Kriser's Natural Pet Glen Ellyn, Illinois

This place is great! My dog is a big baby and was treated with so much love! He smelled so good when I picked him up. Nails were nicely groomed and I could tell she cleaned his teeth! I highly recommend Samantha as a groomer!

Great selection of dog treats and our cats love the little knit cat nip figures.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Sam if you're dog needs a grooming. She is amazing with my 9 year old Border Collie/Lab. Sam is always sure to give my dog the best grooming and truely enjoys what she does! Overall Kriser's is wonderful for both natural pet retail and groomings!

I recently brought my dog in to be groomed. Sam the groomer did an amazing job. She had him smelling great when I picked him up, nails looked amazing, just over great experience. Everyone in there that was working made me feel welcome, seems like great management.

We have been taking our dog Murphy to Samantha for grooming for almost 3 years. Samantha is so patient, sweet and attentive to every dog. Murphy gets so excited when he sees her and doesn't want to leave. She always gives him a great groom and pays attention to all the details. We wouldn't consider taking him to be groomed by anyone other than Samantha. She is truly the Best.

This is a great place with high quality ingredients and a great atmosphere but to be honest We only started coming here only because of our long time groomer, Sam. We’ve been happy to tag along because she is JUST THAT AMAZING! From the very first time she groomed our Dalmatian and Retriever mix, we knew it was a match! We tried another groomer and NEVER AGAIN! Sams love and care for our dogs (and us) completely radiates off of her and there is NOTHING she won’t do for us. And that says A LOT considering both of our dogs are high energy and not the easiest to work with. One of our dogs has anxiety and scares easily and DIDNT take to her at first, but that did NOT stop Sam from winning him over and earning his trust to the point where he is over the moon to go see her instead of being petrified. TRUST ME when I say Sam is your girl if you’re an overprotective and picky dog parent like myself. Shes organized and keeps you updated and is always involving us with the process which helps ease our mind. We will follow her anywhere (and we have) GO SEE HER!!!

Jamie is the best groomer! She has groomed my Great Danes and Irish Wolfhound and done a fabulous job with all of them. They were all rescues and had issues but she was so calm and good with them they love going.

Samantha was a gentle and quick groomer for our Frenchie. He didn't want to leave the store! Great selection of raw dog food and great customer service too!

I have been taking my dog Lucy to get groomed by Samantha for several months now. She does an amazing job and is so professional and friendly. She treats Lucy like her own and truly cares about all of the dogs she grooms. I have always been impressed with her service and Lucy always leaves the store looking so clean and polished. Samantha always listens to my requests and has exceeded my expectations every time. I have developed a great relationship with the entire staff at Kriser’s and will continue to shop here and use their grooming services. I strongly recommend Kriser’s to anyone looking for a new groomer or an awesome place to shop. You won’t be disappointed!

We took our puppy to get groomed at Krisers. We were recommended by a friend who also goes there. Brooke groomed our little Bernedoodle, Rudy and he looks fabulous! She wasn’t sure puppies would sit for a full groom but her patience and kindness with Rudy accomplished a full groom!!! Kriser's Glen Ellyn and Naperville location take care of your pet's needs! So thankful for the time and energy spent with my large airedale terrier who always needs special attention to detail in grooming and care. The staff and groomers are well-trained and always remember who you are and your pet's name.

Friendly people and an amazing selection.

We took our Newfypoo to Krisers in Glen Ellyn for his first full groom. He is 6 months old and a bit of a handful. Brooke did such a wonderful job with his haircut!! I was nervous to see what he would look like and I loved it!! I would definitely recommend Brooke if you want your puppy to get a great haircut!

Jamie is an amazing groomer! She is patient with our puppy and calms him immediately on her table.

I have been to many Kriser’s locations throughout the Chicagoland, and the Glen Ellyn location is by far my favorite- the most helpful, kindest employees! After several years of shopping at Kriser’s, I finally switched groomers to one here, and Brooke was fantastic. Brooke listened to our comments, and our little guy came out cute and happy as a clam (all I can wish for after a grooming session). Thank you Brooke!!

I was so impressed with the way my dog's pedicure was done. She is a shy girl, but warmed up to the groomer immediately, went back, got her nails done in no time and was offered a treat bag as we paid and got ready to head for the car. Booking an appointment made this so easy and the personnel at the store are so friendly. Great store!

Wonderful people, great products, and best of all, Samantha the exceptional groomer. She is the only person for miles around who can properly take care of my greyhounds' nails and they love her!

I love the people who’s working in the store they are very nice people except the groomer because she’s very stubborn and she didn’t do where I ask her to do for my dog and she make me to go to the vet and ask the questions from the vet and they start laughing at me she didn’t shave my dog because she tell me the dog will die????But she didn’t know what she’s talking abou She is very stubborn

Brought my puppy here for her first ever groom. She was a nervous wreck but Samantha the Groomer was AMAZING! My pup will for sure be back. The grooming salon is extra secure and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I stopped by Kaiser’s a few weeks ago to grab some stuff for my 8 month old mutt. The staff is very knowledgeable & generous with their help/assistance. I didn’t get the person ringing me up’s name, but they were kind enough to sign me (and my dog) up for rewards and included a little cookie for him (which he loved) thanks so much! kindness goes a long way these days & my dog and i sincerely appreciated it :)

Just made another appointment for our pup to be groomed by Samantha! Lady loves to go for her "spa treatment" and I love how she looks and smells after. Great groomer!

Excellent service! I brought in my puppy for her second haircut and both times she's come out beautiful! The staff is knowledgeable and the products are varied and of superb quality. My point of sale was Lawrence, who was pleasant and expedient :) I'll be coming here for my pet needs!

I took my dog to get groomed here by Sam and she was fantastic! My goldendoodle tends to hate being groomed, but she loved Sam and was extremely happy. We also love the cut she got! Overall extremely happy and will definitely be back for Sam!

Krisers used to be a place a could take my dogs to get groomers and they would get one to one attention. No cages or kept in a kennel for a length of time. I wouldn’t recommend this Krisers as they are trying to make up for something and my dog was there for 4.5 hours kept in a cage half the day. I mine as well go to Petco if I want my dog in a cage for that long. Do NOT recommend
