Outstanding service and communcation with our pet's health needs...Only vet we will work with...

My dog was overdue for her vaccinations and had a rsh forming on her body, so I needed a vet that was close to home. We had a 12:30 appointment, no one saw us until 40 minutes later. My dog and I were getting impatient and the person I spoke to on the phone took notice of my attitude. Then they cancelled the appointment and refunded me the $85 deposit fee, explaining that they didn't know about her temperament and didn't like us being impatient. Both of those were poor excuses. I explained to the doctor when I made the appointment that my dog wasn't friendly towards strangers amd she told me to make her wear a muzzle there, which she was. I don't think they took me seriously. Is this how vets in the hood are? Wasteful and unreliable? Be assured that I will never waste my time and money here again.

Amazing staff with amazing attitudes. Love this place so far. Felt like they took care of my 2 puppies and looked out for their health in a holistic and compassionate manner.

I really find the workers very pleasant, professional and talk to you like you are important and they are very concerned about your pet. They do not put you on hold and forget about your time is also precious.

I've been going here for 14yrs or better....Dr Harris has taken care of all my kids over the years. She is very passionate about what she does and it shows in the quality of service she provides.

They took care of my cinnamon well. And they were very informative.

The folks here always take excellent care of our pets! From drop off to pick up your family members will be in good hands.

Today marks a month of us loosing Max. We put our trust in this vet for over 11 yrs. But when when Max needed her most all she said is that they were booked & that she knew that the emergency vet hosptials are very expensive. I tried to find another vet, I called back 3 times, I begged her to help. She had no problem the last time we had an emergency when she gave Max a shot that made him very sick, then it was bring him in NOW. I really thought she cared, her actions were cruel & heartless. We miss our Max everyday. If & when I get another dog I will do my research on the vet & make sure they really care for the animals & their animal parents/owners. Max could possibly be alive today if she just cared, even if he had to be put to sleep it would have stopped his pain. I can still hear her say we are booked. We miss the little things about Max how he would greet us at the door, how happy he was to alway see us & how it loooked like he was smiling when wagged his tail. WE LOVE AND MISS YOU MAX OUR FUR BALL BABY BOY !!!!

My baby girl love them. I love the hospitality they provide me and baby girl. This location is the best I will not go anywhere else for her shots.

Awesome service! Just sucks we can't be with our pet because of this stupid Plandemic.

I've gone to this vet since I was nine with my mom and our dog Max. He went there since he was a puppy, but he still had a feisty side, normal for a Pomeranian. As I got older, the vets' dislike of him became less subtle with their side remarks and overall vibe. I can't help but think this aided in them refusing us service on 2/20/21. Even though he was 13, constantly vomiting and in pain, all they did was recommend us other places with unaffordable prices. If they'd seen us for at least half an hour, Max might still be here or have passed peacefully. RIP Maxy xoxo????

They took very good care of my kitten Madden J.They made sure she got all her shots and made sure she were still healthy & Customer service were very great If I decide to get another kitten I wouldn't mind bringing it here Thanks Woodlawn Animal Hospital great service

I've been bringing my pets here for over 20 yrs and it's always great and compassionate service.

My cat had urinary problems that they can’t quite diagnose because they couldn’t get his pee. We opted to come back when we can collect the urine sample, they insisted that he has to go on the prescription UTI food. We almost agreed to it, but the clinic was insistent we buy the food from their website, and that they cannot write a prescription for us to use it elsewhere. Not even at a cost. We had to have the external site call them to fill out a form, each refill would cost $35 just for them to fill out the paperwork. We ended up not getting the prescription food, and our cat is doing fine.

I recently had to go through the emotional devastation of having my 19yr old fur-baby put to sleep due to old age taking it's toll, and over the 19yrs of Leo's life I've tried various vets and none of them ever provided Leo or me the genuine care and compassion both pet and pet parent should receive when dealing with a health concern or crisis. When I knew I couldn't put it off any longer again I went in search of a vet, and aside from the great ratings online the address of this animal hospital stood out. I couldn't believe over 20yrs later the same vet we used when I was a little girl was still here. Not only did Dr. Harris finally provide my fur-babies with a veterinarian home and doctor I trust, but I also got back very fond memories from childhood which unfortunately had been long buried and forgotten. Leo is gone, but I still have Nile and my newest family member Lion-O to care for, and I'm so appreciative to Dr. Harris and her staff for all their care, kindness, and support!

It was a long wait..But very worth it.

The worst vet in Chicago. They overcharge everything!!!! I paid $58 for the same pills my friends get for $10 at a close by vet. Very unprofessional. I already changed vet for my puppy and suggested you to do so.

Great service, they really care about animals

I love the care they take. They are respectful of your pet and also listen to your concerns. I was able to bring my pup back on shirt notice because of a lack of recovery and they quickly diagnosed the problem abs saved her.

Nice staff, good pricing, gentle care with my very nervous pet. Would recommend.
