Great promotions and always a great selection of food and toys.

I have bought dog food twice now. I give my pals reward number and food isn't registered as a purchase. I believe 8th bag is free. Don't understand the problem. Very frustrating as a customer.

N ewe layout seemed overcrowded to me, unless you have more changes to make. Didn't like that cat food was stuck way in the back. Walking is hard for me.

The grooming salon turned away our Sheepadoodle because of matting around her face. They claimed that they didn't have staff who new how to groom her without hurting her. Not only would they not take her but they made a HUGE production of it. Shamed my wife and left our poodle with one large shaved spot on her neck. Completely unprofessional. Definitely don't trust your poodle mixes here. We took her to PetSmart the next day and they groomed her perfectly with no challenges.

Never have the products. Staff's rude.shortage of staff to ask question if you need help. Wouldn't recommend this store. Very disorganized and rude.

The personnel were amazing!! I have a 18 year old cat who has not been to see a vet since she was fixed because she lost all of her fur following that trip. This visit was amazing and I am awaiting tests results. They were so sweet with my girl and professional. I will go again!

OMGOSH! This Petco was awesome before and they are now adding an attached veterinary clinic and surgical center! This store always feels so clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I just love the groomers here who address my dogs various grooming needs - I have always been very pleased with their service. This Petco is just an awesome pet store!!!

Seem to be out of dog nation chicken treats most of the time, but I can purchase at my local grocery store. Would like to be able to pick up everything at one place.

I need a same day wash for my dog. They went of way to take care of me and my dog! I here bad things about them, but the service was great ! The technicians was great and kind and willing to help me for my needs. I would tell them to go to the wine in Elmhurst Illinois off of Route 83 and Saint Charles.

I would just like to take a moment to thank Phil. I brought my 2 yr old pitbull in for grooming and she would not stop barking & trying to go towards other dogs. I was so embarrassed at the harsh stares and head shakes but pressed forward in checking her in. After checking her in I asked Phil where the muzzles were. He walked me to them explained which one he thought was best for her and was so kind in saying "pitbulls really get a bad rep" his words and his kindness really put me at ease and I am so very grateful. Thank you Kindly.
