They were great. Called in the morning and they were able to see our dog that evening. The staff and the vet were great. They listened to all of our concerns.

Surprisingly a wonderful experience, it had been years since i used them. I needed to renew animal hospital location since my current was having isdues and i was treated with respect and care. Very friendly and willing to help. So good to be back

My dog is afraid of men and it is an all female staff here. She was a little nervous at first, but as soon as the doctor came in she ran right over to her.

We have been taking our dogs here forever. I know that when my dogs go to see Dr.Ziesmer or Dr. Katy they are getting the best care available in the state.

We are satisfied with the quality of service we receive from Crest Hill Animal Hospital. Everyone is very kind and professional.

My dog gets really nervous going to the vet, but Dr. Z always does such a good job with him. Always receive the best care.

I took my very itchy boy Kodi today to see Dr Katie. She was very nice and professional and helped us both out a great deal. I would definitely recommend Dr. Katie. Amy at the front desk was also a great help and very nice.

We have been going their for a couple of years. The doctors/Vets and staff are exceptional ! We have a husky “Jax” who loves people but hates the doctors office. Dr. Katie Aksamit cleaned his teeth & removed a broken molar. She is very genuine. They also have a program for billing to help with expenses their, & their staff is great as well !!!! Overall, my experience was a good one. I had my 2 cats in for their vaccinations and 1 cat was to be groomed. I knew it would be a little expensive because he needed to be sedated, but I was charged $60 for the sedation and $60 for the groom. That seems like alot to be charged. $120 to groom a cat. I will definitely return for veterinary services, but probably not grooming. Overall good experience, just pricey. ????

Have visited different places for my two dogs and the prices for visits were really expensive. Brought my dog here yesterday and they were very kind and understanding. They made sure the cost would fall in line with our budget. Definitely would recommend this place.

I would 1st like to thank Dr. Z and the office ladies, due to unforseen circumstances I was not able to bring my Dog Franklin in for his medication refill again, they went ahead and filled it for a few weeks until I can get him back in! I came there about 4 months ago after his Vet for years was not able to get him in for an ER, he was in so much pain, the 1st time I called they got him in asap, Dr. Z was very thorough with checking him out, and his skin condition, I appreciate them, this will be be the place for all his needs from here on out, they also are very reasonable in price and didn't push expensive things, Thank you!

We love Dr.Brandy,have been using her services for a couple years now and even after we moved to Aurora il which is about 45 minutes away we still take our furries to Dr.Brandy.We are very pleased with her care she gives and would highly recommend her.

Cresthill Animal Hospital has been my veterinarian for over 30 years and have always been a caring and compassionate place to bring my pets!

Huge miscommunication with receptionist. Came in for a skin allergy test and when arrived we were told they do not offer that test but was still charged for an exam. I am not sure why they even did an exam... We have a vet that already. We thought they offered that test there. Wont ever be returning.

Been going here for years. Dr Brandy is one of the absolute BEST vets i have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She will always help our pets and go above and beyond for them.

After the worse experience with my last vet of over 25 years. I was recommended by a very nice lady who comes here after seeing my review on their FB sight. She told me to call. I have not been disappointed. The front desk staff are so professional and caring. Dr. Katie is wonderful with my Boxer. He's was very traumatized at his last vets office. He doesn't shake when Dr. Katie comes in the room. Everyone is so caring. If your thinking about switching your fur baby to a new vet, definitely bring your family member here. They are family and to so many our kids. Trust them to someone who cares as much. These guys definitely do.❤

I finally got to go inside with my fur baby, It felt like old times. Going inside puts my Sassy at ease and me too. My Sassy and I got to meet the new Veterinarian. She's a great addition to CHAH. As always everyone was professional and pleasant.
