They got my dog in the exact same day it was a rescue very friendly and efficient!

Well integrated use of technology for communication, use of texting and email for appointment reminders, results and answers to questions very quickly eliminates need to wait on phone. Large staff allows less waiting during appointment and easy to make convenient date for next one. Great location and thankfully haven't needed expert therapy overhead others talk about their experience in waiting area.

There is no way to say how much these guys and gals mean to us. They have taken care of our furbaby Sassy since she first came home. Always caring understanding and compassionate. I would not trust Daddy's girls health to anyone else.

We have been taking our two beloved pit bulls here since 2014, and we really appreciate this place. They’re staff, including admin, techs, pharmacy, and doctors, are all consistently kind and professional, and we feel they care about our pets. They seem to us to be on the pricier end of vet care, but we are typically comfortable paying it for good quality. Dr Randla has been a favorite of our family, but since the clinic got more busy with the pandemic (seemingly universal with vets), we have seen other vets at HLAH and always had a good experience. We would also do grooming there but when we’ve tried they haven’t been able to accommodate larger dogs (ours are ~65lbs). Thank you Horseshoe Lake!

The hospital is so impressive. I was able to get my dog in same day because of chance. They were so helpful with care and explained what first steps and medicine we should try while test results came back. The vet and tech even sat on the floor with my dog to do the evaluation. Thank you ❤️

The shelter I adopted my elderly dog from uses Horseshoe Lake for their medical needs. After one visit with my dog, there was no reason for me to look elsewhere! The entire staff is knowledgeable and patient with any and all questions. I once used the after hours emergency line and was greeted with a calm, empathetic vet who comforted me as I assessed my dog. Her typical vet called to follow up the next day to make sure she was back to normal! The techs are also so kind and actively listen to concerns. The vet helps prioritize services if financing is an issue (they also accept Scratch Pay and Care Credit!) The care is exceptionally great and prices are competitive with similar clinics back home. I cannot give enough praise to this staff. I even switched my senior cat over to their care!

We've been going here for years. The customer service and experiences are wonderful!. They treat our pet as their own.

Sparky’s doctor listens and and always dragons to questions fully. He’s diabetic, so I truly appreciate the full explanations. She also follows up with a phone call when he’s been sick.

They are the best. We adopted 2 sisters and they actually didn't mind the vet. I would recommend this place for all your pet needs. The staff is super nice and very professional

Took my rescued dog here today. Everything was great until we asked for her nails to be cut. The tech came back in and said that it wasn’t possible which was fine. We got her in the car and she was bleeding all over the place and was bleeding when we got home. When I called they said that they only tried to cut one nail (there are multiple nails cut on her) and that they thought she was bleeding but didn’t see any blood on the floor. Why wouldn’t they say something to me if they thought my dog was bleeding? Finally the bleeding stopped over a half an hour later…

My dogs love this place. I have been bringing dogs here since 2008. I always feel like I get quick service. All the vets are great with my pets. The boarding suites are the best around!

I have been bringing my pets to HLAH since we moved to the area (2015). The laser treatments they recommended do wonders for my doxie’s back

The staff at Horseshoe Lake Vet were amazing! They were able to accommodate my large breed canine that we had adopted from the humane society. I will forever be taking my Danny here and they will be my first recommendation. I couldn't have been happier!!

The staff first of all greets you like you're family as soon as you walk in. Appointment is always right on schedule. Any concerns or really anything the staff will definitely try to fix it or find out how to fix it. Thank you so very much for taking care of Luther and Polar.

Been with Horseshoe Lake for little over 4 years. They are the best from front desk, vet techs, vets, and pharmacy. I don’t feel like I am going to an office/business but rather friends/family that love and care for my pups as much as I do!

Dr. Willoughby is amazing. My rescue dog Chloe had a terrible pain episode (still not quite sure what happened) and the staff and Dr Willoughby were incredible. Chloe is normally sweet as pie, but she was in so much pain that we couldn't get her out of the car and she was growling and snapping. The staff muzzled her and Dr Willoughby assessed her in the car. He gave us medication for her and made us an appointment first thing Monday to sedate for x-ray. He was on call all weekend and was so kind when I called at 6am freaking out. My animals are my world and he treated my girl with such compassion and kindness. Chloe is fine now but I know if this happens again, she will be in good hands.

We have been going to Horseshoe Lake Animal Hospital since 2010 and ADORE them! The staff treats your pet like their own, their hours are very convenient, and they always go the extra mile any chance they get. It certainly says a lot that our dogs are excited when they hear the word vet and can't get in the car fast enough!

My cat got 3shots deworm medicine and a sample of flea medicine plus they answered all of my questions. One more thing that i want to state in this review; they are affordable. as someone supporting myself and my cats. my other cat got everything else aside from the De-worm medicine.

Our cat's dewclaw was damaged and grew around and I to her paw. We were able to get a work-in appointment with Horseshoe. The doctor called us and told us what was going on, that they had cut the nail and we're giving her an antibiotic shot to avoid any infection Very helpful, professional, and co.oasdionate.

Their service is incredible. But their prices are way too expensive for the average person. Our dog loves this place and I adore his vet but we will not be back. Getting a wellness check, 2 exams and yearly meds cost us over $500. That’s outrageous ????

Got my kitty spayed. They spayed her. Lol. The cone of shame didn't work for her...she kept getting out of it, and they helped find some alternatives. Good people to deal with during a stressful time. Kitties don't do recovery well!

Dr. Willoughby and staff have been wonderful to work with while my dog has been seriously ill. They were able to diagnose and treat her in an exceptionally timely manor even with her Atypical-zebra type symptoms. They treat her like family and maintained a positive methodical approach to treatment and we're able to squeeze us into very busy business days while also kindly working within my budget. Every tech that worked with us both curbside and over the phone were courteous, caring, knowledgeable, and above all friendly. (Give those folks a bonus!) Vet care is a challenging career field both emotionally and physically and this crew faces those challenges with a positive attitude. I can not thank them enough for the lifesaving treatment provided to Juno, Dr. Willoughby has found a permanent client with our family!

I love these people that work their. These people are all on the ball with their jobs. Very courteous and gentle with your fur babies . I have a lot of respect for the techs and vets and my vet Dr. REINBOLD. She takes very good care of my fur babies. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT i WOULD DO WITHOUT HER. HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE.
