Our puppy doesn't let to many people but she does like the groomers at wag my tail

We love the folks at Wag Your Tail! They accommodated our Aussie last minute before Thanksgiving. Their prices are reasonable and service is excellent!

My dog had a bad hair cut and my other one had a good hair cut

Owner is very good. She takes her time with my dog. Trixie always comes home clean and happy.

Mia, my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, absolutely loves getting groomed here. She gets visibly excited as soon as she sees where she is. It’s like her spa day away from her two annoying brothers. They do an amazing job grooming her. She comes out looking so adorable. I highly recommend bringing your pup here.

Maggie is 14 years old now and we have come to Laura since she was a year old. Maggie is one the most clam and gentle dogs ever. Wag your tail has always taken great care of her...Hats off to groomers and all the work that goes into what you do! Thank you for caring for Maggie, she is a small poodle mix, about 8-10lbs

I have two French Bulldogs and have been taken them here since I had them. They are wonderful. They do such a great job. The are friendly and I would not take them anywhere else.

Took my French Bulldog here for her nails to be trimmed , ear cleaning, teeth brushing & was very disappointed. She looked like she wasn’t brushed, ears were still dirty & her teeth were probably not brushed. I’ve taken my cocker spaniel here many times throughout the years & was never disappointed but the service received today was unacceptable. 0/10 would not recommend.

Great small shop with helpful staff. Only bad part was that they only take cash.

Thank you Wag Your Tail! I waited a week to finally have a day off and Pet Supplies Plus decided to cancel my appointment because supposedly they couldn't cut my dog's hair because it was too long and they told me to go to my vet. I took my dog to my vet and they laughed and they said it was not impossible that his hair just needed to be shaved down, turns out Pet Supplies Plus was just too lazy. I found Wag Your Tail close to my home and they did an amazing job with my little guy. I picked him up he was happy and so was I because he received a great haircut for a very decent price! 5 stars will be coming back with my other pups and will be recommending to friends!

They know how to groom a dog they take a little long but they take care of your dog.

It would be nice to get called back when one leaves a message

brought my German Shepard Rosie in for nail trims several times, Always welcomed by staff, HUGE shout out to Ruben who did a wonderful job, on a less than enthusiastic client..This is a neighborhood friendly business, family owned and operated, and deserves support.

I try them once and now 4 years still coming to them

Highly recommend, local few blocks away from my house, Laura the owner is an awesome person, my Pom Pom smells great., nice trimmed fur he looks great! Laura knows what she’s doing and loves the her puppy customers, they carry Fromm dog food and that’s what I feed my puppy and Petco, Pet smart don’t carry, and they are not rude like Petco on Harlem, OHH let me tell you the price is right $35 cheeper than Petco!

I've been taking my Dog Shaggy to Wag Your Tail for ten years. Service is outstanding and the prices are very reasonable.

I find it really unprofessional when one makes an appointment at a certain time/day and when you get to the place it’s closed. Not a phone call or email was received informing me. It’s the middle of the week and it’s a day they’re suppose to be open. Yes it’s cold but it’s chicago. At least be professional and inform the customers who had an appointment that you will be closed. NEVER AGAIN !

This is an excellent place to take your pet for grooming! The owner, Laura is very nice and does a great job for a reasonable price. Coco is more than 18 years old and they did a great job with her

It's a shame you don't accept credit cards

I've been taking all my dogs here for at least 20 years now!!! Even though I now live in the suburbs, I never take my dogs anywhere else!!! Laura, the owner and one of the groomers, is wonderful! Everyone here really cares for all dogs!!!

I loved this place, the only “bad” thing is that the store upfront is a bit unprofessional. And smells bad. They should clean and dust more often up front .

They do excellent work. My dog goes in a mess and come beautuful and fresh

Very happy with the level of service. I take all 3 of my dogs to get groomed. Reasonable prices for services. Parking is not great on the street
