Every time I call and schedule something here it always goes terrible. Argued with someone about a grooming appointment because they couldn't answer my question about rabies vaccination. Said I wasn't allowed to make an appointment even though I said multiple times I had proof of vaccination and that I'd bring it. Another time I was going to be slightly late to an appointment and called a head to get approval (late by 5 minutes) and the woman gave me attitude and said she's been calling me and texting me all week about how the appt was too late for their liking and to come earlier. Which wasn't true, I only received a call for 8 am that same day and I called back and no one picked up and proceeded to expect the time I signed up for through their website.. They didn't cut me slack on 5 minutes and said If I wasn't there In a few minutes, my appt would be canceled.

Great experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I adopted 2 kittens from their affiliated rescue and they made sure we had everything we needed!

I adopted two baby red-eared turtles (from Indiana), and needed all supplies quickly. Nick, aquatic specialist at this location, was super friendly, very knowledgeable, didn't make me feel rushed at all, AND saved me money. Martha and Rufus (baby turtles) and I so lucky, and they're thriving!! BIG THANKS, NICK AND PETCO!!

I come here regularly as I like the wide variety of things they have for pets but I'm never super impressed by the conditions of the cats they have on show for adoption. Everytime I see them their cages always stink and their litter trays are always full. I understand you can't aleayd be on stand by constantly but there should be someone checking and cleaning the cages more regularly so the poor kitties aren't trapped with their own poo for several hours. It always frustrates and saddens me to see this, please make a change!

Location was clean and in stock with friendly staff. You do have to find someone to check you out, and it seems they have no dedicated cashier.

Will not shop here. While here with a friend purchasing items for her new puppy, we were helped by Susan. We were talking about dog training, and when I had mentioned I never put my pomeranian through training and how he is a bit spoiled, she had asked his breed and age, then responded "...put him down" I believe someone who supposedly loves animals should never make comments such as this.

Doing an order online and pickup in the store with Petco is great. It's quick and easy to do and you get a GOOD discount to do so. Very helpful.

Excellent customer service. The sales associate was awesome. Carried the dog stroller to the counter for me and even out to my car! Another sales associate in-store was happy and greeted my dog! Excellent. They went above and beyond. Loved it THANK YOU!!

I love how friendly the staff are but the waiting at the register for someone to ring me up and having to go find someone is just not acceptable

only go there for loose litter, lol. Other things are cheaper to get from amazon

First time purchasing online and decided to do curbside pickup too. Calling the store was easy to navigate with the prompts, and the girl came out very quickly. She thanked me and I was on my way! Easy ~ Peasy!!
