All Creatures Great and Small Veterinary Practice Downers Grove, Illinois

I thought people should know & never had opportunity send this before. They don't care! I haven't used them for years. Staff would prescribe wrong meds, ear drops went my kitty's eyes. They said oops! I frantically called Dr Eisenberg while my cat was dying not even 1 call back from staff to even say go to ER clinic. Even though it was years ago, I am sure Dr E. remembers, he was my favorite when he was associated with DG animal hospital many years ago. It's a phony act they're only in it for $ they don't care about your pet. Uhm. I see the comment from vet. Daizzy is the cat the vet ignored calls when he was sick, Mariah is the cat you gave ear drops for her eyes. You ate terrible. And because I had a bad experience at another vet as well doesn't make your pathetic greed any better. Dr E. . This post will not go away.

Dr. Ken Eisenberg is the best bet all around. I wanted to leave a review so that people are aware that he knows rabbits! I have been to multiple vets and this is my favorite hands down the best. My little girl gets GI stasis often and I am able to get ready for her next attack so that I am not empty handed when it happens. I have also brung my pitty here for mast cell tumor removal.

This has to be one of the best Veterinarian's offices in the western suburbs. All of our animals love this place, from our dogs to our rabbit to our Cockatiel. Wonderful Doctors and Techs as well as wonderful people.

Absolutely the best vet care over all others. They are avian experts but have seen them treat everything that crawls slithers or walks. Have been taking our animals to them for nearly 30 years.

They took very good care of my 2 rats and my moms bird. They were very informative and personable, and gladly answered any questions asked of them.

They made me feel comfortable leaving my two bunnies when I got them neutered. They were very nice and professional and it wasn’t pricey at all!

My dog seems to like it so I do as well. Staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable for what we had done.

I had the best experience at All Creatures! To start, their COVID precautions were above and beyond and obviously care about the well-being of the owners as much as they do of their pets. The staff was prompt and very friendly and were very complimentary of my goofy little dog. Dr. Andrew took care of Bucket and called me after, spoke with me for a long while, and went over her health and what I could do to get her to stay spry in her old age! Im very thankful to have found such a caring doctor and office. Thank you!

The clinic offers curbside drop off and pick up during covid. They actively communicate and took great care of my pup, I’m happy we finally found a great clinic!

After seeing four other vets and nearly losing our pup, the Doctors here found the cause of illness and saved her. She's healthy and happy, and we're so grateful for this noteworthy team of Doctors and Staff.
