West town walkers has been incredible! We were so nervous to leave our little puppy Milo home alone while we both work Monday to Friday. We left him alone at 14 weeks, and west town walkers made the process so easy and stress free. We discussed different walk options with them to fit with Milos nap and crate schedule. What is awesome is they are one of the few companies that offers 1 hour walk options! We are so happy with our Walker, Patrick, as well as with Amy who sometimes substitutes for Patrick. They are kind and attentive to all of Milos needs. Milo thoroughly enjoys his time with them, so much so that he naps the rest of the afternoon until we come home! Robin has been wonderful in accommodating us, even at the last minute, and addressing any questions we have. Also- their pricing is very reasonable! Thank you, West Town Walkers!

We love our dog walker Amy, and so does our dog! Anytime we see her in the neighborhood while on a walk, our dog goes nuts and gets so excited to see her. Amy is so great with Odis, and we love how much he loves her! West Town Dog walkers (Robin) is always so accommodating with any last minute changes, or if we need Amy last minute for dog or cat care. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful, kind animal lover like Amy to be able to take care of our animals. We have been with West Town Walkers for over a year now, and they are the best.

We have been using West Town Walkers for almost 2 years. Our dog is suspicious of strangers, so she needs the same walker consistently. We have had 4 different walkers over the 2-year period, with a scheduled intro before anyone new begins. We always receive updates via text after each walk. Kathy and Brendan have been especially great with our pup. Robin is organized, flexible and reliable, and the cost of the walks is fair.

Amy walks our two dogs and is wonderful with them, even though they can be a handful. We get follow up texts after each walk from Amy and Robin is great about checking in each week and keeping us updated. We looked at SO many other companies/services and are so happy we chose them. We are so happy with West Town Walkers. We were a bit nervous at first because family/friends had told us about their bad experiences with different companies in Chicago... But, Alec, our walker is wonderful. We have a little puppy that is 3 months and a 5-year old dog... He is amazing with both... he has a lot of patience with the little one (who can be a handful) and is super communicative if he sees anything unusual. He comes twice a day to take the dogs out and play with them. You can tell he really genuinely likes dogs and he is also very generous with his time. Alec is also very flexible if we need to change something in the routine, which I greatly appreciate since puppies are constantly changing and have various needs. We couldn't be happier and would recommend this service to anyone, especially people with pups that may require a lot of attention.

Very Disappointing experience. The dog walkers are not trained or vetted as advertised. The problem is with the owner Robin. Rude, disrespectful and not customer service oriented. Definitely more concerned with her well being, than the well being of your dog. No flexibility. Would never recommend this service to anyone

We love West Town Dog Walkers! Jacob walks our puppy Lucy two times a day and is great with her. He send a follow up report every day letting me know how the walk went. Robin is also great to work with! She keeps us updated on the number of walks we have left in our package and checks in to make sure we are happy. I would recommend to anyone in the area!

I've been using West Town Walkers since the beginning of May and they have exceeded expectations. Robin set me up with my walker's name and phone number. We coordinated a time for the walker to meet my puppy so they could get acquainted, and show him where I keep her leash, waste bags, treats, etc. My puppy seems to really enjoy their walks and my walker, John, always sends me pictures of her and lets me know if she did her "business" or not. My puppy was really sick one time and I asked John to give me an update on how she was when he walked her and he eased my mind. They are always on time and very professional. I would recommend West Town Walkers to anyone who wants to make sure they're four legged family member is well taken care of!

When he met the dogs, he knew exactly what to do to win them over. He leaves great little notes for us to know how the walk went every day.
