Covid-19 prodical. Staff member comes out to car to take your pet in for their office visit.. Safety first. I wouldn't think of taking my pets anywhere but here. We took our cat Teddy in and found out he is diabetic in 2016. We were so nervous about giving him injections. Dr.Farrell walked us through giving him shots and when we had problems we called the office and they had us come in to answer our questions on injecting the needles. Veterinarian Molly Farrell and her staff has been so supportive. Our cat Teddy is now stable. Yes, I would recommend taking your pet there. POST SCRIPT: It has now been 3 months working with Vet. Farrell. You must keep follow-up appts., which we have, and talked with her about any concerns. Everything is going very well with Teddy. We will keep you posted. It is now 10 months later and Teddy is stable and doing very well. Since Vet. Farrell owns cats I feel she has a better understanding of cats problems. Teddy turned 15 June 2018... It has been a 16 months and Teddy is doing well. It is getting hard for him to go up and down stairs. But if I was old as he is in cat years I would have a hard time to. He will only eat Sheba in natural juices and I sprinkle a little fiber on it 2 times a day..... 3-2019 We just got Niko a seal point neutered 3 year old male birman. He is the sweetest cat. He will be good company for Teddy. Since we wanted a older cat because of our are age we didn't want a kitten, so we had to wait 7 months for a older cat. Saw DVM Farrell 3-4-2019. She check Niko out thoughly and he loved every minute. I think he would have stayed there forever if we didn't make him go back home with us.???? Our Teddy passed away in September 2019. The staff at the clinic were very thoughtful and caring. We miss Teddy, but now he is with his brother Alvin playing in green fields of butterflies together.

A GIANT thank you tonight. I've been with Dr. Molly Farrell since 2013 and have never, ever been let down. Always embraced as if truly family. I was in need of support today due to a special needs dog that was a foster failure 3 years ago and Kayla was there for me, supportive/caring, always saying "call if you need us, we are here for you". Kaitlyn (hope I am spelling your name correctly!!) was extremely uplifting and caring on the phone regarding my dog, Oscar, sharing words of wisdom. And, of course, there is Dr. Molly, a tireless, intelligent, knowledgeable warrior ???????????? for all her patients ...... oh my heart, I am truly blessed to have her as my vet whom after all this time together, I consider "family" and treated as such by her and her wonderful, compassionate staff on the front lines. Bless all of your beautiful hearts ♥️ at this clinic ! My little "zoo" whom consists of quite a few with health issues appreciates you.

Dr. Farrell has been the best Vet I've encountered in 45 years of owning dogs. She's the only one I trust to take care of my little Chihuahua pals. Molly Farrell is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and THOROUGH in exams and recommendations for caring for your animals. Molly and her entire staff are very friendly and personable and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend Dyer Animal Clinic' 5 years later: Dyer Animal Clinic continues as my source for care for my dog Patty. A +++ Jim

Update: Thank you for your response, I appreciate your caring words. I'd always been very happy with the service previously, for years. I understand emergencies happen & totally respect that, but there weren't emergencies every single time I arrived for almost the last 2 years. I'm assuming it's because the clientelle volume has increased due to referrals & that you guys are trying to help every animal you can, I just don't want to be quad-ruple booked. You all have taken great care of Bindi & I appreciate that, which is most important. My apologies for the negative review. Changed the star count! Haven't been happy with the level of care here lately & waiting an hour for every visit (for the last 2 years) just isn't worth the time anymore. Costs have risen substantially as well. Goodbye.

My girl had to have several growths removed from area around the eyes. Dr. Molly and the staff did a super medical procedure. From the work up to the follow up nothing was left to chance. Wish as a human I could get this kind of care.

Dyer Animal Clinic is fabulous! The doctors are amazing. Dr. Farrell is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable. She has a great intuition about animals. The staff is very responsive and it is apparent that they are all true animal lovers. The office is very organized and clean. They seem to have the highest technology and equipment. They even have a great website that is also a step above the rest which also reflects their practice.

