I left a good review 5 months ago check out pic but this time it was a poor quality experience. Their examination fee went up by a lot and I was okay with it. Get there and show the vet tech the medications my dog is already she takes 15 second look and says got it. We waited for a 30 mins then the call from the vet telling us what’s going and that he needed a X-ray to see if it’s they think X-ray was 230. We thought it was something different but it was the same thing his vet told us 5 months ago. The vet gave him two shots and two meds. One of the shots was the shot version of his medication and costed almost 70$. The vet gave is ten days worth of pills of the same medication the shot and oral medication we already have & charged 25$ the other medication and shot was for basically constipation. I called them when I took a look at the paperwork at home and the vet said “oh I didn’t know the history just give it to him three times a day maybe that will help.” So the vet tech basically didnt even tell the vet he was on medication? I called my vet today and he said my dog has a chance of being effected with all that medication because he is a six pound chihuahua. Total cost of visit 554$ wait time 2hrs. Charging human ER prices. My dog is dying slowly I just want to make it as easy for him as possible and give him attentive care but the staff obviously did not do their job.

Had to rush my dog there at 3:30 AM. They told me over the phone before I got there what was most likely wrong with her. They got her in fast, took good care of her, and even provided me with puppy milk replacer for my dogs four week old puppies. They answered all my questions, even about how to care for the puppies in her absence. Hopefully we don’t have any more emergencies but I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in need.

The staff was professional and worked swiftly to get my dog into seeing the Dr. Rhoades. She was informative and provided great instructions on how to care for my dog. I liked the convenience of the clinic business operating hours, and everything else, from the time we check-in to the time we check-out. Everything was handle over the phone and in the comfort of my car. It was a great idea to minimize COVID exposure to the staff members and pet owners. The entire process from the time I pulled into the parking lot to the time I left the premises was under 1 hour. We got there when the clinic first open, Friday, 6pm. Thank you Dr. Rhoades and staffs for providing my pet and I such a good experience during this stressful time.

Professional, responsive and caring. I received great service and would recommend this place to anyone that needs treatment for their 4 legged family members. Their doctors are very kind.

This place is amazing! My cat is a rescue and is extremely aggressive when he's scared. We called around 8pm and they said they'd take us immediately, however we weren't able to locate the cat again until around 9 as he was hiding in the house. We're also a county away, so although we didn't get there until 10pm, two hours after we initially called, they still took him back immediately. They were able to check him out, look IN HIS MOUTH, and get him diagnosed with no problem. The staff here is so warm and considerate and it didn't cost nearly as much as I expected.

I called this vet hospital at around 11 pm last night because my husband's 8 1/2 month old female German Shepherd was having a seizure. I told them I was going to check with another vet hospital closer and they told me to call back if the other vet hospital was closed. I called them back and because it was a quarter till midnight they wouldn't see her. I asked them what I was supposed to do until our regular vet opens and they said to just take her home and pray and monitor her. They didn't take any information about her or even act like they cared that she is a service dog in training for my husband who is a disabled veteran. I won't be taking any dog or cat to them even if it's a dire emergency.

I called about euthanasia for our dog. It sounded like the worker was eating food while on the phone with me. As the dog’s situation worsened quickly, I didn’t think we were going to be able to make it to the clinic in time prior to her passing. I called them back to let them know, and the worker had a rude tone of voice that wasn’t compassionate at all. She tried to make us feel guilty about the dog not being able to breath while we were already dealing with a stressful time. We would not have made it to the clinic in time as she passed minutes later. We certainly didn’t need that kind of rude customer service in a time like that!

We put down out 17 year old dog at 3 AM who was bleeding profusely and in excruciating pain. Courtney, the vet tech, told us how much it was going to cost and it was $4 less. She was compassionate, professional, and more than we hoped. Our undying gratitude goes to this amazing woman for helping us through one of the worst days.

Our elderly dog was very ill and needed euthanasia quickly. They were fast, compassionate and very sweet to him. In a situation like that, they were a godsend. I will never forget it and will ways use this facility in an emergency.

Absolutely horrible. Had to bring our dog here as our vet did not have overnight services. Dog/puppy was in serious condition and after doing a bunch of talking stated it would be around $2100 for everything for literally two days and two nights, some bloodwork, xrays and still they couldn't figure out what was going on. Ridiculous price gouging, will be complaining the BBB and other organizations they are under...find someplace else.

I feel like I've been ripped off/price-gouged I realize they have staff to pay and the medications they gave our cat have a cost. I realize they deserve to make money, but at what point are you taking advantage of the customer? Whoever owns this place must live in a palace. We brought our cat in on a holiday, so I realize that may be more expensive, but still, these people are raking in the dough. They know they've got you by the balls.

We had to put our dog down. It was a very emotional time for my family. They were so gentle and kind. Walked us through everything that was happening, gave us as much time as we needed and even shared tears and hugs with us. This was difficult and they were so compassionate. I never thought I’d have to do something like this, but I want anyone to know that if they make this decision for their pet, I highly recommend taking them here.

