We love Windy City Dog Walkers! Our little maltipoo really enjoys his walks with his walker, Jacob. The company is extremely accommodating of our unpredictable schedules and even arranged for a 50 minute Christmas Day walk for our little guy. Windy City Dog Walkers has been a life saver! I am definitely what you would call an overprotective dog mom and spent hours researching the best dog walking service I could find that is also affordable. I am so happy I found Windy City! They are responsive, professional, and extremely reliable! The best part of this service is that you are scheduled to have a consistent walker, which is great for dogs who get nervous around new people. My pup loves going on his walks with his walker Taylor! Omg this company is amazing! When I first got my golden retriever puppy Logan I was super nervous to leave him with walkers when I went to work, but my Fiancé and I are both teachers so our summer had to come to an end at some point.... I had it all planned out, I was going to use Wag/Rover and have a long term sitter. My first sitter got COVID and my second canceled last minute so I was left doing on demand walks which was a real pain. Not ever meeting the person who was going to take care of my dog and having to find a new person each day. Then I switched to Windy City Walkers. There rates were cheaper and I got to meet our Walker, Adam, before ever paying for a walk. Adam and Logan get along beautifully and Adam always sends the best pictures. Probably some of the best pictures of Logan on my phone even though there are thousands that I took!! Overall, I really appreciate the walkers that have worked with Logan and the Owner Tony. They are incredibly flexible and always can cover a late night or weekend walk. Please give them a try!!!

Very responsive to messages and professional. They take the time to get to know your dog, what they're working on and any other special requests you may have before starting with regular walks. I prefer them over on demand walking services-higher level of professionalism, reliability and consistency for my dog.

Windy City is a fantastic service. They go out of their way to provide us with the same dog walker for nearly every walk so our dog is comfortable each and every time. They’re great about last minute scheduling as well which is a huge plus for those of us that work hectic jobs. Pricing would be my only slight area of contention but, overall, Windy City charges the same amount as any other dog walking service in the city. We certainly plan to continue using them for as long as they are in Chicago!

I have been with WCDW for my dog Bayou for 3 months now and the service is perfect. I get updates every time he is out and comes back complete with pictures. They have one primary walker for him which means any changes in behavior or health get picked up on right away. WCDW is responsive as well! The progress reports after the walks always make me smile (and assuage any anxieties). We've already recommended the service to a few friends!

We love Windy City Dog Walkers! It's great to have a consistent walker each time who knows our dogs and their routines. Our regular walker, Ric, is reliable and trustworthy. Our dogs like him and he is especially patient with our very slow senior dog. (Thank you!) The managers who fill in if he is unavailable have been great too. It's a great service. The initial interview was awesome, you could tell you were talking to someone who REALLY knows and loves dogs. It really put me at ease. Portal is great and easy to use. And my walker is amazing, I can tell my little pup is being taken care of so well. She's super attentive and always makes sure to communicate about any questions or issues. We have used Windy City Dog Walkers for two years and have had an amazing experience! We have a German Shepherd who can be a little skittish around new people. But with WCDW, we were able to have the same walker every single day for the first year. Then when he left, our next walker has been the same every day for the last year. That consistency is important if you have a skittish or anxious/nervous pup. Plus, it’s nice knowing the person who will be in your home everyday. The company is super responsive... you just send messages in the app or through email and they get back to you right away. I wouldn’t use another dog walking company for my boys!