Dr. Molly and the staff here are all so great! My dog has major anxiety and does not do well at the vet. Everyone here is so loving and patient towards her and are all so reassuring to me that they will take care of her. They are quick to fill meds and very understanding when you need something last minute. Definitely recommend Dyer Animal Clinic!!

I highly recommend Dyer Animal Clinic for all your furry loved ones needs ! Myself being an owner of two large breed dogs, vet bills can add up and be expensive but at DAC everything is affordable knowing I have to spend a chunk on my babies it’s totally worth it. Especially when the staff treats their pets as their own ❤️

I recently returned to Dyer Animal Clinic after adopting a dog from humane society. I had used this clinic a few years back. I am frustrated at the increase in prices for care. I spent close to $400 in 2 visits. This past week after spending $214 for a visit lasting less than 15 min I returned home to find a reminder card with 10% off visit. I immediately called the clinic & let them know which was less than 5 min later (I live 1 mile away). I was told they would have the mgr call me the next day...the mgr did not call. I called today & spoke with Kate who informed me they would not honor the 10% off. Dyer Animal Clinic would rather lose a returning customer than reimburse $20. Certainly not the clinic I was used to dealing with previously. Not impressed with the customer service or the care.

I have never met a more experienced group of people! I have been to several places in northwest Indiana for the care of my two cats and truly appreciate the care Dyer has given. They have answered all of my questions and Dr.Molly is always willing to call me back with my crazy questions and concerns! Misha and Oliver thank you!

I called today, spoke to Kim had questions regarding my adopted dog and i was so scared because she was sick I don't know what I would have done without help she told me my best bet would be to take her to emergency. So to Kim you're awesome and my angel i tool her in and , and shes better. Im from south Carolina visiting family. Without you knowing me or my dog you helped a scared woman. You are an asset to your profession. Thanks very much. Sheena

I really did love all the veterinarians here and really most of the staff. However, right after a pandemic, where so many have been out of work and are struggling, they give me a piece of paper of my estimated balance. Getting my kitten spayed will cost me well over $700? No, absolutely not. That is price gouging at its finest. No warning of price even though we had this booked before the pandemic. Such a disappointment. That is so wrong to do to people, especially during these times. Will most definitely not go back and encourage others to do the same.

My wife and I were extremely pleased. Our dog recently had 3 growths removed from his eyelid. We started going there 6 months ago and wished we had changed from our prior long standing vet office They are very friendly and caring, plus and most important do not overcharge. We had been quoted 3000 to 5000 dollars by our prior local clinic for the same procedure, which Dyer animal clinic did for 20 percent of that. We were very pleased with the outcome and care shown by the entire staff. Highly recommend them Please do not mistake any old comments regarding prior owner, as this is new ownership and very well recommended WM. Dyer

Words cannot express how much I love and appreciate the staff at Dyer Animal Clinic. I found my sweet Gryff at about 3 weeks old. Not only did the make sure he was healthy, they helped me learn about kittens and what to do to help them thrive. Fast forward... Gryff is a rascally 7 ish month old that decided to explore the world. The staff got him in as soon as we found him since he was clearly in pain. They were so reassuring and happy that Gryff had been found. He is now on his road to recovery from his adventure and I know that the staff here is only a call away! Side note... they send texts when your pet is out of surgery from their neuter and they call to check how he is doing! 10/5 stars!

Fantastic service and very knowledgeable staff. My cat had a small growth on his skin and we were told at another animal hospital that he would need surgery that would cost around $1000. Went to Dyer Animal Clinic for a second opinion and the Vet straight away saw that it was only a sebaceous growth and removed it in 2 minutes. No charge was applied. Fantastic service and very friendly staff. Me and my wife are very grateful and have made this our go to Vet clinic.

Sad how poor the service has become this year. Three times we’ve had to wait over an hour after appointment time in the car. Two of those they claimed no record of the appointment after 2 text confirmations and confirmation on arrival.

