Doggie Depot Downers Grove, Illinois

Are big guy loves going to the Doggie Depot. The staff has always been wonderful. I cannot recommend them enough.

This place is the perfect combination of precision and forethought about every aspect, together with true love and affection for the dogs. I'm thrilled, too, that they have OUTDOOR potty areas, which is so important for a dog who tends toward potty problems anyway.

Our boy loves Doggie Depot, hates the car ride there, but loves going there and playing with the other pups. The owners and staff are fantastic. I especially appreciated Colleen's advice when we were debating doing a single over night stay before we had him go for long boarding stay. Everything worked out wonderfully when we did the long stay and they were great at responding when I was a nervous dog mom during the trip. We currently miss Doggie depot terribly while we are on hiatus until his neutering early/mid-2022. We know all of us will be excited to be coming back.

Been taking our dogs here for a year now. I love they break up the dogs by size and age group. Our older dog is 13 and likes to just lay around and it's nice that she gets to hang out with pups her age.

I used to work here many moons ago, and still recommend this place as the best boarding facility. Very professional, clean, and trustworthy. If I ever had to board my dog, I would definitely bring them here.

My dog loves going to doggie depot! They take great care of the dogs in both daycare and overnight. It is a business owned by, and fully staffed with, dog lovers. Anyone looking for a daycare or boarding spot, I definitely recommend going here.

Horrible place to work and horrible place to bring your dog. My dog Max has been attending the daycare. He has been close to being harmed numerous times. Every time he came home he would smell horrible. The one time he ate the food there, he had horrible diarrhea. My girlfriend worked here. She got bit by a dog. Her ring got bent and she got injured. The owners refused to pay for any medical treatment and for the ring. They hired an attorney to defend them (paying the attorney probably more than they would've paid for the ring). They terminated her employment due to me posting this review. These guys don't have the right ethics and mindset. Highly don't reccomend!

Brian and Colleen are awesome. The facilities are well maintained and my dog loves going there.

Convenient dog boarding & daycare in Downers Grove. The staff seem to deeply care for the dogs, but the front office comes across as very tense and unfriendly. I also dislike that they do not keep someone on staff overnight, I would prefer they have 24 hr care
