They show up every single day, as scheduled, around the same time. Isn't that kind of dependability really the most important thing about having someone take care of your dog when you're not there? It's also nice that it's always the same person so your dog becomes familiar with them. If there's a change for any reason, Shari lets you know quickly. Prices are competitive and payments are electronic so you're not fussing with leaving a check out.

We love Pawsitive Petcare, they have always taken good care of our dog during her walks.

Half the pets are not responsive. You’ll never see your tips, customers will Send Christmas bonuses. I received a $100 tip in cash and he preferred that I walk his dog on the side because he said that this company was the most expensive company he’s ever heard of, of course I remain true and loyal to my employers but when a client hands you $100 bill as a tip and because you brought his family dinner three nights in a row because they were both sick that’s a testament to the measures I take for people in general. Now back to the owners of this company, they will pay you next to nothing they will leave these long gaps between your next walk, again you will not receive your tips unless their hand it to you directly by the pet owner. Julie is really passive But I do understand that her and Darren have a lot on their plate and they’re both very nice people except as far as getting your tips any bonuses, etc. Other than promising to make sure I had a job to come to after suffering five strokes they did the complete opposite and they found someone to replace me much sooner than I thought despite promising me that I will always have a job with them but other than that they’re great company, I know for a fact the animals are well taken care of some of them you bond with more than others. If only they are for full-time hours and full benefits, gave you you your portion of the several bonuses they receive throughout the year depending on the holiday, they keep it for themselves they will not give it to you, instead they’ll tell you that there were no bonuses but after speaking to some very respectable clients of theirs who happen to be friends of my grandparents who were extremely loved and admired in Chicago, I was told during the holiday season Christmas and Rosh Hashanah each employee was to receive $100 each for which I never received and neither did My fellow coworkers. But as far as their professionalism, their treatment towards the animals their swift response to emergency I think they’re a great company, I happen to really like Julie and Darren and I would personally trust them with my own pet if I could afford it. So like I said my only complaints are an Employee’s perspective.

Pawsitive Petcare has taken great care of my dog and any dog visitors we have had for about 5 years. They are reliable and kind and my pups have had no complaints!

They were really great at taking care of our pets when we were out of town. Our pets were treated well and emails with pictures were sent everyday. If we hadn't moved away we would still be using them! We totally recommend them! They are trust worthy and reliable.

The dog walkers at Pawsitive Petcare love my dog, they bring treats, always greet her with joy and warmth. They leave daily notes describing the walk. I have total comfort knowing she is with them when I’m at work.

Wonderful, flexible, and reliable dog walking service!

My Wife and I have been using Pawsitive Petcare for a few years now to care for our cats. They have been really wonderful to work even sending photo’s and notes to keep us informed of how things are going while we are away. Sheri and her team have been great and have alway been very responsive.

Pawsitive Petcare provided hundreds of walks and many overnights for our special needs dog. We felt comfortable with their outstanding staff at all times and in all situations. Over the years, they truly became like family. We could not have had a better experience and we highly recommend Pawsitive Petcare without reservation.

Certainly did everything they could. Mavis is a very difficult Dachshund, doesn’t want any strangers, and will bite. But they tried beyond what could be asked for. Mavis wouldn’t budge.

Our experience with Pawsitive Petcarw was cut short due to covid-19 but once we are able to travel again we will use them. I contacted Shari when we were going to travel on an 18 day trip and didn't want to board our dog that long. We have a very high anxiety dog that needs a little extra care and Shari took the time to match us with a sitter/walker she thought would work well with her our dog. The dog sitter would also have stayed in our condo. I was introduced to the dog sitter and had her do some walks with our dog before we were getting ready to leave. Everything went really well. I was also given the name.of a reference who had the same sitter and she spoke very highly of her. Unfortunately, as I mentioned earlier, the trip got canceled.

You immediately know you are in great hands with Shari! She runs a wonderful business and was very flexible and communicative whenever we needed to make changes to the walking schedule. Our dog absolutely loved her and our scheduled dog walker. Our pup would get so excited whenever he’d come to the door. Pawsitive Petcare is an amazing and reliable service. Would recommend!

We also feel much more comfortable with them having access to our house, as opposed to a rotating cast of dog walkers like other online/app services. We have been using them for nearly two years, extremely positive overall experience. They allow cancelations or additions at the last minute, doing what they can to take care of your dog if you have a change of plans that day. We have also had them stay overnight with our dog if we are out of town, and their prices are reasonable. They are great!
