Not taking new patients & told they haven't for years. They should put that on their website.

Tried to speak with someone about their practice and got placed on hold without anyone speaking to me. Tried to follow up bu viewing their website (broken link under "Services") and FB Messenger and got a response 6 hours later. Followup call 4 hours later garnered an apology and a lot of holds to ask questions to the vet(s)? Instead of having an intake or consult inquiry process. Felt like the receptionist was a teenage boy doing work for his parents. Not a good first impression. Was fooled by possibly fake Yelp reviews into thinking this was a reputable establishment. Perform your due diligence if you love your furkids.

I take our 2 dogs here this place is amazing. They are true kind and caring vets. Can’t find better than here. Even if they are busy and your animal is not well or an emergency they will find a way to see your pet

They are the best veterinarians around very caring they make your animals feel comfortable they have the best staff wouldn't take my dog anywhere else

Excellent vet care for the Lab who had to be put-down years ago and my current 10 year Lab ! I totally trust Dr. Chris and believe that he really does care about animals and their owners. I would never go to another Vet !

I tried to get an appointment and the lady well I can't At what I really want to was so rude. I understand if you don't take new patience but to turn around and just hang up when I am trying to ask a question is just so rude. Clearly your quality in service to making sure animals are taken care of is horrible.

We just started taking our pets here. We got such compassionate and competent care from Dr Chris for our dog Cooper. He went above and beyond to care for him and to ease our minds. Just awesome.
