Only gave it one star because of that Perez guy. Very rude and unprofessional not a pleasant person to deal with.

Brighton Park animal hospital is the best hospital ever! My dog was bit by another dog they took him in and saved his life. For that I will be forever grateful! They're Angels

Never had a problem with this place until I brought my new Frenchie here. Always had to track then down for results. Twice I was charged for analysis that were never performed or completed. I do not recommend this place for specific breeds. If you just need the basics done, you shouldn't have a problem

We needed a lot done quickly to ship our cat over seas with us. The doctor is friendly and super invested in helping you and your pet!

Very slow service had an appointment at 1 had me waiting outside for 1 hour, doctors look like they don’t care about your pet all they care about is getting as much money out of you as they can Prices are outrageous

I had an appointment for 10:30. It's usually very hard getting my cat into a carrier but I had a easier time today so I got there much earlier than expected at 9:30. They registered and took my cat anyway. For that, they get one star. The front desk girl was very patient and helpful. That's another star. The visit itself was MUCH longer than I was told(15-20mins). It took 2 hours before I got my cat back and the vet himself was not great. He listed a bunch of "potential" ailments and told me she needed blood work and medication. When I asked him what the problem was exactly, he couldn't tell me. Just that she MIGHT have an inflamed tooth and an inflamed eye gland. Well, which is it? If she needs medication, it's because it's inflamed right? And if she doesn't, why are you giving charging me for medication that she doesn't need? I got the bloodwork done because she's older and I'd rather be safe than sorry but it just wasn't a very great experience.

I love.this place but there prices are high for some things

Took care of my pet right away, the staff are very professional. I love taking my pet to them even if I have to drive 45 min away.

Only interested in the money, charged 300.00 to see my cat, the he said he need to do surgery he could not urinate, he put a catharized him, cost 3000. 00 dollars more, told me if I didn't pick him up on the day he told us to it would be another 500.00 dollars a day, then he call the day we were to pick him up that the cat need to stay a other 3 days and another 1500.00, we didn't have the money the pay him so he took the cathariser out and told us to take our cate home he he might live or not, only interested in the money.

Brighton park animal hospital has warm& caring veterinary doctors and staff. They all listen to my concerns, help find solution for them I appreciate it very much

My dog was extremely sick and they told me they didnt have an appointment until sept 24th and sad to say my dog past later that day . Reason according to them was that they couldnt overbook their doctor they are obviously not concerned about the animals

I was given a quote to have a farel car neutered, and when it was completed, the amount was much more than was quoted and I was told that someone misquoted the cost and I that needed to pay in order to get the cat back. Very unprofessional. When I stated I should only have to pay what was quoted, they had no answer and said I needed to pay full amount. Be very aware if you go here, it could cost much more than you thought!

Highly recommended animal hospital and Grooming service! The vet doctor was very informative when asked questions about my cat's health and forthcoming. THANKS BRIGHTON!

Found a dog, took it in to scan chip, gave me a cell phone number, called the owner and got them reunited. Thank you for the great service!

Everything was great the only place that would take my dog without appointment.

They tell you one price and keep changing it till your broke!! Would never come back here!! Worse place ever?!!

I took my dog here a while back and it was amazing terrible. My dog was two weeks from giving birth and dr Perez said she wasn’t pregnant and refused to do anything with her and thought he was doing me a favor by not “charging” for his wrong, rushed, and rude “professional” opinion. Seems like the dr is very over worked because he seems overwhelmed. Or maybe it’s not the right job for him. If you love your pets I’d recommend going somewhere else. Like literally... told me my dog wasn’t pregnant when she gave birth less than two weeks later... no compassion

Friendly and professional staff. Free parking. We have been going for years. The prices are reasonable and very easy to make appointments. They are very busy so expect at least 10 minutes of waiting when you have an appointment.

The staff and doctors are courteous.The dog porters seem to be somewhat afraid of the dogs and the outside appearance of the building needs a little renovation..but all in all..its a good hospital for pets.

Fair prices, upfront about costs, professional staff, quick, my cat was well cared for. Definitely recommend!
