We have been going here for years to get out dogs groomed. Recently they jacked up the grooming rates and don’t tell you until you check out and get a big bill! We won’t be returning

Store is close to my home and has all the items I need for my 2 dogs and cat. Great selection and very nice staff.

I frequent this store for my dogs and aquarium needs, and the staff is always helpful and pleasant. Petco is the only pet store that provides the Whole Hearted brand of food that my dogs eat, and they always have what I need for my fish, as well as the 40 lb value size dog food that I prefer to purchase. I am very happy with shopping in this store.

The store manager and the sales girl were fantastic!!! They got out of their way to try to help us find a grooming service for our rescued dog at other petco stores in the area. They helped us choose the best of things that we would need for our new dog. If I lived closer to the store I would be there again in the blink on an aye. We will comeback whenever we can or just visit the Rockford store for immediate needs.

While they has the product I was looking for the cashier was as rude as she could be. I watched her speak politely to the lady ahead of me but when I stepped up to the register, not a word was spoken to me. She asked the lady in front of me if she would like to donate to help animal shelters, me she did not ask at all ( I always give). I got what I needed but will not shop this location again.

The staff in the grooming section is amazing, and we love the Vital Care program. They know our dog and call her by name.

It seems like the grooming department doesn’t want to deal with puppies as much. so my dog has been to this location before and they tried to say she didn’t my dog is 3 months old and they charged me 51 dollars and my dog looked the same as when I dropped her off They Basically gave her a bath and that’s it not a good place to take your puppies too please reconsider

Manger was horrible I brought in a fish that died for a return so when he tested the water he said the ph level was 2 high but won't show me the test stick to the sheet so I decided to get a 2end opinion from pet smart they said my water was fine and showed me.

Especially at this time with covid the store was well stock and very clean. the staff greet you as you can in. very friendly cashier. did i mention the items i came in for were on sale.
