The Doctors and entire staff at Ark Animal Hospital are totally committed to the care of their patients, and also extend that same caring to those who bring the patients. Doctors and staff are always willing to take time to answer any question, to fully explain whether about a medical condition or procedure, medication, options, charges, or, even if a person just needs a little friendly chat. The quality of care given at Ark is faultless. (It is definitely better than I received when I was hospitalized for a serious problem.) Some of the animals in my care have had some unusual and difficult to treat conditions. Dr. Smith has always gone the extra mile, or two or ten, doing whatever was required to care for them, including extra research to have the very latest knowledge, finding the very best medication, spending extra time with an animal just to be certain a med is well tolerated and the animal is improving. Of course, like most pet people, my animals are part of the family, cherished and loved. I trust Ark Animal Hospital, doctors and staff alike, to always do what's best and right for any animal and their person.

Cannot say enough nice things about this veterinary clinic. From front office staff to the doctor....everyone was very kind and helpful. I never felt rushed through. There is a family feel to it. I had a complex issue with my cat and they went out of their way to help solve it. And called later to follow up. I'm happy to have established care there.

They were able to get us in last minute for a check up and it was so easy and they were great with my girl as always.

We are new to Ark Animal Hosp. and even though they are higher than what I am use too we really love this place. We doctored our dog Maisy with another vet for ear infections for too long, and finally went here to Dr. Mueller. Maisy is a very happy girl now and so are we. We have taken our two kittens here recently and always feel confident with the outstanding vet service. Everyone at Ark animal hospital are very nice and knowledgeable of what they are doing. I have taken my new puppy to Ark for routine checkups and for urgent needs. They are always quick to get me in, the staff and doctors are very welcoming, calming and super friendly. My puppy even enjoys going there!

I switched to this vet and have not been disappointed! They are very accommodating with my scared dog. They are also very knowledgeable about the MDR1 gene and listen to all your concerns. It's reasonably priced and the staff are super nice!

We took our 8 month old puppy here today for the first time to see Dr. Mueller. We loved her and so did our puppy! He recently had major surgery at a veterinary hospital in St. Louis after a bad experience at our previous vet. I had scheduled an upcoming appointment at Ark to establish care and have his staples removed but when his incision appeared red and swollen today the staff listened to my concerns and got us in quickly. Dr. Mueller and the technician working with her sat on the floor with our dog and he instantly loved them! Dr. Mueller gave him a thorough exam and I am so glad that we came here.

We recently moved from Texas and I was a little nervous switching over my dog of 9 years to a new vet. Dr. Muellar and her staff at the Ark Animal Hospital were amazing. As we walked in, the receptionist treated us like family. I brought my two year old daughter, and she provided her with books to keep her entertained while we waited for the Dr. to come in. Dr. Muellar spent time with us in the room, explaining everything in detail, which was greatly appreciated. We definitely will be keeping our animals at the ARK Animal Hospital. Thank you for everything and making us feel comfortable!

Dr. Mueller takes her time with my puppy. She answers any questions in detail and makes sure I understand. She also gives any needed education to me regarding ways to keep my puppy healthy.

I was looking for a vet closer to home. I took my 12 pound pom (who is scared of everything) there, They were very patient with her. It was a positive experience for both of us. I will be going back.

Ark Animal Hospital exceeds my expectations every time. The entire staff is caring and knowledgeable. They are responsive when there is an issue with my pets. And, the care we receive is superb, thorough, and very compassionate. I can not say enough about Dr. Sarah Smith.

We love taking our two cats to Dr. Mueller. She is very thorough in her examination and answered all of our questions when we thought one of the cats was having an issue. It's normally fairly quiet (i.e. not alot of barking dogs) which definitely offers a better experience for cats.

This is the BEST vet in this area! They truly care about your pets!

We have now been to Ark Animal Hospital three times. Yesterday our sweet puppy had an umbilical hernia repair. He was treated with amazing care and we were informed along the way as to how he was recovering. In addition, a nice follow up phone call came today asking how he was doing and offered any questions to be answered. A++ once again! We saw Dr. Smith and she was great! Being a new puppy mom, I had a lot of questions and she was thorough in answering all of them.
