My dog love going to play with all his friends and the staff is really nice and very good with the dogs.

It was our first time at that particular Camp Bow Wow, and it was an excellent experience. Not just for us, but more important for our two Jack Russell terriers!

Friendly staff, quick drop off and pick up. My dog clearly loves it. Great prices too.

Camp Bow Wow is fantastic! The people are very friendly and welcoming to both our pup and to humans. :-) I really appreciate the flexibility of the drop off and pick up of our boy. I feel confident that he's safe and having fun at camp. Milo also had a bath last week and he came home smelling so good!Thank you so much to the staff at Camp Bow Wow.

The live video feed is great! You can watch your dog throughout the day in multiple different areas of the camp. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable on keeping the doggies safe.

The staff was exceptional. They were professional and very friendly. I felt very comfortable leaving my dogs at Camp Bow Wow. They are constantly attending the dogs and take really good care of them.

Their policy on injectable medication is unclear and it’s a real problem. Two weeks after submitting a camper application, which included full disclosure of my dog’s insulin, and in preparation for a multi-day boarding reservation, I found one single line of disclosure on a brochure that read injectables are not administered. Mind you, I’m due to fly out the next morning for several days. In a panic, since there is no 24 hour emergency number for boarders, I called one of their California locations asking about the policy and sure enough, it was confirmed that injectables are not administered even though it was disclosed in my application. No one at their Oak Park location ever mentioned boarding would be an issue and I was even told insulin would be administered. Luckily, I was able to find an alternative to house my dog but had I not, I would have had to cancel my trip, which would have been disastrous for my business.

Staff were polite and answered all our questions. We liked the detailed reports. Can't wait to use them in the future.

When my dog gets closer to the front door, she gets excited to go in. She's always tired out at the end of the day. And because I can check in on her during the day via the cameras, I know she's getting good socialization with other dogs.Also, the staff are good communicators about how she's doing. I feel very comfortable with my dog spending time at CBW.

Took our 2 dog's for a trial day which was free so that we could find out if this would be a good mix so that we could board our dog's from July 3rd to the 5th and they passed and I am looking forward to have my mind at ease that my dog's/babies will be well taken care of. Great place, great staff, just all around great experience

We love taking our pup to Camp Bow Wow! It’s his favorite place, and all of the staff is incredibly friendly and clearly care a lot about our dog. The new punch card promotion is also great for regular customers!

The counselors are great, I like that my dog gets to play with other dogs all day, she is a puppy & loves to play also I especially like that I can watch her on the web cam all day, the only thing I didn't like is when we picked her up she smelled really bad.

What a scam! I brought my dog in for his "interview" and sent the proper proof of vaccinations which were confirmed by the staff. I arrived and they said they did not have my dog's bordetella shot. They told me that could give him one for $18. I looked frantically on my phone and was not able to find the pdf document. I arrived home and found proof that he was still current for another few weeks. They are just trying to scam their customers for unnecessary shots. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

Love this place! Everyone is friendly and loves my Chip! Big dogs, medium dogs, small dogs...all are treated equally! I have never gotten a complain about my baby. He is such a friendly and playful dog with a lot of energy. He comes home exhausted after a fun filled day with his friends. Easy to make appointments and Chip has stayed overnight. We love it here....what's best is Chip gets so excited every time we bring him.

Totally enjoyed our experience at Camp Bow Wow! Very friendly staff from the initial call (Monica), and welcoming staff (Yissell) who brought my dog Obi back to meet with the others. It's been a while since he interacted with other dogs due to the pandemic so I was worried. But their protocol was great and Obi had a great time, which we were actually able to watch on their web cam app. Only downside (which you can't really avoid) is the fact he got dirty and "smelled" like the other dogs. So we gave him a bath ASAP when we got home. Also, no outdoor play. Other than that, definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff is amazing at sharing information to help me make informed decisions for Dolce. If it was t for Monica I would’ve walked away and gone to K9 University. I was looking to get Dolce trained only to find out the trainer was not located in Oak Park. But Monica suggested Doggie Day Camp as an option as log as he passed the interview process. Then Monica told me if he passed we could look at Camp & Train in the future. Dolce passed his interview and had a GREAT day. Monica went above and beyond Thank you

I feel like the staff at camp bow wow love Cooper as much as I do. They know is personality and most importantly they embrace him and all his quirks. I trust them and so does Cooper. Shout out to my girls Monica and Stacey and all the staff. You get me and I appreciate that everyday!

They fired an employee after they requested accommodations relating to covid and have failed to meet any other covid related accommodations for its employees. This place has no morals or respect.

My boy absolutely loves coming here! Goes nuts when we arrive and goes nuts when he sees Monica. She's so great with my boy and everyone's fur babies. Her and her staff are awesome! I go completely out of my way to bring my boy here, he loves it so much. Very highly recommend!

My dog goes there often and she loves it. The staff knows all the habits of the dogs and are very caring.

By dogs, Albie and Winnie, have been going to Camp Bow Wow for about eight years. The care couldn't be any better and the staff is the best. I highly recommend the place.

The staff is great with the dogs. You can tell when people enjoy doing their job. My dog loves coming here to play. And I get a nice relaxed tired out dog when I pick her up
