I took my Grand puppy in for a bath. I never did a " do it yourself " obviously I didn't have a clue. Bridget saved me and Dunkin. I can't thank you enough for your kindness and assistance.

The store hours on the door say they're open until 6pm. I went in at 5:16 to use the dog wash and the lady said that it closed already because it closes 15 minutes before they do and I said i thought you were open until 6 and she just said it's Sunday. So maybe the hours need to be updated?

Where do I begin?! I LOVE this store. I recently discovered this place and popped in to get an item recommended by ExperiencesWithMyDog on YouTube. I was greeted by Paige who was incredibly knowledgeable and kind! I learned so many new and amazing helpful things for my dog in just my first visit. Paige has gone extremely above and beyond to help me with my needs for my dog, that kind of service is so rare and both my little one and I really appreciate her! This will be our new go to store and I like their return policy since I have the pickiest dog on earth

The funny thing is we stopped in just on a whim - Page was a God send when it came to helping us make better decisions for our new pup. She was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand why I may be having trouble with deciding on purchasing the best items. She is very experienced in understanding animals and their nutrition! Best pet store that I have ever stepped foot in. I'm never going back to a Petco, Petland, Petsmart, or another store for anything dog related. They saved us so much headache. They definitely live up to the name PetPeople.

Employees are always helpful, friendly, and genuine. Even if it's been awhile since my last visit they remember Apollo. The bathing facility is always well managed and clean.

Staffed by super-friendly people and filled with a great selection of mainly high-end pet supplies. We've taken advantage of their wash-your-own-dog several times too. It's been great to stop there on the way home from the dog park and get the mud and crud out of my dog's medium-length fur. The whole set up is very pet-friendly, too. I often take my dog in with me, especially if I want to get a new harness or collar etc. They're always happy to help me find something that fits.They offer up their community room for puppy play dates which has been great the few times in the winter when I've taken advantage of it.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff!! They helped us pick out a much more healthier cat food and lo and behold, our cat stopped barfing!!! Like them so much better than the standard chain store pet shops!

It was Christmas Eve, and it was too late to get an appointment with a groomer, so PetPeople saved the day by being open and having its self-service dog wash available. It was my first time there and one of the staff explained everything to me. All the supplies I needed were there: shampoo, towels, a rubber smock, and a dryer. The facility was clean and easy to use. Thanks!
