If I could rate her a 10, I would! She does a great job with my cocker spaniel. She’s the only one who shapes her head right. Other places just don’t do it right. She even sent me pictures to make sure I’m satisfied and to see if any adjustments need to be made ❤️ My dog lady has recently went blind and she explained to me the steps that she took to groom her and just cared for her so well. She cares about the dogs and takes good care of them! Best around!

I just called to request an appointment for my cocker spaniel, and the lady that answered (Anja) said she “does not feel comfortable doing haircuts on cocker spaniels and poodles because their hair tends to get matted a lot” and it’s hard to cut. My dog is a senior and has lipomas on her body of which require the groomer to be very careful. She’s a very gentle and behaved dog. I am glad that lady was honest as I would NEVER take my dog to a groomer of which feels uncomfortable, as that makes me feel uncomfortable. Also, if you’re a GROOMER, you need to be prepared for these situations as you’re a groomer, it comes with the profession.

When our sitter fell through last minute Anja gladly took our puparoos in for boarding. She sent me videos and pics throughout the day and put my mind at ease. They were completely exhausted when picked up and slept in late which was a bonus for me .

Great place to leave your dogs for dog care. Owner is so friendly and caring with the dogs. The site is so well designed for care and dog activities: walk area, play area, sleep area, training area etc. Space is well suited for the dogs.

Anja is amazing with our dog. She is very friendly and Experienced. I wont let any other groomer touch our dog Anja is the best dog groomer in the area. Alot of our family brings their dogs to her. I hate the way petsmart treats the dogs and i made the mistake of taking my dog there. Her anxiety was through the roof! When i took my dog to Anja she not only gets better care and attention, she comes out with her tail wagging and i can see my dog is happy. Thank you Anja for always taking care of our family dogs i wouldnt take her anywhere else!

Anja was really great with our dog and our dog is a little skittish with new people but seemed very comfortable with her. She did a great job and is very knowledgeable and skilled in what she does. I highly recommend using her service.

Anga has a great set up for boarding. Our dogs get to run outside, she plays games with them, has a baby pool for them to cool off. The cages are oversized so very roomy for my dogs. She does a wonderful job grooming my dogs, they do not shed so they need continual grooming. Would highly recommend if you want a more cozy boarding experience for your dogs.

This dog groomer is amazing. Best in Elgin! She sells fresh eggs from happy chickens, will board your dogs and will soon be selling honey! Anja is super friendly to the dogs and will perform an amazing groom for your dog at a great price!

Anja is one of the most compassionate, professional and most importantly experienced dog groomers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! She is patient and extremely careful when trimming my senior dog's nails leaving him happy and stress free after every visit. I would highly recommend her!

After trying various groomers throughout the years, and not really happy with any of them. I found Anja through a friend and was impressed from the first groom. Not only does she groom your dog, but she is a true dog lover that wants the best for your pooch. She's given me so much info throughout the years, that have been so helpful. Anja is more than just a great groomer, she truly loves and cares for each of her doggy clients. Lily is my baby and I would let anyone else groom her. Anja is amazing, she a dog whisperer, she speaks their langue.

Its a beautiful place. It almost makes it theraputic for me to visit even though I am there for my dog. She is the only person I would trust at all with my 18yr old pekingese. She also helped me with a sensitive situation regarding an elderly family member's dog. The wife has gotten so sick before she passed that his grooming fell by the wayside. I was mortified and took him to her as soon as it was possible. He was so stressed out but she knew what to do and helped explain what we should expect. She practically made miracles. She doesn't have limitations, she has STANDARDS, and I truly appreciate that. She genuinely and wisely has the interests of the dogs at heart above anything else. For that and every occassion she has guided me towards improving my dog's quality of life, I would absolutely heed her advice.

Perfect place for your best buddies. I had a Shih Tzu and we always go here for regular grooming. This place has proven and tested to be a safe and friendly environment for pets. Staffs give extra love and care in implementing services. I would highly recommend this place for everyone looking for a good pet shop.

I have two Standard Poodles. Anja (Doggy Has It) is by far the best groomer we have had for our dogs. She is such a conscientious groomer as well - takes time with you and goes over what her plans are before she begins. She also calls if there is an issue that needs attention before finishing up her grooming. My dogs love her and so do we! Anja is just the best! Renee & Art Cybul

Best Groomer Ever! Anja is so sweet and loving to my dog. He has always been a bit skittish with groomers, but she takes her time and makes him feel comfortable. I wouldn't go to anyone else!