To begin, the reception staff is incredible. They always display a positive attitude and make you feel welcome. Next, the doctors are outstanding. Dr. Farrell is one of the most experienced vets I have encountered, and her positive energy is just what I was looking for. My dogs love her, and they actually enjoy going to the vet now. I strongly recommend this animal hospital because of their care for my animals, their friendliness, and their dedication to helping.

Over the years, I have been to several area vets. Each one has been a disappointment for one reason or another. I am so pleased that several years ago I discovered the Dyer Animal Clinic. Dr. Farrell and her staff are the best.

Recommendation: Dyer Animal Clinic (DAC) is the best in my opinion!! They performed a miracle with my Chihuahua! Coco is a rescue dog. He LOVES the care-givers at DAC and has never been comfortable anywhere else! If you love your animals, please take them to Dyer Animal Clinic! Short Story: On January 2, 2019, our dog suddenly became totally paralyzed. My vet of 35 years had retired, and i had not yet found one that I felt i could trust. A relative recommended Dyer Animal Clinic (DAC). What a blessing DAC proved to be!! We could immediately feel their caring spirit, much like the old-fashioned mom-&-pop vets used to be. X-rays showed a bit of narrowing between two neck vertebrae, but this was not sufficient explanation for paralysis. Blood tests were good, so Dr. Radencic gave him anti-flamatory & muscle relaxor meds and showed us how to care for our dog at home around the clock. Dr. De Graaf helped us with his diet and vitamins. Our dog also received laser treatments at DAC for 5 weeks. Now Coco is walking again and is almost back to normal. We have adopted DAC into our family. We call Coco “Our Miracle Dog!” Before We Found Dyer Animal Clinic: When Coco became paralyzed, we called three local animal clinics, and none would look at him! They all told us to take him to neurologists, which were 1.5 to 2 hours away! Estimated cost for “supportive care” could be as high as $1000 per day plus at least $5000 for neurological testing. Because of the holidays, neurologists would not be on staff for another 5 days!! We were looking at a minimum $10,000 with no guarantee that we would find the cause. We did not want to leave Coco so far away. He was already afraid, because of being paralyzed and would have been traumatized being with strangers for 5 days. We took him to a local animal hospital, and spent a small fortune on blood tests, all of which came back negative. The attending doctor also recommended a long-distance neurologist. Then we discovered Dyer Animal Clinic, and the rest is happy history! DYER ANIMAL CLINIC was the only clinic that would take him into their care! It did not cost us a fortune!! I would recommend DAC to everyone!

I am thrilled to have taken all 3 of my dogs (Shelties) to Molly. Her care of my dogs has been outstanding! She helped me through the end stage of the lives of two of my dogs. She showed so much compassion and understanding which helped me during a very difficult time. She is very responsive and helpful. She fit me in one day with an emergency situation. Molly listens to my concerns and explains what is happening and what to expect with any situation She is currently helping me with my third dog regarding a medical condition. I know my dog is in great hands with Molly guiding me. Just this last week, I had to put my third dog down. Molly had been guiding me through my dogs illness and offered comfort and compassion when the time had come. She showed how much she cared. She presented me with options and the risk. When I get my next dog, I know Molly will be taking care of my next baby! I drive a little over 30 minutes each way to see Molly. As a side note, that is with a dog that gets car sick. She is worth it! If you want an excellent Veterinarian, please call her and schedule an appointment. In addition to being knowledgeable, I do believe you will find Molly to be compassionate, a great listener and very easy to talk with. Just an update...I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Molly since she started at Dyer Animal Clinic. She is so helpful and knowledgeable. She is fantastic!!! A few years have passed since I met Dr. Molly Farrell, and I am still driving 30 min each way to have her take care of my Shelties. So knowledgeable, listens well, and gives excellent advice!

Called to ask if they take walk-ins. Lady on the phones says, "No!" So I ask, "oh ok is there any availa-" *receptionist slams down phone and hangs up* I could tell it was deliberate because she didn't say bye or anything.
