I tried scheduling an appointment today and the receptionist was condescending, rude and dismissive regarding the concerns I have about my pet. I have seen various doctors at this clinic and have been a customer since 2007. I will not be returning.

Nice staff, currently can not go into the office due to Covid.

We took our kitten in for her first shots after my daughter-in-law took two of her litter mates in for theirs. Great people and our kitten even had her nails clipped. Will be going back in 3 weeks. Great experience.

Our family pets have been seeing Dr. Gus for well over 20 years. We love him, trust him explicitly with our fur babies!!! No other vet compares. Trust me! You will not be disappointed. ????????????

i've been using the Darien Animal Clinic for the last 20+ years. i have never had a bad experience. During this last visit my Cocker Spaniel had hurt her back and hind paw. They were able to get her in to see the doctor within a couple hours. They were very compassionate and professional. They deliver great care every time. A little pricey but great. I would highly recommend them.

Our pets love(d) Dr Gus for 23 years and counting! Professional and helpful even in times of curbside service. Compassionate in the most difficult of times. RIP Shadow - when it mattered most to our family, Dr Gus guided us.

This was my first time attending Darien Animal Clinic. My cat was sick and I was so grateful that I was able to take an appointment someone cancelled. The doctor was great and the staff were very warm.

Just moved to the area and our little guy got sick. We have a vet we love but needed to get our guy in asap. The Dr. and vet tech did an amazing job listening to the concerns we had for our little guy and taking care of him so well! Highly recommend this Vet if needing a good one you can trust with your fur babies!

Front desk staff was patient and caring while I was setting up my first appointment. So appreciate vet (Dr. Gustafson) and tech taking the time to cover all the bases with my elderly dog Gizmo and I, especially considering it was an appointment at the end of the day! THANK YOU!

They'll take care of your pet at a reasonable price. Its the only place I take my dogs now. You won't be disappointed.

I use to bring my dogs to Downers Grove Animal Clinic but they went corporate, got very expensive and seemed to order a lot of unnecessary services my dogs didn't need. One of their former doctors had moved to Darien Animal Clinic and we tried there. I am forever grateful we did. When I make an appointment with Darien Animal Clinic I know that, even if my usual doctor isn't available when I need to bring my dog in, they will receive the same vigilant and professional care from anyone on the clinics staff. I've been bringing my dogs to Dr. "Gus" for over 25 years. We have moved to Glendale Heights and still bring our two Pembroke Welsh Corgis to Darien Animal Clinic because we trust that they will get the very best care with the staff there.

Dr. Gustafson and the entire staff have always been nothing but professional!!! My dog Titan and our cat Mikey loves them all!!

We just got our boy Dobby about a month ago and we've visited this clinic twice for a check up and then today for a neuter. The staff is amazing! They explained everything that would happen and when to expect a call for an update after his procedure. They microchipped him for us and explained after care to us. They were so quick and efficient as well. I could tell that they treated him like their own and I would absolutely recommend this clinic!

reviewed them in the past on YELP, they were great back then and they are still the best. We have very happy with everyone there ,so hard to not miss anyone. They treat your furry friends so well and always spend extra time explaining things to the human also. The Techs that are there are there because they love animals for sure, not just there for a paycheck. dr.K. is are go to Dr. but all are great, Marci is top notch also, but ALL are very sharp and feel like best friends to us and our Maddie.

My vet of 20 years wasn't available and too busy to treat my dog who was struggling to breathe. Darien animal clinic got me in within the hour and spent time talking to me despite the pandemic. My dog is 9 and my old vet never discussed with me my dogs skin condition which Darien Animal Clinic brought to my attention in addition to the other issues I brought him in for. I have a new vet. Thank you Dr. Gus.

I’ve been going to Darien Animal Clinic for at least 30 years. My pets have always had the best of care there. The vets and staff are very friendly and caring. I wouldn’t take my pets any where else for their medical needs.

The staff is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We travel 30 minutes to go see them. They take very good care of our precious pet.

You can tell it’s a place that makes you feel like you’re a team for your pets health. I know that sounds cheesy but I’ve had nothing but amazing service and conversations when I’ve taken little Ms Sita (my cat) in for visits. They know their stuff and if you have any questions they have answers. Dr Morris is my cats doctor and this is my home vet even though I live in Naperville. Just great people. 10/10
