They were great with both our 10 year old shepherd and our 14 week puppy.

I take my dogs here to get shots, check ups, and any other stuff they needed to keep healthy and strong.

I needed to get my cat in to a vet immediately and I was able to do so here at Banfield. She had a pretty serious UTI and all the other vets in town wanted to put me off for a week or even almost a month. The employees were very friendly and kept me up to date so I knew what was going on and the cost that I was looking at. I appreciated the vet calling me directly to explain what was going on and what treatment was needed. My Russian Blue is on the mend and it was reasonable prices.

I absolutely love Banfield Pet Hospital. They have an amazing wellness package that makes it able to get things done for my pet that he absolutely absolutely needs! I'm able to pay on it monthly without a credit check, that was a life saver for me and my pet Kyro!! His veterinarian is Dr.Pradeep Balaraju,he is such a kind, caring, patient man. At Kyro's last visit he spent around 30 minutes total with me talking about my fur baby... The receptionists are also very nice, friendly AND helpful!!

I used to work here and I still bring my pets here. Great care, the wellness plan really is worth it, especially if your pet has any long term medical issues.

I asked for a copy of her vaccine records but never sent it. Hence, we couldn’t take part on the doggy race at USI. THANKS THO!

I dropped my dog off for a rabies vaccine and some heart worm/flea medicine and an overall check up. The dr., gave him 4 vaccinations without my knowing, ended up charging us over $730. We’re on a wellness plan paying $30/month now. Who on this earth can afford to pay that much for a non-emergency check up?!?!? Ridiculous. I strongly feel like they use the Covid drop off procedure as a way to do whatever they want to our pets and charge you for it. Don’t recommend. Won’t be back. Absolutely disgusted. I’ve never felt more taken advantage of by a medical professional in my life.

My dog had an ear infection. I made an appointment and received an email confirming it. When I called to reconfirm, they said he had no appointment. I went to a really good Banfield Hospital in California.I was disappointed in this one.

I struggled to get Maisy into a vet anywhere in town cause all of them won't take new patients cause of covid-19. Been looking for a year, with Banfield I signed her up online, and everyone has been nice so far! My Maisy is a shy puppy and the vet tech that came out and got her was so good with her! So far so good!

My mother took her dog, Ollie, there for several years. She paid monthly for the highest cost wellness plan- $79/month. Ollie was 17 years old, and his health was gradually deteriorating. She took him to the vet multiple times over the last couple of years. He had a diagnosis of arthritis of the spine. He had been progressively losing weight. He had a chronically high white blood cell count and calcium level that the vet kept "treating" with expensive and unnecessary antibiotics. He got to where he seemed to be in obvious pain and stopped eating/drinking. My mom made the difficult decision that it was time to euthanize him; when she took him to Banfield her concerns were essentially explained away by the vet, and the vet would not euthanize him. Instead, my mom ended up paying nearly $300 for labs and medications. The next day Ollie began having seizures and crying in pain. My mom called Banfield, only to be told that they were too busy to see Ollie. She asked to speak with the vet that saw Ollie the day before; he refused to speak to her. My mom and I took Ollie to an emergency vet clinic, where they did an exam and felt that he likely had cancer of the spine with mets to his brain, causing the seizures. They did the humane thing and euthanized Ollie while we stayed at his side. After he passed my mom had to cancel Ollie's wellness plan; they tried to charge her another $180 to cancel it. Eventually this was reduced to $24 . Banfield cares about one thing and one thing only-- money. They misdiagnosed Ollie for years and refused to hear my mom's very legitimate concerns. They charged her who knows how many hundreds of dollars for unnecessary medications and misdiagnoses. They let him suffer and die in pain, because God forbid they stay an extra five minutes after their work day to help a pet in agony. If you love your pet(s), please do them a favor and don't take them to Banfield.

My Pug has been prescribed Apoguel for his allergies and itching and also a fungus medicine to control his break out. I have been ordering through Chewy. They denied his last prescription because the "need to see him". His face is all dried out and bleeding from scratching . I asked if we could buy some to hold off until we were able to be seen and was denied. I will say the staff was good the Doctor especially. But my Pug was suffering!!

Princess Silver Moon (1yo cat) and Zorya Goldie Firewalker (3mo Golden Retriever) love the vets there. I feel like the vets get to the root of any issue that my babies have... and the vets are always kind as well as the techs... I want to say thank you to the vets and techs for taking such great care of my babies

I cannot say enough good things!!! I took my dog there very sick and they were so so nice, helpful and compassionate! The techs, Vet, and receptionist on Saturday May 1 were amazing! Called me with updates and answered all of my questions when I called to check in on my Bailey. Awesome team!

UPDATED!!! I am so totally wrong about Banfield. I was told incorrectly that they don't take Pitbulls and they do. I have always loved their service and how they took care of my cat when sick. They took wonderful care of my Pitbull, Kobe. I made the other post without verifying with the actual business. I really disappointed that Banfield would listen to the hype about Pitbulls and Bully breeds and not accept them a patients. I use to love this place but if they don't value all living creatures then I don't want to have anything to do with them. Very disappointed

My family has 7 cats (in multiple houses don't judge) and we take all of them here. Great value especially if your little friend needs extra help like 2 of mine do.

We made appointment online. I was called the day of the appointment and was asked to wait until next week , they didn't have enough techs. I said okay and reschedule for Tuesday next week, we showed for our appointment and they were very rude, and said I didn't have appt. To go out to my car and call them. I didn't have my phone, so it was to bad for us. Don't take your pet there. They are rude nasty people. And could careless to inconvenience you. Just a bunch of people not really care for your pet.

They called and got our puppy in sooner than his appt. That was greatly appreciated, in the middle of the winter storm. Thank you Banfield Pet Hospital! We appreciate your hard work! ????

I’ve been with Banfield since my dog was a puppy. Got their health plan, I have a German Shepherd. The way they are conducting business now is awful. She was very nervous so they said they would have to drug her to treat her at a later date. I almost agreed until the tech came to front And threw the bag at me. I’m canceling all dealings with Banfield.

My dog was an established patient at Banfield. I called at 8am for a same day sick appointment because she was acutely ill (repeated vomiting and unable to keep down water). I was told she could not be seen that day and to try to call another vet.
