Very nice store and makes me feel at Hoke when I go in there associates and employees are always nice and very helpful to help you find what your looking fir your pets just makes you feel at Hoke qith your pets and at wow also.

Both staff members were awesome, helpful and actually felt like they cared,whether they were faking it or not. That's appreciated, especially after driving 8 hours.

Great experience with shopping for additional fish for our tank. Sales clerk was friendly and helpful with getting additional staff to select the fish we wanted. The guarantee on the fish to live a period of time after purchase is generous too!

I went in to do a little pet "research" for a puppy. The young lady at the front counter was actually sitting on the counter! Her conversation with the young male co-worker seemed more important than why I was wondering around. You asked for my opinion!

Went there to buy dog food. I was going to buy it regardless of the price, however it was on sale. When I got to the register they didn't show me the price of the item only my total with tax included. I did the math on the fly and realized that it was about 3 dollars too expensive, the clerk was reluctant to check the price and it took her 5 minutes to come back and fix the price. Literally have to know what your total will be with all items you purchase or they will cheat you out of money. This alone is going to have me driving am additional 8 miles just to go to Petco.
