They are just good people

Lived in the area for 25 years and had two dogs under their care. My dog Grizzly came down with a sickness and needed help ASAP, whoever answered the phone had no sympathy and rushed off the phone because they were "busy"

I called to ask advice about my dog, 10 seconds in i was rudely interrupted by the secretary and her advice was to give up the dog to a new owner or get a babysitter when I'm gone because my dog has anxiety when shes alone and misbehaves. SMH. Also I still would like a call back from the Dr. He actually is knowledgeable and caring... All she had to do was say "okay i will have the Dr. give you a call back". It should have been that simple.

Great veterinary care from Dr Christopolous and staff

I can only speak for myself as a cat owner but the doctor does not seem to care much for felines. He over looks many things and does not investigate issues. He will make it seem like there is no point in doing treatments with a cat. He overlooked three cavities with my feline and ignored GI issues and wanted to put him on hard medications that would make his health decline. I took my cat here for a few years because overall my cat was healthy and did not have major issues. Once things started happening the vet was not reassuring and did not try to help the discomfort of my pet. I am highly disappointed in this practice and the doctor. He should not be able to hold his head up high and assume he is doing a good job when he does not show any care or legitimate concern. I have moved on from this practice and if you are a feline owner ( cannot speak for canines) or care about your animals well being I would Pay attention to what’s being said and done or move on from this place.

I can't say enough about Dr. Christopoulos and his team. I've been taking my two dogs here for the past 5 years and have always been pleased with their services. My 11 year old toy yorkie (Chloe) recently had to have a 2.5cm external cyst removed that was located between her eyes (Thankfully it was benign) with Dr. Christopolous doing an INCREDIBLE job! I was beyond a nervous wreck but everything turned out just fine. I am extremely grateful and highly recommend their services.

The worst place ever!! If I could give ZERO I WOULD!! They turned my animal away while she was dying from intestinal issues!!

We took our greyhound Mackie in on 6/23 for checkup and shots. He was 14. He had some back leg issues that were spinal issues from arthritis. The car ride was traumatic for him. Due to Covid, my husband could not go in. The vet called him in the car and told him Mackie was in bad shape, heart racing and severe spinal arthritis, said probably should put him down. Shocked, because he was happy, eating, walking without issue before they went to vet. He did bend his back legs when he stood in place though, am sure he was in pain. He was 14, old for a greyhound. Well, my husband called me and said he was bad, etc. So I said ok. The issue here is my husband said he was coming in to office to be with Mackie. When my husband came in Mackie was already sedated. Shock again. He didn't wait for my husband to walk from the car to the office. Heartbroken. The girl at front desk cold as ice and rude. Also, had him cremated as we had two other dogs there. The other 2 remains were large boxes as our other 2 dogs were large also. My recent dog Mackie cremated 6,/22 were returned in a small box. Don't know if we have our dogs remains or another dogs. Caution.

I am very pleased with the service received. I have taken 2 cats to this vet, both are feeling much better. Staff is super friendly. The doctors really do care, and make the best suggestion for your fur family.

This animal hospital came recommended by family which when they had animals this was their place. So I had decided to take my cat there. The doctor was quick with her shots every time we had taken her there. Check ups were fast as well. They did cut one of her nails too short once, which did hurt her, but I understood. A few months ago my cat was vomiting all night. As this hospital was going to be our vet as well, I rushed her there first thing in the morning. There weren’t any cars in the parking lot other than the staff. As fast as we walked in, we also walked out. Amanda at front said there was no way he could even look at her. I had explained that she had been throwing up every hour on the hour last night. As the other girl heard that it seemed like she was willing to help us but then Amanda turned to tell her that we were “one timers” and that I should take her to the emergency room in Elk Grove, which had a 3 hour wait and she needed medical assistance right away. I have never been treated like that to any vet that I have been to. Nor do I know an animal hospital that will hear that cat has been throwing up all night with vomit coming out of her mouth and being turned away because apparently to Amanda we were just “one timers”. We will never go back to this animal hospital. I still can’t believe that an animal hospital would refuse to help an animal in such need. Our friends and family will also never use them as well.

Very friendly staff and doctor

I've had my previous 3 dogs treated by Dr. C, and we are on our 4th. He is great at helping get down to the bottom of an issue and not just treating the symptoms. Dr. C has been a huge help in both the care of our animals and making us feel reassured that we are taking the best course of action. When I moved, I tried a different vet... it took 1 appt for me to know I had made a mistake. The entire staff at Aberdeen is helpful, efficient, and friendly. Cannot say enough good things!

I've brought all my dogs here and they do a great job with everything. Even when they took the small cancerous tumor out of my pups leg.

We love Aberdeen!! Its close by & Doc C. is genuine. He won't do unnecessary stuff just to make a buck, he's one of the good guys! His staff is great, too! Doc is also very knowledgeable, he knows what he's talking about, we trust our fur babies with him. Thank you, thank you!!!

Been taking our dog here since she was a puppy (1.2 years). Everyone is nice and professional. Have never had any issues here. Very knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend this Vet.

Staff and Dr. C are great, caring people. Truly want the best for your pet. Just wish hours of operation we're extended.

The best vet I have ever interacted with. Knowledgeable and reasonable when is comes to costs. Dr. Christopoulos truly cares for the well-being of my 2 dogs.

Not impressed at all. Front desk staff are not bubbly and happy, they all act and look miserable to be there. I have taken a few of my animals in there and every time it feels like I am walking into an office with a lot of tension. It is uncomfortable to go there. The only plus side is that they get you in and out (which can be good and bad since they don't want to get to know you or your animal). You are just a transaction to them. The actual veterinarians are nice but you don't deal with them as much as you deal with the front desk staff and technicians. If it wasn't so close to my house I would go somewhere else in a heartbeat.

Best vet around! Dr.C is the best! His staff is awesome. I have been going there for forever! Love how he explains everything, they whole staff is very compassionate! If your looking for a vet. this is the place, you won't be disappointed!
