Receptionist is dismissive. Uh huh, uh huh, uh huh. Dismissive..doctor was very sympathetic and took her time explaining.

I have gone there for almost 25 years when Dr vanaroy started it great place and if your animals needs a surgery this is the place to go they have surgeon that can do what most of the places that st louis can or if you just need to feel like home for whatever reason They saved my 6 year old dog because of leg problems and now she is 11 and running crazy. It's the place to go esp if you have a animal with special needs Kate and Amanda will welcome you in. And those gals love new members to the family they love new members to the pet hospital family.

Dr. Davis is a rockstar! The staff at Edwardsville Pet Hospital were all phenomenal when our dog was diagnosed with a fast growing, cancerous tumor. They were able to schedule him in right away for surgery. Thanks to Dr. Davis' surgical prowess, we now have a cancer free, cranky dog again! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you to everyone who had a hand in caring for Panda!

The vets and vet techs always take very good care of my fur babies!

Having many animals, I rely on the service of a veterinarian often. I had numerous misdiagnosis, over-charged for services many times, which I had corrected (that's if I caught them all). That's why I don't take my pets there anymore. Now for the rest of the story. My records were sent to my new vet and upon review, found many comments in the records about me. This is not only unprofessional and unethical, it is offensive. This is a doctor for my pets. Not a social club and comments about me have nothing to do with the health and well being of my pets. That is why I want to share my experience and dissatisfaction. If you are a current customer, request a copy of your records. They are required to provide them. Don't take my word for it, see for yourself. If you are looking for a new vet, keep looking.

Kind Friendly staff treat your pets like there own.

They take such great care of our dog. She has struggled with allergies her whole life and this vet was the first to help us determine what was actually going on with her. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a vet.

This awesome pet hospital is a gem. The doctors care about their clients pets. Although it is pricey like so many other vet places, they did work out a payment arrangement with us (which they typically don't do). We also learned about the importance of pet insurance after losing our dog (highly recommend Nationwide). I really appreciate the quality of care we get for our pets at this place. They really go the extra mile for their clients. Since going there, after visiting other vets, I have not left. I can't imagine a better place of care than this place. They definitely earn five stars.

I couldn't imagine taking my pups any place else

I have a old rescue kitty. They were kind to him and gave me some meds for him. He has perked up and I will take my animals back there
