Love this pet store. Staff needs to clean the fish tanks on a more regular basis. This is something that's been on going.

Be very careful buying fish from here I bought 7 fish and 2 weeks later I was battling ick witch I got form there tank. So far I lost 2 fish.

Overall a decent store, the aquatic life is not in the best health tanks appear poorly maintained, otherwise has about anything you might need and helpful staff

The staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a good selection of toys and food for all kinds of pets.

Vast variety of pet things. I got a lot of new stuff for my puppy and her first Christmas. I spent over $100, so easy to do! The prices, I feel, aren't worth it, for what they are. Balls, 1/4 elk antlers, etc, stuffed animals, etc. I'm just going all out because shes new to us, and I hope to have many more years with her. I'll have to really look around for better prices for the same things. I hope that it's because it's a college town(Coralville, Iowa, home to Iowa State University), and things tend to be more expensive there, than in a smaller town.

I love this shop but they need more employees to prevent customers from having longer wait times. Staff is great when they can get to you. But if your like me I mostly know what Ive gone in for.

Worst store ever, what is the point of saving records if you need us to bring them. Dud tou say that when I called to schedule an appointment this morning? No all you said was see you at 10. Well now that I wasted the gas to drive in from 30 minutes away, without records he can't be seen and when I give you employee the vets number she proceeds to pull out her phone and look it up very disrespectful. I've had my dog seen in other store in the last 60 days what's the problem he is 6 months old his vacations are still good. Never returning

The staff is not friendly or helpful at all. I have been there 3 times this month and do not believe I will go back. Very disappointed in the staff at petsmart at Coralville Mall. Sorry but that is my opinion.

Can't seem to keep fish alive from thus place but any other place no problems. This last purchase didn't even last a week on a well established community tank with normal weekly water testing, and regular water changes. 75 gallons, fresh water. Staff is friendly but only one seems knowledgeable with aquariums (Quentin) so if he is at work definitely look for him. Read your receipts before you leave the store to make sure no overcharges. Clean store, usually have all medicines and aquarium supplies in stock. There's a pet grooming service which I haven't used but seems nice. Adequate parking lot/handicap accesible for those that need it. Shopping Cart corral available in parking lot.

Calling someone 35 min before a grooming appt to cancel when I already drove the 35min to make the appt is not good business. Acting like it's not a big deal and you can just come back next week. Sorry, no one else can do it. Well it is a big deal for those who were canceled on.

Excellent product selection and location. Reasonably pricing also. Very friendly atmosphere, and pets are welcome also.

Good price for grooming your doggo. Also, it is a good place to socialize your doggo or train how to walk around with people. They also provide a training area.

Maddie - did a fantastic grooming on Gatsby ! He looked absolutely amazing. We are so appreciative how sweet and patient the staff is in the grooming dept. Especially with Gatsby- he is really shy !

Haveing rescue dogs we always worry when we go to a new place. Bella, Baxter, and Bear loved it and were the least stressed I've seen after a grooming. The staff is amazing. Thank you, they look amazing.

Every time I'm in Iowa city/Coralville I stop here to get my pets a treat. My kids love to look at all the animals ????
