Dr Ezeani is without a doubt the bet vet we’ve ever had for our dogs. We recently moved away, but have yet to find a place and doctor quite like VCA and DR Ezeani. The staff is so friendly and always remembered us (unsure if that’s a good thing or not ????). With one reactive dog and one with A LOT of anxiety we were used to being treated like horrible dog owners at other places, but the staff at VCA made us feel the complete opposite. They understood our dogs special circumstances and worked with us to give them the best care and us peace of mind. Onto Dr Ezeani- not enough praises can be given for this man! A wonderful doctor who listens to all concerns and is incredibly knowledgeable. He is gentle and patient with our dogs while delivering the best care. Even through curbside service I felt our dogs were well taken care of and we felt great about it. I have considered driving the 4+ hours to come see Dr Ezeani and the staff at VCA one a year! Also- I should add the prices here are great, especially for the area. Dr Ezeani & staff- Kenji and Obi miss you all! Thank you for the years of wonderful care ????

I switched vets because I moved to a new area, but they are great and were very responsive to all my questions. I would recommend them.

This place is amazing. I want to mention the responsiveness...these ladies they have working the phones are amazing. They never fail to call me back quickly, and they are SO KIND and patient when they do. In dealing with a very sick pet, the last thing you want to do is wait. Dr. Ezeani (sp?), makes sure to get back to me once he’s available, and if he isn’t available, the amazing staff that call to give me breakdowns are the kindest and most understanding people I think I ever have dealt with in my life. I am so thankful for this place.

Had a great experience today! Staff is always super friendly every time I call or text. Nationally recognizable organization but still feels like a neighborhood veterinarian office.

I had anxiety dropping my puppy off for the first time with the vet. Everyone was so nice and professional that it helped ease my anxiousness. My puppy had a few vaccinations and a nail trim. I highly recommend this office. My puppy came out like nothing happened which was a big plus for me. Thank you so much for the great service. Sora and I will see you soon! :)

We love it for our pets

I recently took my dog to ARC for his bordetella, vaccination and a fecal test. ARC tried to charge me $425 for these two services. I called Uptown Animal Hospital, where we took him last year, they told me the cost at their facility for the same services would be $128. I also googled the average price of vaccinations and they are between $10-$25. ... ARC is charging 4x the price for basic pet services..... absolutely shocking! I would highly suggest doing additional research before choosing ARC.

I've been going here for almost 4 years and I highly recommend this clinic. Both the administrative and medical staff are professional and friendly. My cat gets very aggressive during visits, but Dr. Cipley works with us to make visits go as smoothly as possible. When my cat got very sick last year, Dr. Cipley showed great attention to detail and follow through, as well as patience and compassion. Thank you for all that you do!

Vets are good. Customer service could be improved. Everything is curbside right now and you WILL wait at least 5-10 minutes longer than you think. They cannot comprehend people coming by on foot, I live three blocks away and I come in a car because they make you wait wait wait and don't seem to care if you're on foot waiting in the cold with a cat in a carrier. You WILL have to climb over a snow bank holding your cat in a carrier to get your animal to the front door. (Call me crazy but if everything is curbside you'd think they'd shovel, you know, the curb.) You WILL show up to a follow up appointment they asked you to schedule only to be told right before the appointment when you've already drugged your cat and gotten them in the carrier that, Ope did you know this appointment is with a vet you've never met before? This new vet WILL bring up a totally new treatment plant for your chronically ill pet that has nothing to do with what you discussed with your normal vet at the last appointment. You WILL get payment reminders to every phone number on your account even though you already paid. So you know, a pretty typical VCA.

I bring my dog here for basic stuff like shots, ear cleaning & nail trims. They treat my dog well and are patient with his tendency to try to hide in the corner. Earlier this year my dog began limping and VCA had difficulty figuring out what the issue was, it turned out to be a luxating patella. While I do think VCA should have identified the issue earlier, it's not common in my dog's breed and so it was undetected at first. When they realized what was wrong after doing X-rays & seeing the luxating patella, VCA recommended surgical veterinarians for us to visit and schedule the operation since they don't do surgeries. After surgery my dog's vet called to check on him and also were able to refill his medication when needed. Overall I am happy here and the people do care about your pet.

Amazing vet! We saw Dr Tierney for a wellness exam and health certificate and I couldn’t have been happier with the service! Both the Dr and the whole team were friendly and helpful throughout the process and answered all my many questions patiently! The prices were also significantly lower compared to my previous vet downtown. They even gave us a little welcome goodie bag! I can highly recommend this vet!

They are really nice for the first experince for my pet dog and really understanding of how scared my dog was at first but at the end of it my dog turned out okay.

My dog has been going to this place for at least 6 years, great service, great Dr's.......all of a sudden when you have an appointment you cannot wait for your pet outside, you have to leave them there and come back later. This is not acceptable, I lost one day of work because of this issue: my dog had his appointment at 8:30am for a simple health certificate, I assumed I would wait in my car for my dog and I received a text telling me to leave my dog there and come back around noon. I did not give it 1 star only because the Dr's are very good but I will be going somewhere else for my dog's services. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Vet techs and vets have handled our cat with care and take time to answer any questions that we have. First vet I've been to in the city so I don't have a basis for comparison but I've been very impressed so far.

Found them due to a friend/neighbor that worked there, have had nothing but such great care from them! We have 3 dogs and even during COVID-19 they have worked hard to still get us in and take proper precautions. We always receive prompt call backs, dietary and med suggestions when needed. Our youngest recently had an eye infection that was found out to be a neurological issue and they caught it and made appropriate treatment suggestions right away.!

My Dr Vet was on vacation so I had to wait 2 weeks for my puppy's medication. If they're motto is "where we treat your animals like family" how can you let thishappen?!?!? Let's take away some meds from ur mom or grandma for 2 weeks and tell me you wont be mad. I had to go online and order meds because they do not carry it. The pharmacy I used needed authorization from the Vet but she was on Vacation. And SINCE my puppy only saw her, eventhough the prescription was already made. They couldn't approve it until the Dr came back. My pup was the one suffering because he needed the meds. Extremely aggravating.

Dr. W. is so kind and understanding. The administrative staff are caring and knowledgeable and the vet techs are so great with our dogs. We love VCA and so do our pups.
