Everyone there is fantastic. Very friendly atmosphere and it's very obvious that everyone who works there is an animal lover. The doctors take time to explain everything and all options to get your pet back to 100%. I moved a little further away but still a reasonable distance so I have no need to change to a closer vet.

My dogs and I are now clients for life! Dr. Stone is so kind and understanding and she listens and answers questions. There is no rush and their fees are reasonable and affordable. And the girls at the front desk are very nice and very helpful, as well. I feel blessed to have found this office and I understand why they are top rated and why many people in these ratings say that they even travel quite a bit to bring their pets here. I only wish that I had found them sooner but now that I have, I will never leave. A good Vet is everything when your fur babies are sick. I've been sooo sad... And while I know my doggy is getting old and her health may be seriously starting to slip, at least I can feel good in my heart and soul that I am giving her the very best care that I possibly can. And so today, I can feel a bit better. Thank you again, Dr. Stone and office. ❤

We moved from out of state and we’re referred here by our neighbor. The care was very thorough and affordable. The dogs both enjoyed their check ups!

From the staff that answers the phone and greet you when you arrive, to the veterinarians that take as much time as necessary to explain to you what's going on, this is the best place in the area if you have pets! We have been taking our dogs here for years, and have never once considered going anywhere else.

We cannot say enough good things about this veterinary clinic and staff. We had a sick elderly pet for which we ultimately had to make a hard decision. The staff was incredibly supportive, understanding, and accommodating, even on days they were already booked. We were treated with total compassion, and felt we couldn't have gotten through that experience without it. We will certainly be bringing whatever furry friends we have next to this wonderful vet!

Wow! Everyone from front desk to the doctor were fantastic. Not only did they inform me every step of the way, what to expect and offer advice but they were so loving with my dog. This will be our vet for life!

Really love this place! All staff members are friendly, informative, & helpful. Any vet we've met with was a good experience. We recently needed an ER appt for our dog and they were VERY accommodating & understanding. I felt comfort in knowing they did a thorough examine on our dog and provided a lot of information & resources based on what they thought was wrong + they even followed up a few days later to see how he was doing. You can tell this practice loves & is passionate about animals and they're GREAT at what they do! :) :)

We have been taking our dogs to the Gilbert's Animal Clinic for a little over 2 years now. Being first time dog owners we have a lot of questions and the staff is always friendly, helpful and willing to answers all of our questions and concerns. The staff is friendly and professional and we feel that our fur kids are in good safe hands every time we visit.

Always so caring and kind with my Max. The staff is considerate, knowledgeable, and well worth the drive we take to get there.

Very friendly customer service, very helpful diagnosis with dog, only complaint is Covid restrictions so they want to take ur power without you...but they even worked around that for me...

We have struggled to find a good vet for our dog for years. From the moment we dropped our dog off, you could tell the techs really cared about their job. They took the time to comfort my dog as he was was apprehensive at first. Very professional and Dr. Stone was very knowledgeable. She was honest and did not recommend things my dog didn’t necessarily need. Highly recommended.

Dr. Stone is the best! They aren't overly expensive, either

Great local vet! Got us in last minute on a Saturday, Dr Gilbertson had great suggestions and didn't cause panic. One small touch that we noticed that sounds small but shows how much thought is put in: they had a can of spray cheese in the exam room instead of the typical milkbones that most dogs in a stressful situation ignore. That's a small detail that says a lot about how they think about their clients and dogs

I’ve been taking my dogs here for a few years now. The staff is super friendly and the vet’s are always open to my holistic pet practices. They have fair prices on services and medication and they always advise me of the latest reward opportunities. Like most pet parents, I avoided the vet all summer because I felt uneasy about the curbside service but they were so good to me. They addressed all my concerns over the phone without being rushed and even sent me this cute photo while I waited in my car. Truly love them!

Amazing. They take great steps to make sure you are safe. Call, they come to the car and get your dog. They call you and talk to you about what's going on. Awesome.

They are very helpful and informative. They don't pressure you in to doing anything unneccessary.

Absolutely fantastic experience with all staff, every time. Complete and thorough canine exam was conducted in a manner that suited my very skittish and shy new dog. After a few months we came back and the dog was excited and friendly toward everyone. Positive experience in every way. Highly recommended.

We love Gilberts Animal Clinic! After moving to the area about a year ago, we were referred here by a neighbor and colleague, and we are so glad we were! Our dog Jiffy was diagnosed with cancer about a month ago, and Dr. Gilbertson and Dr. Stone(as well as all the techs and staff), have both been wonderful in their support and guidance through her treatment! Even during a time when there are extreme circumstances beyond anyone's control (Covid 19) making it hard to get ahold of people in the vet med field, Gilberts Animal Clinic has gone above and beyond to help answer any questions we have, even being willing to give us support and opinions on things that are outside of their norm. Thank you so much for helping take care of our girl!

Good people and they take good care of animals

This is the best clinic around by far! We’ve had great experiences with all their vets and staff, but we especially love Dr Stone. Everyone is so kind and they truly care about our pets.

Been going here for a couple of years with our two dogs. Fantastic care. Wonderful staff very attentive to our needs and overall great place for our Dogs care. While there are many closers vets we take the extra drive for their premium care.
