great neighborhood pet store. The redfords store brand cat and dog food is a great product. Quick delivery as well.

I called and made an appointment for 2:30 today, for trimming my dog's nails. I got there at 2:25 and waited until 2:40 while the staff tried to locate the groomer, with no success. Good thing I called for an appointment, huh. Thanks for nothing.

Probably the nicest and biggest pet supply plus I've seen, they had the hamster bedding I needed and were friendly, and I got asked if I needed any help so very attentive. Only issue I saw was that I saw some hamsters they had there that looked like they didn't have wheels to run on and that's a necessity for them

Super helpful and friendly staff, and really great prices on pet food! I get coupons for a considerable amount off pretty regularly with the loyalty / rewards program too!

Associates are always nice and helpful. Prices are decent and they have a great selection of inventory.

I've had good experiences at every Pet Supplies Plus store, but this is still the best one in the area. Manager and staff are nice people, and they always have my cat's food in stock.

Don't have a groomer but they need one it's allot of dogs living out there

They don’t do price match + coupon, unlike the PSPs in Lincolnwood and Lakeview who do so without question. I tried to explain to the 2 owners that they were violating corporate policy and possibly the law. When they kept being unreasonable, I told them they had lost a customer for life. However, they do have a nice clean spacious bathroom. So I might stop in to use that only.

indeed I prefer PSP over major chains. this location is always clean, well stocked and associates are helpful and friendly.

Owner is great. There always seems to be at least one of anything I’m looking for on the shelf. Prices are comparable. Self service dog wash is a good deal too.

We received personal service from Tamara, one of the owners. She gave us advice on everything we would need for when we bring our new puppy home. Tamara was very patient and walked us down the aisles to show us where everything was, and made recommendations based on the approximate size and breed. We’ve been using them for our bird, so we knew it would be an excellent place to go. It is obvious that everyone there loves animals!

The owner and manager of this place is very customer focus, friendly, and really cares about their customers and their customers pets! I highly recommend shopping here for U Pet Parents!

I absolutely love that the owners get to know all of their customers and are so charismatic . You can truly feel the love they have for their patrons and their pets. They also carry items not available at your big box stores at reasonable prices. This store has my business for life!

Pet Supplies Plus is simply perfect. Large enough to carry anything and everything (I've yet to stump them on a product), yet the staff makes it feel like a neighborhood store. They are attentive and extremely knowledgable. And seem like real pet lovers.
