I have been taking my pets here for many years.The office staff is very friendly, in person and on the phone. Grooming for my cats and dogs is great. The doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate.

I had to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment but that is better than having to wait 2 or 3 hours at a walk in clinic. Masks were required so I like that. The place was clean. The Vet and techs were nice. So far I like this place. They have plenty of parking and I was seen pretty quickly. The prices are reasonable.

Me and my family have been customers with our animals for over 19 years while residing in the flossmoor area to FAH. It’s been in the past to current the professional care and quality has tremendously declined in which I’m doubtful, hesitant or having second guess, not good! I DO NOT REST SOLELY ON SUGGESTION OR FOLLOW UP CARE FROM FAH. FAH IS NOT THE PLACE FOR PREVENTIVE CARE even with our pets regularly scheduled visits. ( every two weeks to be exact ). Simply put, the staff has failed us on more than once. Why we remain? Kerri is our grooming tech specifically and she sometimes has insight to see them more closely with their visits twice a month in her direct care. Best regards

5* all the way. from my first visit ever in 2010 with my rescue pet up until now it's been 1st class all the way. dr rausch is the only vet i will trust. never retire!

I had to sadly put my dog down and they made it so easy (as it could probably be) they we're AMAZING!! Very compassionate an very kind. Dr Rachel Willard and staff are absolutely incredible!!!

Dr Rachal Willard is the best in the area she takes care of my Dog like he is her own very professional and Compassionate everyone in the office is very nice cant say enough about Flossmoor Animal Hospital

it's a very good hospital for your pets

This was my first visit with my dog and they were very caring and attentive to his needs. I truly appreciate the great care.

I have been taking my cats there since 1999. I've known nothing but compassion, care and professionalism. This handsome 9 year old was rescued by them and cared for by them before I adopted him.

The best veterinary clinic! Dr. Willard has saved the lives of two of my Pomeranians over the years. The staff is wonderful. Grooming and boarding are great.I have been going there 30 years. I highly recommend them! I give them 5 stars.

Way over booked, 2-3 week wait for a injured pet? They should be ashamed of themselves.... either hire less people or get less clients

I’ve been going here for years for my 2 dogs & they always treat them so well. I can always count on them to squeeze them in Incase of an emergency. They’re just extremely reliable & people I definitely trust.

I was very impressed with Dr. Willard, she was knowledgeable and very gentle and loving to my cat who is 17 years old. The clinic is very clean also. I would recommend this facility.

Not a good experience. Office personnel that answered the phone was rude, groomer that came out to receive our dogs at drop off was rude, and the office manager that called back to address our complaint was tone deaf and... rude. I don’t need that kind of treatment from someone I am leaving my pets with and paying for a service.
