Odyssey Veterinary Clinic Fitchburg, Illinois

I have always been happy here. This is a great facility with fantastic employees. I have always felt that my dog has recieved the best care at Odyssey!! I highly recommend Odyssey Vet clinic to everyone! Every Veterinarian is excellent.

I've only been here for one appointment so far, but my experience was fantastic. My cat had to be seen by a vet urgently and emergency vets were full the night before. I called Odyssey in the morning, and they got me in a little less than two hours after I called. They were full, but they were able to find room to see my cat. The appointment and care they gave to my cat was fantastic as well. I was told the cost of everything prior to it being done and nothing unnecessary was suggested. My cat is scared of new people and being in unfamiliar places at first, but the Vet Tech and Veterinarian made him feel comfortable. He will need to be seen again because his issues are more severe, but I'm sure that the care he gets will continue to be great.

I called them several times one day to try to establish business with them regarding my cats and dog. I called during business hours and was cut off every single time. This was the one veterinary clinic, in the new town where my new house is located, with whom I wanted to do business and no one could be bothered to give me the time of day. Too, there are multitudes of veterinary clinics almost everywhere. I would be delighted to speak with them to try to change my mind...but this was my first, not so good, impression.

I have nothing but good things to say. We got a new rescue in November who unfortunately tested positive for heartworms. Dr. Stokes and the clinic overall have been amazing! They have taken great care of our baby and she went through the treatments. Dr. Stokes has been very thorough and very honest throughout the process. The clinic has happily answered all of the 18 million questions I have asked over the last few months and I never feel like I am a bother. Our other dog goes there as well and they are very patient with him. He is a very anxious dog who requires a bit of extra TLC. I will happily continue to take both of our fur babies to Odyssey. :)

My two dogs have been patients of Odyssey Veterinary Clinic for years. They have always been well taken care of there. The staff is wonderful.

Excellent and experienced vets and vet techs that provide compassionate care for your animals. They have been the vet clinic for my cars for over 20 years.

They were absolutely fabulous! We have a new kitty just a few weeks old adopted from a farm. We requested an emergency appointment , got in the next day, very efficient, caring and compassionate! Thank you everyone at Odyssey!

Love this clinic! They are very clean and professional. They take care of my pets physical health as well as giving tips and advice for mental wellbeing!

Amazing, caring vets & staff. Its a bit more expensive, but 100% worth the service, care, empathy and time they put into each person & their pets. I wouldn't go to a cheaper vet because I know I wouldn't get the same service.

Great care given to my two cats.

I was going to bring my cat to Odyssey Vet Care but upon reviewing their website I found that they still declaw cats with laser surgery. I wanted to write this review for anyone else who believes that declawing is wrong. If you are considering working with them, consider supporting a different vet office that does not allow cats to be declawed.

They have my pet's best interests in mind and are always very caring.

Great vet. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced for most things. The office is very nice and the staff is helpful, professional, and friendly. Prescriptions (including prescription food) are often significantly more expensive than other sources, but they're excellent about sending prescriptions out if you find a better place to buy it. Estimates on procedures are also accurate and all inclusive (pre meds, lab work, and take home meds are all in it, too), so I've never been surprised by the final total cost of procedures through them.
