My cat just got done having pneumonia and when she first got diagnosed I went to 3 different places to get different food for her to try.I couldn't remember where I got food and a lovely girl by the name of Sam help me find the food and even went out of her way to help me place a on line order cause they were out.To me that was exceptional service I told her she should be manager .

What a great dog grooming experience. My dog is a very complicated cut. The groomer took her time to talk about my wants and then invested in the results and follow up.

Nice people, cute animals, and good selection of pet supplies. seemed like they needed more staff as I've never seen more than a few in the store at one time

There seems to be a new staff and I had the best new advise from them. I am super happy and all 3 of my dogs loved the new food. I'll be back on Wed when the new order is in to buy more!

This location is always out of stock of multiple items that I need. It was the perfect distance to home & work but now I have to make few stops at different stores, or go out of my way to a different petco to get the things I need

Took My Dog In For A Grooming Appointment & Was Told The Day Of They Couldn’t See Her Due To Her Health Issues. I Wish They Would Have Let Me Known The Day I Scheduled Over The Phone & I Could Have Saved Myself The Drive So Early In The Morning.

We went for vaccines. It was quick. You need an appointment to be seen. Cost was about $5 less than the Vet but they did it on a Sunday so I didn't have to take it day off
