SAVE YOUR TIME! Don't bother to call as they are NOT taking any "new dogs". It didn't matter about size or breed of dog either. Glad they've got 3 groomers on staff yet overflowing with business. Hope that holds out for them. BTW: They don't offer a "waiting list" either.

She and her staff are so wonderful and really do well with our long haired dachshund crew. They treat our pups like their own. Love them and HIGHLY recommend

Thank you so much for getting down on the floor and playing with me before my bath and trim. I was really nervous until you got to my level. I even got to pick out a new toy for Christmas. Love, Tim Tam (7 year old golden retriever)

I loved taking my baby to Polished Pups. Nancy and her staff are so sweet and loving to the pets. I always felt assured that my Itzy would be well taken care of with Nancy. I was also always happy with Itzy's final hair cut and the price. Overall, if I were still living in the area, Polished Pups is definitely where I would continue to go.

The first time I took my dog (an Australian Shepperd/Chow Chow mix) to Polished Pups he was super nervous and also super matted. Nancy and her husband were so loving and understanding. They took great care of him. He left looking like a new dog! They got him on a regular grooming schedule now and he no longer has matting issues. What I'm most proud of is he is actually excited to go see his second set of parents (Nancy and her hubby). I always recommend Nancy. She has no problems answering my questions if I have any between appointments, I just phone her up and she always points me in the right direction. She charges the same or less then other places and my dog gets treated like a VIP instead of a number. The best time of year is Christmas time when they set up their Christmas tree and let the dogs pick out a toy. My furry baby loves the raw-hides and his bandana.

Been a long time client (5 yrs) of Polished Pups now and it's a place I look forward to taking my dog to for grooming. Nancy and Tracy are the best at what they do! So many extra services for one price. There is nothing over-looked on Hendrix (my dog) when he comes back...from his ears to his toes. And he's an Australian Shepard, not the easiest to keep up. Friendly people (dog lovers too) at reasonable prices. Always have been very accommodating to our schedule too. My dog even loves them!
