Best dog walker business I've ever used!

We LOVE our dog walker from Smart Paws!! So far we have only had Crystal, and Olive is obsessed! She’s always prompt, very thorough and so sweet to our pup. Smart Paws as a business has been wonderful. Secure, prompt, and so easy to work with. We would definitely recommend!

I love Smartpaws. Repeat. I Love Smartpaws. These folks have been there for me time after time and are extremely accommodating. The online scheduling tool is super convenient and the follow-up notes for each visit keep my mind at ease.

Have used them many times for pet sitting while out of town. Judging by the pictures the cats love Jorie and Maggie (think she’s gone). Prices are amazing, scheduling is super easy, and thankfully they do water my plants :). Three star rating was result of forgetting to lock my door. Kind of a BIG one. Probably should’ve given 2 star rating. One more time and I’ll find someone else. Also not great that they no longer provide weekend service.

Used to be great, but they recently stopped weekend service with no prior notice. They allowed us to schedule anyway, cancelled last minute, and left us without a sitter for the weekend while on vacation.

I reached out to Smart Paws Chicago on a recommendation from a friends a little over a year ago when I adopted a rescue dog. They were amazing right from the start! Had a home visit to meet my dog and walk through everything. My dog is on daily medication so this was also a concern of mine. Not only are the ALWAYS on-time, they never forget his medication and send me notes on my dog, which all but make my day! They give me peace of mind that my dog will always be taken care of and the ease of adding walks when needed is also great. I can not recommend them enough!

I cannot say enough good things about SmarPaws....they have been the best for our puppies. Easy to schedule, easy to deal with, just easy all around. We love the notifications that they have arrived and absolutely love getting the emails with photos after the visit. It gives us peace of mind that our pups are being taken care of and watched over with love!! I've told all my friends about SmartPaws and will continue to do so. They rock!

Smart Paws has been our trusted dog walker for Beckham for over 3 years, and after years of working with other walking companies, the customer service and availability at Smart Paws is top notch. They always keep clear lines of communication whether through the app, by email or phone. Their booking service is easy to understand and easy to modify/adjust/refer back to past walks. Beckham had an evasive knee surgery two years ago and the Smart Paws office team and the walkers were incredibly understanding and listened to our every need as Beckham recooperated- such a tender time for an animal owner!

Smart Paws has been a lifesaver for me (and Hobbs) on numerous occasions - whether I'm working late, attending a weeknight event, or when Hobbs just needs some TLC. The app is super easy to use and they always accommodate my last minute requests and changes. Thank you Smart Paws for taking such good care of Hobbs and easing my worries!

I've been using Smart Paws for almost 2 years now and I could not be happier! Our dog is a rescue, so she requires a little extra patience. I couldn't have asked for a more professional company that I trust to not only come in my house when I'm not home but also to take such good care of my dog. They even hold a competition once a year and create a "Yearbook" of all of the dogs they take care of. An AMAZING company who I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a dog walking service!

The walkers all seem very nice and are genuine dog lovers. I love the entertaining notes and cute pictures I get in the walk summary email. Such a great company!

We've been using Smart Paws since we first got our dog (Castiel) over 2 years ago and they've been great! Our dog seems to enjoy going on the walks with them. Scheduling his walkers online is very easy and they provide feedback on walk and photos of him (which is nice to see while you're at work).

I highly recommend Smart Paws as your dog walking service. They are flexible with hours, courteous, pricing is great, and will take exceptional care of your pup. They always give detailed reports and will give pics if you would like. You will not be disappointed!

Smart Paws is awesome! I use them for care for my dog and cat. All "walkers" seem to be genuine animal lovers. The ability to see when the walkers arrive at my house and leave is comforting and what is even better are the notes they leave from their visit! I always look forward to reading them and seeing a picture of my dog/cat when I am away is so nice!

I love SmartPaws' service! They are responsive, even on weekends, and I have peace of mind when I cannot be home to take my dog out for a walk. They also take pictures, so if you miss your dog, you can at least see that she is doing well.

Smart Paws is the best dog walking service! We love the professional walkers who take care of our Quincy dog as if she was their very own. They show up on time, walk her to her favorite spot and send pictures and the cutest update via email of their walk. You can view the route they took on your Ap and schedule walks there too! Quincy gives it 5 licks out of 5!

Smart Paws is like an extended family for my 4 legged kids. Compassionate, caring, and the people in their team truly loves animals. There isn’t another service I would ever consider using for my kids....and neither should you! :-)

Smart Paws makes my life so much easier. Scheduling online couldn’t be easier and they are just as happy to schedule my appointments on the phone. The walkers are friendly, reliable and trustworthy and best of all flexible. My dog had two friends stay over and Smart Paws bent over backwards to make sure all three dogs were well taken care of. I've been using the services of Smart Paws for over a year now. I made the decision to return to the workplace and honestly I was more nervous about someone taking care of my girl then the job. I actually cried the first day I left her to start my new job. I loved the fact they came to my home, met my girl, asked me tons of questions about her. Other services were recommended, but my gut said Smart Paws was the right choice. I loved the first email I received on her first walk. It was fun, I could track where she was walked, pictures....it made my day and still does. And we are a bit "high maintenance " and they're perfectly fine with that. I know my girl is in great hands. I've had last minute work situations where I've had to contact them for a last minute evening walk, and they were on it. I highly recommend Smart Paws!

I would highly recommend Smart Paws. I have used them to take care of my two cats while being away for various reasons. They are very dependable. The "walkers" always follow my instructions and some of them even go above and beyond. We've never had an issue with the service and I really enjoy the updates each walker sends out and the cute pictures that come along with it. Definitely a great service.

I love smart paws! They've been wonderful with my high energy, mildly reactive cattle dog. They're reliable, great about communication and local. Any time you have a request/issue, you can give them a call/email and someone will be with you quickly. I couldn't recommend them more!

Great service! Easy scheduling, no minimum number of walks, excellent email communication, available early in the morning until late at night- weekends, too. Due to my unpredictable schedule I don't always have the same walker but my senior dog is always well taken care of.

Smart Paws came highly recommended to us and it was easy to start the service when we got our pup. They came out to do an assessment and meet Tyrion; started us the next day with a walker. They're super flexible with scheduling and very communicative if they need to switch the time or if they are running late. We receive notification when the walker arrives and then an email with pictures after the walk is complete.

Smart Paws is a great walker. We started using them because of their reputation for flexible scheduling (including last minute cancellations), but they provided an awesome all-around experience. I loved getting the walker reports in my email and I would frequently share the included photos with my coworkers. Watching their snapchats was always fun, and they even nominated our dog as "Most Athletic" in their 2016 "Best Of" awards! (he got runner-up, which really tempted me to knock off a star....almost). Prices are reasonable and customer service is always responsive and friendly. A fabulously run company!
