a nice first experience at highland park veterinary clinic. They were able to fit me in with little notice, made sure I knew where to go and any Covid procedures, and were very compassionate to my pet’s medical issues. I don’t have a long history here but intend on making this our primary vet. Cute dogs at the desk too (behind a gate not loose).

I have only been living in Illinois for a few months. My cat started to worry me and I called to enroll as a new patient after finding this vet close by. The front desk was kind and helpful and Dr. Fink was amazing. She was caring, knowledgable, and honest. For not having a prior relationship with the vet, I felt overwhelmingly cared for while there getting help.

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years and the staff is always so kind and helpful! They work fast which is awesome. Carla is always so sweet, kind, and welcoming. :)

We came in for the first time with our new puppy and felt right at home with Dr. Fink and the rest of the staff.

We drive 20 minutes and pass numerous vet clinics along the way, just to see Dr. Cohen and the team at Highland Park Vet! They simply are the best!

Staff and doctors couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. I called in a panic about my cat and the front desk was incredibly helpful, caring and got me in right away. Dr. Fink took her time with me and my cat. She sat down and played with her while I explained what was going on, and she patiently walked me through her diagnosis and recommended treatment. I also appreciated their COVID protocols: I checked in from my car and waited there until a clean exam room was available (~5 minutes), so my cat and I could go straight in and get settled.

Dr. Cohen & his staff are incredibly caring and skilled. Identified and guided us through 2 ortho surgeries for our yorkie. Especially appreciate how responsive they are with emergencies and questions. Highly recommend.

I was able to get in same day with Dr. Fink. She and the HPVT team were great with my dog. I could tell he felt so comfortable with them and I couldn't be happier with the service we received.

I'm very impressed with Highland Park Veterinary Clinic. I've taken my cat in two times over the past year (ear and skin issues) and the staff have been so caring, professional, and competent. The doctors explained what they were doing and gave great advice for cat care. The technicians were very caring and patient with my cat and the office staff was friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

We have been going to Dr. Cohen for 8 years now and absolutely love him. We found the clinic when we lived above wicker park vet clinic, and have followed Dr. Cohen to highland park so he could continue taking care of our animals. He truly cares about his patients, and always discusses options with owners. Today, our dog got in to some rat poison and I was freaking out. I called the clinic around 12pm and the incredible receptionist was able to talk to the vet and see us during their lunch time. It was so appreciated. This was not the first time they have fit our trouble making husky in for an emergency. I will continue to drive 45 minutes from the city to see dr Cohen as long as I have dogs. He's fantastic.

If this isn't your vet, you are out of your mind. Dr. Cohen, Nancy, Carla and staff are the absolute best! I have been to MANY vets with my special needs dogs and I will never leave them! Super knowledgeable, friendly, takes their time, and gives advice and options. The absolute best people on the planet!!

With much sadness, we had to put our dog, Rita, down yesterday and were in need of a nearby vet. Dr. Cohen was highly recommended.We called them first thing in the morning and explained the situation. The receptionist was so sympathetic and accommodating. When we arrived, Dr. Cohen came right out to talk to us and to get Rita. He spent a great deal of time with us, and made a very, very difficult time for us easier. What a compassionate Dr. He even called back later to see how we were doing. We are so grateful to have found them and just registered our other pup as a new patient. Thank you so much to the entire staff!

Dr. Cohen and his team could not be more wonderful! They take such great care of our dog, who is like a child to us. I highly recommend this practice.

Having worked at and been a client to several veterinary clinics, I believe I have the knowledge and ability to discern a good vet hospital from a poor one. This facility was flawless and provided excellent care. Take your pet here and you will have no regrets. Thank you for your services!

Dr. Cohen, not sure where to start! I get very nervous dropping/taking my dog to the vet, but this time it was so different! I had peace of mind when they took my girl to an exam room. Dr. Cohen is one of the kindest, professional, understandable, caring, knowledgeable doctor! Takes his time to explain everything to the smallest details and takes an amazing care of my girl!Hands down the best veterinary office in North Shore area!

Highland Park Vet is the best! Dr Cohen and his team always takes great care of my dogs when needed. We have older dogs that have a variety of ailments at this point so we visit often unfortunately. Highland Park always treats my pups as if they are their own and always keep me well updated. I recommend them always.

Dr. Cohen has been looking after our cat for a number of years at the Wicker Park location. However, my wife and I have moved to the far northwest side of the city. While it can be a pain to drive to/from Wicker Park, we did it because of the awesome experience and care the entire staff provides to our furry friend. The Highland Park location provides us with another location given we're sort of in the middle of the two clinics. We recently had our first appointment at the Highland Park location with Dr. Cohen. The level of service and care was no different than the Wicker Park location. I would highly recommend both location.

Dr. Cohen is awesome. My dogs love him and the staff. The staff members all seem to care a lot about their fur patients and call to check up on them regularly, especially if your dog had a procedure done. This is the one vet my fur babies have not hated going back to :-)

Always a great experience. My pup needed a sick visit, I was able to email Dr Cohen for advice, schedule an appt that afternoon, and get her checked out and on the toad to feeling better. She is a young dog who wasn’t to keen on being examined but a little peanut butter made it okay for her.

We just got a new puppy.. our first puppy experience. Dr. Cohen patiently answered many questions during our first visit And, the staff that we have interacted with so far have been very friendly and helpful!

We have several pets. They are each unique in their veterinary needs. This vet practice has managed each one appropriately. Dr Jacob Cohen listens to what we, as pet parents say/report, and explains options and outcomes in ways we can understand. We have been at other practices in our many years and realize that we are fortunate to have found this veterinarian.

Great experience! Even in a COVID environment, the staff was helpful and friendly and took great care of my dog.
