They went above and beyond with the cut and service!

They are amazing. They are a small neighborhood shop, they are always available. You don’t have to plan ahead for an appointment a month ahead like other places. My baby loves her time there and she comes back smelling good and with the best grooming ever. I definitely recommend this place! Super friendly and they love your loved ones.

I have a 10 year old Shitzhu Yorkie who is unfortunately stuck in his ways. He's territorial, sometimes aggressive, and all around a tough customer. Everytime he goes in the team at Uptown treat him so lovingly and his cuts are always top notch. Uptown has been our go-to groomers for the last 4 years and will continue to be our trusted groomer of choice.

My dog is kind of a d-bag and doesn't like getting her nails cut. Usually it takes 3 ppl to hold her down while another one cuts. They did a pretty great job here and seemed to handle her well. Definitely coming back for all our nail cutting needs

I have been bringing my long haired cat Morpheus here for about 3-4 years now. Uptown pet salon knows how to cater to all animals! They handle all of their animals with love and care. Not to mention they always do a great job with the groom! If you're ever indecisive on where to go, look no further!

Took my retriever Cleo in for a "summer cut" for the first time in her 11 years. It turned out great! She looks better than I expected, and will be so much more comfortable in the heat. Was able to make an appointment the same week, no online forms or paper work hassles, in and out in under 2 hours. I will definitely use uptown again!

Very kind people, and very cheap nail clip- only $10. My little dog gets so nervous about these things but this was the calmest I've ever seen her at a groomer!

The best! The only place I have brought my Shih-Tzu mix to for 4+ years! They treat their clients like family.

I take my dog for bath and nails. It takes about 1-2 hours and I mean it's nothing crazy, they clean him and I haven't had any issues

I absolutely love the way my dogs groom turned out! For reference, I have a mini golden doodle puppy and senior Maltipoo. They were both done in an hour and a half. The owners were so polite and friendly. I highly recommend them! This is the best haircut my pets have received.

The ladies who work here (I believe they also own the salon) always greet you with a smile and have always done a great job with my pets. I’ve taken my Chihuahua here for grooming and my cats for nail trims. They’re always timely and the price point is the best in the city. I go here every couple of months and have been for the past three years. They accept credit cards and street parking is not hard - always a plus in the city!

Great place!!! I was very impressed by how my long haired cat was groomed. My kitty gets super stressed and shaky so I was happy to see that he was less stressed coming out of the salon than in. The haircut was nice, even and smooth. Their ETA was accurate and this place has more than fair pricing, I was actually a little surprised that it was cheaper than my previous groomer in Minnesota. (I was ready to pay more for the service I received) so thank you uptown pet salon for taking great care of my cat!

DO NOT TRUST these ladies with your dogs! They are liars and don’t listen to the customers, they also lack on knowledge. I took my Labrador Retriever, and specifically ask to trim with scissors, because as they should know, Labradors need their double coat. They cut his hair all around with a razor leaving him with one coat after I specifically said I just wanted a trim! I’m so upset, NEVER COMING BACK. Then they want to lie and say we never specified anything nor want to give me my refund. I took two of my dogs, I was only asking for my Labrador retriever refund because they failed my orders and they failed my furbaby.

Quick, easy service! Unbeatable price, too - $10 for a walk in nail trim. 10/10, highly recommended!
