We have been going to Oakton Animal Hosp. for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. Dr. E is the best.

Absolutely phenomenal veterinarian!!! You can most definitely tell they are all animal lovers and treat you like family from the moment you walk through the door. Would not trust my dog to any other vet.

Always the best service for my Dog.

I am a new client. I have a 4 month old pup, Chief. I was nervous when they told me I wouldn't be able to go in but the vet would call me. The receptionist were extremely friendly and explained how they would handle sharing the visit details. Once I arrived they came out and took Chief from me. The vet called and was super detailed in all the information he shared and made recommendations. I will be going in for my second appointment this week so hopefully I have the same experience.

My sissy started getting sick April 16th 2021... The doctor and staff have been absolutely wonderful. My sweet sissy is starting to feel herself again. Thank you Dr. Ephraim and staff.

We have been going to Oakton Animal Hospital for 13 years. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and care deeply for animals. Dr. Ephraim seems to know things before they happen and has given us sound advice from bringing a puppy home to having to say goodbye. We will continue bringing all of our dogs to Oakton.

Very knowledgeable staff and just a well run organization. Dr. Ephraim is the smartest and most thorough veterinarians in the business.

I had a bad experience my only time here. Glen Ephraim charged me multiple times for the same thing, led to my cat getting sick and then he got argumentative and blamed me for not telling him about the problems sooner, even though he told me my pet was healthy. I understand a mistake but to compound it with his poor customer service is just awful.

My dog just had his Annual Wellness Exam. The staff went above and beyond to provide service, while adhering to CDC and a State guidelines due to COVID19. Staff is always friendly, kind and caring. My dog is very comfortable with everyone on his visits.

They misdiagnosed my cat which made my other cat I’ll. Then they tried to say it was my fault for not explaining the symptoms well enough. They did a stool check but only checked for half of what they were supposed to. They somehow got my previous review deleted, I wonder how many one star reviews they have managed to remove.

I LOVE THIS VET!!! So kind and loving, exceptionally helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. I've been with them for five years and I won't go anywhere else. My pets are very happy. And their workarounds for Covid are convenient and very effective. <3

I had 2 cats Romeo and Juliet who lived to 18 and19, and recently a stray kitten that needed some emergency care, not covid related. This stray was first treated by a Buffalo Grove Animal Hospital who returned it to me without any mention of fleas or other problems this baby was having. Thoroughly happy for their attention to details.

Amazing staff at Oakton Animal Hospital! My baby had to go for an echocardiogram and needless to say I was super worried about the results. They were super loving to my baby Harley and so attentive. Results came back ok and I couldn't be happier with them for making me feel so much better at a stressful situation. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff and care provided for my elderly chihuahua who needed full teeth extractions. Took care of my little lady and she was much happier afterward.
