ALL STAFF WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL AND Dr is the best !!!

It's with mixed emotions I leave a poor review. Dr.Kim and his prices are great, but one of his staff is super rude. She threw a fit since I did not bring my cat in a carrier and repeatedly scolded me about the carrier issue 2 times. She yelled at me about it when she brought my cat in and yelled at me again about it when she brought my cat back out. No one needs to be that repetitive and rude to a first time customer. I heard it fine the first time and it's not like I can magically whip out a carrier after the fact. She had this fear that my cat would run away, but my cat was harnessed and leashed. There is no way she is escaping her harness and leash. Apparently other owners have lost their cats in the parking lot so I get why they have this policy. I just have complaints about her demeanor. Her rudeness was uncalled for and absolutely upsetting to someone new who didn't know the policy. Every other vet I've had let me bring my cat in with a secure harness and leash, so this was new to me. I wonder if she is always in attack-mode to every customer. Oddly enough, the Dr also requested that I bring my cat carrier next time, but he politely asked and explained the rationale when I was speaking to him separately. I would have been fine and happy to oblige to their rules, but now I will not be returning because the assistant was super aggressive and that energy transferred to my cat who is super scared now.

I won't lie and I will be completely honest. This place is genuine & they show quality & care with each animal. The prices are higher than other places but it's the quality that keeps me coming back.

Will definitely be bringing my other cats here. They're super nice and caring toward animals.

Dr. Kim & Dawn took great care of our cats, as ever. They had their yearly shots & one had an office visit. Archibald Pet Hospital always takes good care of our pets, explains our options in terms that we understand, and gives good care at a reasonable price.

I love this pet hospital. The doctor is very straight and foward on what your pet needs. Hes very caring and my cat got good help. Hes fine now.

Very kind and attentive doctor and staff! We felt like our "baby" was well cared for when a large (non-cancerous) lump had to be removed from her leg. They called asking about her well-being after surgery and were very attentive in making sure it was healing well. Very reasonable price for the services provided and the level of care we received. Very happy to have found this vet!

Given my history with veterinary services, I was very skeptical to switch but was not happy where I'd been attending. I was refered to this pet hospital and am so happy I was! Dr. Kim and the service team are the most helpful, kind, generous, genuine people. Dr. Kim is honest and really cares about animals. These are a considerate group of team members that I'm so grateful for. So many vets are money traps who care more about their bankroll than the wellness of your fur babies. Not here. Here, they really do specialize in the wellness of your animals. If I could give 20 stars I would. If you're in search of a veterinary home, please give Archibald Pet Hospital a try.

I took my son's cat here for his vomiting and they were so kind with Black Beard...the doctor went above and beyond with the care and evaluation provided and even gave me probiotics samples to try for his tummy. Black Beard is much better now. He was taken back to be neutered yesterday and it wasn't the cheapest place around, but I am very pleased with their care and compassion for my son's beloved pet. He was sent home wearing the cone of shame ( at other places, id been charged extra for it with my other cats) and also with pain meds (again, other vets charged me much extra for meds). Black Beard seems to be healing nicely and not in discomfort today. In the future, I will be bringing both of our cats to this clinic. I am confident they will be taken care of here.

Amazing!!! The vet there was so great, patient, helpful, and EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE. I took my dog to Banfield where I was quoted $600 to remove a skin tag by her mouth, and the vet at this hospital only charged me $110 (not including exam cost), and that was with an antibiotic shot. So quick and easy, I couldn't believe it. Needless to say, the entire staff was friendly. So glad I took her here, it won't be the last time either.

Dr. Kim is unlike any other Vet out there. The compassion and empathy is unmatched. He won't do a million things extra just to make money like others will. We have taken our dogs and cats to him for many years and I always feel like he treats them as if they were his own. What is nice is that his team is just as awesome and compassionate. He takes carecredit if you are in a bind which is helpful. He will always do his best to work with you financially.

Great doctor and nurses. Very easy to get help during Covid crisis.

Staff makes me feel part of the community. Friendly. Patient. And the Doctor also makes us feel like we are good customers. He saved one of our siamese cats. So we'll be able to have more time with him.

Amazing staff!!! Very informative. We just took our pup here for the puppy pack of vaccines they are reasonable on prices and dont push you for anything. We went with banfield with our last puppy and absolutely hated our experience with them. Archibald pet hospital has so far exceeded our expectations!

The best pet Hospital. My dog was sick and Dr and assistant came out to the car to medicate and examine so he didn't have to be moved. Prices reasonable I've been with this vet for 10years...

Love this place. Dr is attentive and answers your questions. Girls are friendly and they care about your babies.

We love our Veterinarian We brought our cat Chloe in to see them because she was bitten in the face by a large animal, her head swollen and she was in pain. The doctor and staff AMAZING took great care of her and saved my baby The price is really fair and we appreciate them .... very loving staff I would definitely recommend them to anyone Thank you ???? Very friendly and affordable.. I had a previous experience many years ago and the doctor saved my dog's life, now I moved my other dog out of Banfield Pet hospital and I will stay with him. Highly recommended