I called because my puppy was dry heaving. The only advice I got was to “put the food away” and I didn’t get to talk to a vet because they were going into surgery. Was told I could try the nearest emergency vet which is almost 2 hours away. Felt rushed off the phone with the “simple” fix.

My cat is my best friend in the world. At 11:00 last night he was attacked by a stray dog and injured badly. In a panic I called VCA they took my information and my cats information in route. They saved my best friends life. And I cant thank them enough.

Our cat was bought in 4/23/21 ,we were told to be there at 9:30 p.m. in parking lot with cat in cage , they waited till 12:15 -12:30 a.m. before our VERY SICK CAT was even seen . We could only afford $300.00 to pay them But we only wanted our cat to feel better, they gave him a shot & some fluids and sent him out the door that cost $298.00 where is the compassion for my pet ,it could be ur pet next time Shame on them $ is the root to all EVIL ????

If I could have left no star I would have. All three of our dogs had apparently gotten into something they where foaming at the mouth, unable to stand, and shaking. My husband rushed the two over and had to wait outside for them to come get them. The other dog didn't make it. the problem was they walked a dog out to it owner and sat and talked and laughed for 5 mins then went back in to come out and finally get our girls to tell him yes it's serious and that they had definitely got into something.... I am currently waiting to hear from them the diagnosis.. I promise you this, we will never come to them again for future services..

I called about my injured dog they gave me a time slot two hours out, when I arrived I waited outside for over an hour with my dog bleeding and crying. I wouldn’t recommend you come here unless you have an actively dying animal, or unless you’re willing to watch your animal suffer while you’re in the parking lot waiting for assistance as cars come and go. My poor baby was never able to be seen because they were so rude and unprofessional. Horrible experience!

I was very impressed by how compassionate and caring the staff at VCA All Pet Emergency Care was. Dr. Henry and Shera listened to my concerns about my kitten, Ralph, and took excellent care of him. Shera was pleasant and helpful when she checked my kitten in, and Dr. Henry throughly checked Ralph out and shared detailed information with me after she looked at him.

My review is from a few years ago and was talking to someone that reminded me of this place. My dog (at the time a year and a half old) bit a bee around 6 PM and my vet wasn't answering. My dog was having some white foam and seemed very out of it so I panicked a bit. I looked up an emergency vet online and this place came up. What put me off and has me giving a 1 star was how when I rushed in there carrying my dog the lady at the desk seemed completely uncaring and one of the first things she mentioned was that the vet would not see me unless I had the money upfront. My memory is a bit hazy and it may have been a 50% down payment. Regardless, when someone rushes in with an emergency it is very off putting when the first thing that comes out of her mouth is "give me money or your dog won't get medical care". Thankfully I brought my wallet but I was outside jogging when this happened. I don't usually carry my wallet. What if someone was like me in a panic and forgot to grab their wallet or purse? I couldn't go back and see my dog so I just waited as they put an IV in him and gave him benadryl via the IV. My total bill was something like $500 and some change. The benadryl was $90 bucks (LOL) and the rest was the visit and other miscellaneous items. My dog has never bit a bee since then, but I was told if he ever did to just give him benadryl. So yea... Look, $500 for that visit was absolutely ridiculous. That is crazy high compared to where I live now. However, it isn't their ridiculous price that made me never go back, because honestly, if my dog had an emergency and I knew their quality of work was going to save him, I wouldn't care about the cost as long as my dog was alright. What has me rate a sh*tbomb review is how the staff acted (I never even met the vet) and the demanding of money before they would even see my pet. It was just so off putting that I never did go back. I assume they have this policy because people in the past sh*t in their pants once they saw the insanely high bill and wouldn't pay it. But saying that you need x amount down now and half to pay the rest or you don't get your dog back is really disgusting.

The staff and Dr. Wyatt at the emergency center were amazing. They cared for our boxer under an extreme situation. They communicated well. I hope you do not have to use them, but if your pet is in an emergency I highly recommend VCA!

I called them told them told them my brothers dog got ran over and I needed a emergency vet. Had me on hold for 10 minutes then asked me where the dog got hit. I twll them he got ran all the way over and then tell me they can not take them because he would need an over night vet. My brothers dog passed while I was on hold. Do not recommend them if your dog has gotten ran over.

These people were amazing. We had to have our dog put down and they couldn’t have been more responsive or compassionate. We are forever grateful.

They let my dog suffer and die in pain because they didn't have a vet at the hospital when all the other vets in the area were closed and referred all after hour patients to All Pet.

Total waste of time and lots of money After 4 hours of waiting they did nothing for our dog and told us if we wanted her to see him it would be hundred more dollars it will not happen again!!!! Very disappointed in the service given to our pet

Did not put an e-collar on my dog after bandaging his back paw to keep him from licking and pulling the bandages off. He had the bandages off within 14 hrs. The wound was opened again and bleeding.
