Dr sherry the chiropractor is amazing

Unprofessional at best. Will never go back or recommend. Happy to take my hundreds in cash money business elsewhere. Dr. Nick said he hates pet parents and would just as soon rather retire. watch out! Dr. Nick discourages pet parents from making informed decisions and asking informed questions because he's the authority and you should just shut up and take his advice. They held my cat like a sack of potatoes and refused three times to put her back in the carrier. Arrogant hospital manager told me I reap what I sow. On what planet did you receive your customer experience training over those 25 years? Sorry excuse for a manager, let alone a human being that professes to love pets.

The veterinarian was so very helpful with making decisions for my one year old cat. Saved us money and did what was best for our kitty

They were great in helping me put down my dying dog. She was in so much pain and discomfort. They were very caring.

They were phenomenal with our Moe Moe cat. He loved them and tried escaping to be with the staff. Before we brought him in, he was lethargic and mad at everyone in our house including our new cat. After bloodwork and urine collection, they were able to address his acute and long term needs. After treatment, Moe started feeling better within hours. He loves his new food too! We are forever grateful.

Dr. Tina and her staff are just the best!! Our dog got progressively sicker yesterday. I love that they answer the phone before they open and they were able to get me in for an appointment first thing even though they didn't have one to give me! Really appreciate their compassion and care.

Do not take Rotts, Dobies, Pitbulls or Madtoffs here. They are agrsid of muzzled dogs who are nervous amd responsive to owners. Ridiculous….This place needs to be shut down.

They have taken excellent care of my dog since adoption and are always available and everyone is pleasant all the time. They answer any questions I have. I recommend these vets.

Brought my sick dog here because my primary vet was booked solid for days. They took her in, assessed her, and helped come up with a treatment plan that worked for me. The vet was super nice and took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment to me in words I understood. Really considering switching vets now.

Our Belgian Shepherd Cooper Blue entered into our family in a rehome situation and was suggested to us thru CL Vet as the previous owner was also a client. Cooper has brought us so much joy and we thank CL Vet for connecting us to the previous owner. Just recently, Cooper broke a toe on his back leg which resulted in an amputation of not only 1 but 2 (found during surgery). Dr. Nick is a fantastic vet!!!!! His passion for healing and caring for them is exceptional. He can be direct and tell you like it is and what he would do, but it show how much he cares and it means a lot. Thank you Dr. Nick!!!! I have been going to this vet with ALL my fur babies. All the Doctors are amazing and are very good with my fur babies! The techs really go out of their way to explain the meds to you. The front staff make you feel at home. I'm sorry I didn't come here sooner!

Dr. Nick and staff were great as always. The entry and processing procedures in this CV19 environment work, but only work if other patient owners bother to read and abide by them.

Dr Clements and the whole staff was very nice! (definitely was a mistake!) I wrote that above line yesterday but I was mistaken! Until I got back home and checked all the meds that they gave me total of $262.50 . I found out that all of that items were so extremely over priced. Example Otic Ear Cleaner was billed $20 but same thing available online at $7.99 and $12.99. Other things even had difference of $20/$25. I brought them back unopened requesting them about this Big price difference and if they can refund me but they blatantly refused. I told them I understand they can't take meds back once they're out of door, so at least match the price because that's not fair of them to ask someone to pay twice or thrice the retail price of anything but it was refused profusely. I requested to provide anything they deem logical and reasonable but again a big fat No! Eventually I asked them why wouldn't they inform me, that I could've bought them myself based on prescription but I was not informed or given any choice or told that I could do something like that! One of the most worst experience ever. I always think it's good to win clients and their faith however this truly has left me with worst feeling ever. I would NEVER EVER want to go there even in case of dire emergency! And I would very strongly recommend others to not go there and rather go to some other vets who are not out there to rob/loot their clients and their faith!!

The staff is very friendly and the vet that took care of Binkie is very nice too. She explained everything and put my mind at ease.

Brought my dog lily in for an exam with Dr. Bemis to look at a leg injury . She took the time to to make her comfortable and was gentle in her findings . She was able to diagnosis the ACL injury and thoroughly explained surgery options. Staff is always friendly and helpful and make you feel like your important .

The staff here was condescending and rude on several occasions. The tipping point was when we needed to have treatment recently, but we were having financial hardships due to my wife losing her job. We were told we shouldn’t have pets if we can’t afford them. We typically don’t struggle financially, but it’s been a rough month and we had already spent $1000 in vet bills. It is extremely unprofessional to judge and criticize people on their financially situations. We will not be going back and I would not recommend. Edit: my dog was aggressive to the point of injuring my other dogs as well as biting my knee. His treatable condition of aggression would have put my children and other pets in a compromised position. We called over 20 shelters and they were full and said they would not re-home him. We were told by every place we called said they would euthanize him and we wanted it to be on our terms. It was a very hard decision to make. We expressed all this information to the staff and they were still rude and demonized us for having to make a difficult decision for the well being of our small children and remaining pets.

Awesome doctor's and staff. When making an appointment they get you in right away. Love this place.

Just a great facility all around. I was able to get in right away being a new client. So happy I found them!!
