I have been going here regularly for 6 months now and it is easily my favorite thrift store in the area for clothes. Always find name brands in variety of sizes and just amazing selection overall. I do think some of the shoes and some purses are a bit over priced but still better than goodwill. Also cant beat the 20 cent books! There are a couple ladies here that are always very friendly, Carol being one of them. If you want to find some nice thrifted clothes, this is the place.

The prices were amazing. Wish it wasn't so far away. My mom got a working santa toy for $5. Well worth the visit if you want a bargain

In all the many years I have been shopping here, have never found a bug. Great clean items for decent price.

Nice, friendly folks! Good customer service! Some of the clothes were not laundered, however. Even so, I still recommend shopping at DAV Thrift Store! So many little treasures, so little time!

This is my favorite thrift store for one main reason: BOOKS ARE ONLY $0.20 No matter what book it is, twenty freakin' cents! I've built a 700 book library by shopping at DAV. ????❤️

Older lady who was running the register was not wearing a mask during the pandemic and encouraged customers who came to pay to take off their mask.

We used to enjoy shopping at DAV and preferred to bring our donations here, thinking it's a good cause. But the staff seems to have no sense of mission. Some talk incessantly, and others display a hostile attitude. When we tried to drop off our latest bag of donations, the cashier said they weren't accepting items today. When we questioned why we couldn't even leave a bag of clothing in the stock room, she called my wife "honey" and said she was the only worker on duty (she was doing nothing) and there was no one available to sort through the donations. If staff cared about the cause, that wouldn't matter. They'd want to maximize revenue. Just leave the donations in the stock room so they can be sorted and priced when staff is available. Adding insult to injury, another employee came back from lunch a few minutes later. There were only about five customers in the whole store. There are plenty of low-wage jobs available where hateful people can do as little as possible and avoid helping anyone. Don't work at the DAV if you aren't motivated to help veterans.
