Boulevard vet is the only place I trust for Rokie. Their staff is attentive and also answers any questions (which their were lots in the first year of puppyhood) via email with a few photos. Dare I say Rokie even looks forward to going to the vet!

I’ve been taking all seven of my pets to the Logan Square location for a little over a year. Super friendly staff, excellent level of care, and we never feel like we are being upsold on services that are outside of routine care. Highly recommended

Beautiful, clean facility and lovely staff. I liked the segregated waiting areas so my kitty could be away from dogs (I love dogs but my cat disagrees!). The front desk was welcoming, and the tech was also thorough and was great with handling my kitty. Dr. Simpson was instrumental in helping relieve my cat's behavioral issues and mending our relationship, so we followed her when she started working at BLVD. My cat was significantly calmer at her visit than at any other facility we've been to, where she previously needed sedation before coming in. She didn't even flinch as she got her vaccinations since she was too busy eating a tasty treat! The table also was covered with a soft fleece blanket blanket it wouldn't be cold.Prices are very reasonable especially given the location. We had a wonderful experience :)

I believe they are nice based on my experience at the River North location. But they are too busy to have an understanding that life happens. I struggle to get my cat in a carrier after taking him on a plane (even though he was medicated). It was too hard of a trip for him and he gets very scared. Despite starting early it was a struggle and two ubers cancelled. Uber pet is new to me, apparently my previous drivers didn’t care. I was going to be there 15m after the appointment time and they cancelled on me. It was obvious I was not late because of negligence, I was clearly upset. I respect having a schedule, but you should accommodate small deviations when life happens.

Went in for my first appointment as a new client and the staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The vet, Dr. Peters, was engaged and helpful. I would highly recommend Boulevard to anyone and look forward to a return visit!

BLVD Veterinary is great. When we moved to a new neighborhood it was such a relief to find a well reviewed vet nearby. And the reviews did not disappoint. Everything about BLVD is great. Everyone is friendly, making appointments is easy, they had great Covid protocol, and the prices are reasonable. Most importantly, our dog loves them too! I highly recommend this vet if you live anywhere near Logan Square. Honestly if I had known back then, I probably would have been making the trip here from across town.

I've been taking my puppy to this veterinary office since he was just 8 weeks old. Even during stay-at-home orders in Chicago and with their curbside pickup policy, I felt like we were welcomed! I've also appreciated the time the vet and vet techs spend on the phone explaining what is being done and making sure my questions are answered. It's been a great experience!

We are new to the neighborhood and just brought our dog in for a wellness check- he can be a little anxious with vets and I am SO impressed by Boulevard Veterinary Logan Square! They were so sweet and amazing with our rescue pup. The vet was very knowledgable and the staff was incredibly kind and professional. I really appreciate their follow up and all of their attention given to our dog.

Such amazing staff both at the front office and back in the treatment area. We took our foster dog here for his shots and chip and ended up switching our dogs care to them because of their high quality care. Their office is so clean it doesn’t even smell like a vet.

I recently had to say goodbye to my almost 14 year old dog a few weeks ago. In the days leading up to his passing, the ENTIRE team at Boulevard Vet Logan Square was so kind, compassionate, and patient, not only with my dog, but also with me. They did their absolute best during a very sad time to explain his medical situation, options, etc. I felt that they truly wanted to work with me to make the best decision and were not "telling" me what should happen. It's always easy to write a wonderful review during happy times, and I can tell you that this practice is amazing even during the worst times. I am so grateful for everyone there and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to all.

I've been bringing my dog to Boulevard for 2 years now and we've always had a pleasant experience. The staff is super friendly, my dog loves the treats, and he's always received really good care. It may be more expensive than other vets but it is worth it!

