Worked here as a daycare worker. The management gossips waaay too much. They don't even care if you’re in the room they’ll keep talking. Shamelessly and adds such an uncomfortable environment. Dogs get into fights and injured all the time. They leave 1 worker for 40+ dogs in 1 room alone. It does not matter if you do everything they teach you there will be a fight regardless, that is what happens with so many dogs at once with no help. Many times they put the dogs away all day long in a kennel. But they don’t tell the owners that. It makes it easier on the workers. Too many times has a dog been injured a scratch, raw paws, infected eyes, etc. I go and tell management as you’re supposed to and wait for assistance but they forgot. Again and again I tell them and they kept forgetting meanwhile the dog is suffering. I have had to leave daycare group cuz of this and get in trouble but when you tell several people several times “hey this dog is injured” it’s upsetting to say the least. I never felt comfortable leaving my own dog here and I worked there. When frustrated the employees shove,pull, and get aggressive with the bad behaved dogs because the patience is gone and they don’t take the time to deal with bad dogs-results in the dog being left in the kennel all day. And they don’t tell the owner anything and the owner still pays full price. Sneaky, shameless, unprofessional, uncomfortable, place to work and pay for service. I’ve seen so many “loyal” customers that go for years and such, but those owners have the calmest best behaved dogs. When the dog is a puppy or not behaving well they’d rather not deal with them. Management is selective when choosing employees like any place but they openly talk about the person applying after they leave. Pool service I have seen many times they offer certain services and deals to some people and are nice to some people they like and others they don’t like (they talk about them) they dont offer or go back on their word.They’re flexible when it benefits them. Seen owners and management yell at employees and dogs. Seen aggression towards dogs from employeesAll in all this place is not a good place to work or to leave your dog. So many times throughout the days have I thought “man this dog would've been better off if the owner left them at home.” The facade the workers put up when a dog comes in, depending on the person -and once the owner leaves the vibe changes. Actions speak louder than words. And this place is a joke with the people in charge.

I've been coming here for almost 9 years and I have never had any problems with the care of my dogs! Your staff is awesome and loving. Thank you for all your help and hard work.

Took my healthy, athletic and FULLY VACCINATED Chocolate Lab in for boarding. We picked him up two days later and he has Kennel Cough. Trip to the vet plus boarding expenses make for a rather expensive experience. Kennel Cough is caused by bacteria. I suspect that the facility is not cleaned as diligently as it should. I will not be back. **The response: ???? While nothing in your response is untrue, your business now has two reviews inside a month where healthy animals were sick after visiting your facility. Thanks for the science lesson ????, but explaining that “it’s always a possibility” that my animal could get sick does little to rebuild trust in your organization.

I left my 2 years old for 5 days since we’re going on vacation. When I pick her up she lost some weight and have cough like hacking. I called my Vet and gave her antibiotic to treat her. I don’t know what happened but definitely will not take her back if we go on vacation again. I’ll look for another place.

Very nice and clean place, kids that work at pampered are real pleasant to work with and speak with.

My Kora loves it here! Amazing staff that really cares for your animal. And full day daycare is included with boarding so your dog will definitely stay busy.

We absolutely love Pampered Pets. The training classes, the daycare & boarding team, the groomers. You really feel that the staff love your pets and love seeing them. Just a note - it took about 6 mos. for our adopted 4 yr old dogs to adjust and now you can see how much they truly love it there!

Awesome experience, we did boarding for my wedding weekend and had them groomed too. They were extremely clean and seemed to have had a wonderful time at Pampered Pet. They were exhausted when they came home which is great since they’re both large high energy dogs.

Took great care when introducing our rescue basenji to group play. He was evaluated over the course of the day and his first encounter was super positive. Yay.

We are new to the area and were nervous about leaving our 11-year old Yorkie-mix for the first time in over a year, but the professional and caring staff took great care of him. When we picked him up, he had been groomed beautifully, and smelled great! He was as happy and healthy as when we left him. We feel lucky to have found such a nice place.

Coco just loves swimming there. He gets so excited when he gets to go.

We have been using Pampered Pet Services since 2005 (before they even had opened the building in Dundee). All of my dogs, throughout this time, have enjoyed both the dog walking services and the daycare. I trust them to come into my home and take care of my pets when I'm at work. I have also boarded my dog, and all went well. The staff is very nice and my dog is excited every time he goes in there and sees them. I am thankful for this service to help me care for my pets!! Update: still use the boarding, doggie day care, training and grooming services. They are all 5 stars. My dogs love the staff.. I mean LOVE them.. that says it all for me :)

We’ve been clients of Pampered Pet Services for more than 15 years, and they continue to get better and better. The staff are very friendly and welcoming to our fur babies. I cannot rave enough about the services. We get our pets groomed, slow them to board and utilize the day play/pool. Phenomenal! Our dogs really enjoy going and they are worn out afterwards.

Clean, employees are friendly and helpful. They have a lot for the dogs to do. Dog grooming, swimming, play areas inside and out. Daycare for dogs and boarding when you go out of town.

Best place for your pets

Fantastic place. Really good with the dogs. Willow loves as swimming with Talor.

Disappointed. We had an appt so our dog could swim. I am a caregiver to my mom and as i was leaving to see her my husband was taking our dog for appt. But the garage door broke. Called pampered pets to let them know what happened and we could not make appt. They still charged us. Will not b going back to them.

I took my elderly clients yorkie here they do a good job very polite I think 50 bucks for such a tiny dog .

Great place for training and grooming

Great place I have been coming for 5 Years. The manager there is carry she is also a great person and carrying Pearson. The dog in the photo passed away there had a heart attack there.but we have a new dog now and we take her there.AND The owner there is also a fantastic person.That all for now.Donald Agoston Thank You.

Took great care of my dog. She's been there several times.

I took my great dane swimming once a week there to help her old joints I'm one of those dog moms that would do anything for her my baby and I would never ever take her somewhere that I questioned about for one second. Everyone there was and is so wonderful with the dogs the owners are good hearted people very clean place and everyone there are happy to be there and that's very important to me. Sometime down the line when I get a new one I will be taking her back there to swim. So if anyone needs a place to take your dog for some play time swim or need to take for an overnight this would put your heart at ease to have you furbaby in there hands .????

I remember when she first started out walking my first dog Mikha.......what an awesome business....they take care of your pets....like its their own!

Absolutely top notch boarding services and grooming services. The folks here are like family. When you drop your dog off it feels no different than taking them to visit family. Our Bulldog is always SUPER excited to see everyone and they are excited to see him!
