I took my sweet Tater Tot here on Friday. He was treated very well by staff and by the doctor. The doctor I saw was extremely caring and thorough. I will be coming here from now on.

Affordable. No appointments neccessary and pretty nice vets. Not a whole lot of unnecessary testing for things you know your pet doesn't have which I appreciate.

My Baby has been a client of Plum Creek and Pet Vet for almost 11 years. His doctor Elizabeth Norby, Chris and Dorothy all took pride in their jobs ....they were genuine passionate and always professional! Things have changed for the worse (Rewind to 2021) 7 calls and 10 days later all I needed was his medicine and or prescription after a devastating diagnosis. Randy instructed me to call plum creek where I encountered Shelly who couldn't be bothered to listen to my request, she quickly gave the phone to I believe Bri who wanted to put me in my place as oppose to helping my sick dog. We all(my staff)listened as she created an unprovoked scene and stated we won't do business with you anymore! Dr. Morris pets are like children an these two young ladies should not be allowed to make business decisions or speak to pet parents on your behalf unless you have the same uncaring & unprofessional opinion they do. I have been coming here for years and never experienced the disrespect I experienced from Shelly, she is so rude, I came In with my Yorkie called to ask if we can come into the office or will have to wait outside to be seen the rep never told me that I needed to check in that someone will be out soon to get, Shelly decided to come to my car very rude and say that they are closed and my dog might not be seen, and all the other people will that came in after me will be seen before us, something really need to be said about Shelly's behavior.

I love Pet Vet Express in Dyer, Indiana. They are still having people stay in their cars due to Covid-19. I went there today to get my dog's heartworm blood test. They had me call when I got there, and because I was there before; they were able to check me in over the phone. If it's your first visit, they will bring out the forms to your car. They do wear masks; which I appreciate. A few minutes after my dog, Roxie, was checked in, they came out to the car and took her inside. She was done in ten minutes or less. One of the employees brought her back out, took my money, and brought me my change. The employees are friendly, the cost is affordable, and my dog loves them. What more can I say? Pet Express will always be my go to for pet care from now on!

Worst experience ever..Will never take my dog there again..He had an ear infection..Dr never discussed with me..did not even clean the ears..charged me double for the medication $49..and on their online pharmacy its $31.. It was during covid, and I had to wait in my car..My bill was $132..for very poor service..

My experience was not the best and not my first visit. This was the first time that I actually had an intake person correct me about the circumstances of my last visit unknowing to this person the full scope of the visit and basically calling me a liar. I was told that " I'm not going to argue with you I've already said the reason that your dog was here and the manager will call you back" (Very curt!) That statement took me by surprise. I later found after speaking with the manager the previous visit had been documented incorrectly but before I could give my info to the intake person she seemed to know me by the sound of my voice. I thought with my perfect pitch that allows me to recognize or identify a person's voice and not always remember faces she must have perfect pitch also because as soon as I spoke her tonation changed and you could her the distress in her voice. And so, I spoke with the manager she had to confer with the Dr. the circumstances of the last visit. She called me back and the site Dr. Comes out and takes my dog in and returned him to me within 5 minutes with a bill. My dog is not so happy about having his anal glands expressed and hopefully this will stop his scooting. There is good and bad customer service. If there's an instance of a discrepancy the better way of handling it is not to tell the customer you're not going to argue. Just disposition the call by reaching out to the manager etc., whatever policy you have in place. It is never good to call or infer that your customer is lying. Practice good customer service with EVERYONE!!!

Came when opened called was put on hold for 15 minutes. Others came after we called and still on hold. Now it has been an hour and the new arrivals have been seen and our dog is still waiting to get in. All we needed was a shot and nails clipped. After waiting almost 1.5 hours we had to leave due to them not coming out for our dog but doing everyone else. Since this new system their service has been sub par.

I took my Shih Tzu in for a general exam and heartworm pills. I couldnt go in, but the doctor did call me to update me, and they told me what my bill was so I could authorize the charge, and brought him back to me when they were done. I dont like that you cant be with your pet, but you just have to trust that they are doing what they say they did. My Shih Tzu is happy, so we are happy.

we took our American Staffordshire into the office and we stated the dog had a UTI, they asked us, how do we know? We knew from prior episode, then we stated the dog has bad allergies and her tail was missing hair but it was not mangle or bleeding, but it seems like they watched her bite her tail up and bleed without even cleaning her up before returning her back to us. Who does that? I phoned Shelly the vet assistant on 3-22-21 and asked her was the dog a problem? She stated no she let them take care of her, but we refused the plastic collar, you all know whomever have dogs that they will tear that collar off, so why would we pay $15.00 for that, we came in for one thing and they ran our bill us over $200.00 this is what they do, now our dog tail is smelling with all these open wounds because of the poor quality for this company, Dr Sam Morris shame on you truly sad. We are looking for a full refund so we can get care for our dog tail but will not be returning to this clinic

my first visit with one of my dogs, (although ive been here before this) the technician seemed to become easily irritable when i asked about the shot packages. when she came out to take my puppy in, they also were unable to get an accurate weight so say about 30lbs, he wouldnt move on a leash. this is during covid and its freezing outside. she looked at me, lost and expected me to come carry my dog in. i did, but if they are unable to move or carry a large puppy, how do they manage larger more stubborn dogs? next i wanted to an conversation with the vet, however i didnt realize expressing my concern would lead to this review. i have dobermans and ive talked with many breeders about them and health issues, im in multiple groups and i get dna health tests on all of them. now regarding the visit, yes dogs are similar in many ways, but unless a vet specializes in this breed, much like a cardiologist specializes in hearts, then how can you accurately diagnose and prescribe treatment. the vet basically said that he knows better than tried and proven ways of other owners and breeders. i had him on a low protein adult food while he was knucking but supplemented him suregrow. i switched back to puppy food when it was corrected. his legs look good now. i had concern about heavy breathing while he slept, you could hear the air flow. they said i mentioned his nostrils flaring out. ummm i think we all know that nostrils can flare out and its normal? I wouldnt have left a review but since i obtained a copy of my dogs vet record with very rude remarks and and inaccurate description of what happened i decided they should receive the same treatment. each person that works there will have to taken into account since some are great and some are less than helpful. getting shots are cheap here, but thats all i would recommend if you MUST go here. overall, i wont go back, theres at least one nice woman there, but the other 2 ive talked to, i much rather hadnt.