I've been going to the Boulevard system for about 5 years now and have been to each location. Logan is my home base as it's closer to my apartment but each location toutes similar vibes. Exceptionally caring staff, obscenely clean facilities, and bonus mini fridge with drinks while you stress wait over your pet. (granted those drinks were probably pre covid but maybe someday they will return). I've never had a vet willing to spend 20-30+ minutes talking over test results and care options in such a way that I actually understand what is happening and next steps. Their care services are likely a bit more expensive than other vets in the area but personally I find the level of care I receive is worth the extra money. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a vet in Chicago at any of the locations.

They will try to fleece you. Won’t renew my cats prescription when the ringworm that was almost gone flared back up. Apparently I need to make another visit for them to say she still has ringworm. Ringworm is very stubborn and they know this. It’s a cash grab. They’ve tried to push $1000’s in other tests etc, as well.

I moved back to the city and needed a close vet to go to for my 2 cats. It was only a 5min drive and there was free parking in the back! They were all SO sweet, nice, and efficient! I didn't have to wait long at all and my cats loved the visit because they (so smartly) had the Churu treats on deck. They even sent us home with some more treats because they loved them so much! It felt like everyone there really cared about my cats' wellbeing/health and I felt like they really were trying to listen and be thorough. I'm really happy I found this place because I used to jump around from vets because I would move a lot, but I am planning on making this my regular vet's office. I highly recommend!

Roman had a great visit at BLVD for her wellness visit. I appreciate that they brought her out of her carrier, let her play with toys, and get comfortable before we got started. During the exam she was given a Churu lick-able treat (her favorite!). Dr. Bean answered all of the questions we had and even sent her home with a bag of treats. Highly recommend the BLVD team.

Cares more about money than my dog. Wouldn’t even comment on a photo of my dogs possible urgent Care because they hadn’t seen the dog in a year really? And you don’t even have time to squeeze me in either?? No just no…

We went to Boulevard Veterinary clinic on a follow from a emergency visit to the veterinarian hospital , because he had a cough . I wanted to make sure my dog would be able to see a vet after the visit to the hospital. I got there about 10 minutes early and they knew who we were and the nurse and the doctor were so nice to my dog. They examined him while I was in the room which made me feel comfortable. After ward the took him to the back to update his vaccines and off we went on our merry ways. I would definitely go back there because I felt comfortable there and know that they would treat my dog as if it were their own.

I was looking for a vet near my house so that I didn't have to put my cats through the torture of a long car ride. I was extremely impressed with the mannerisms of everyone in this facility from the front desk staff, the vet techs, and the vets. I had the pleasure of taking both of my cats to Dr. Simpson, and I could not be happier with my experience. Both times, she spent at least 10-15 minutes on the phone with me to go over results and next steps. I can tell she truly cares about cats! I do think that prices are on par with most other vets in the city. I will always pay more if necessary to ensure that my pets have a pleasant experience at the vet. They are very upfront with all of the costs, and give you the option to opt out of certain tests and procedures if it is out of your price range. My cat has to have a dreaded dental procedure which is pretty expensive, but they sent me an itemized estimate to help me understand the costs with this procedure. Due to COVID, I have not been in the facilities, but I expect when I am able to go inside it will be just as great as I've experienced from the outside. Thank you all!!!

We just moved to Chicago and wanted to find a vet close to our home. We visited Boulevard Veterinary Logan Square this past week and we're SO impressed. We have a severely anxious dog that can sometimes show fear aggression (especially at the vet). Taking him to the vet is always a huge stress on our whole family. Everyone from the front desk, vet technician, to the the doctor were extremely helpful in making our visit as calm and productive as it could be. Our vet (Dr. Simpson) even consulted with our Vet Behaviorist before meeting our dog. I felt like a lot of attention and care was given to our pet which is something we rarely receive with a dog that is quite difficult to treat. Thank you for making us feel seen and cared for!

So I'm a new pet owner & I had alot of questions regarding my pets care at home & over all care " they were very patient & most importantly they were polite answering all of my concerns & explained the whole process of my dogs present care & future care" so far so good" I look forward to future visits for my Female Jack Russell Terrier ( Ginger )
