Employees are amazing knowledgeable cool people caster robin and that franko guy are super cool and they were all helpful im glad i stopped here my pets are going to be much healthier with my new found knowledge

Lots of great toys and food for our cats. Staff really knows their stuff. Waaaayy better than any big box pet store.

Hello today was my first visit and I love the place I find everything what I needed for my babies fantastic people make me feel extremely welcome, I recommend this place 100% and more definitely going back!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are really lucky to have Ruff Haus in Lincoln Square. The selection is fairly small compared to chains, but there is enough variety that everyone will be satisfied. They've got the only cat litter I trust to handle my cat's (now cured) gastrointestinal issues - World's Greatest Cat Litter. The best part about Ruff Haus is the staff. They're super friendly and genuinely love animals. Edit: I ran out of prescription digestive food for my cat and the staff member I spoke to was so knowledgeable about food options. I purchased some of the high-quality food that they carry and my cat's digestion has been great.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Have a variety of everything for your pets and great quality. Also have treats for your pet to taste to make sure they like them before purchasing. Really appreciate that.

Went here after my cat was seen at the vet several blocks away. Thought Lark deserved a treat. I was blown away by the variety of cat toys!! Some I hadn't even seen before. I bought a cute ball designed of cardboard, a favorite material with my 6 cats. Their prices were decent, too! Staff was friendly.

This place always has a fantastic selection, friendly and helpful staff who are knowledgeable about dog products and health. I've been coming here for my dog food and health needs for almost 2 years, and I keep coming back. Great place!

Staff are always friendly and helpful at Ruff Haus! We often stop by to pick up a bag of treats or some bones, and we always have a positive experience. Stuff is a little more expensive than some other small pet stores around (Barks N’ Rec, for example), but they have a large selection and a lot of specialty items.

I was so excited to find this store - so many adorable things for your pet and, the food choices are excellent. But I don't know how this store is still in business. The staff is terrible! I will never give this store another dime. They are misinformed, rude, condescending, argumentative, and unprofessional. The manager, Crystal, is a ticking time bomb. My husband and I are still baffled by the experience.

It's so great having this place in Lincoln Square. This is pretty much the only brick and mortar pet store I go to now for my dog. The staff is extremely friendly and every time I go in there, someone is always asking if I need help. More recently, I was trying to figure out which frozen raw dog food to purchase and the staff helped me make a decision based on price per pound and quality of food. They have a TON of freeze dried treats and HEALTHY bones, not the bad quality rawhides. Highly recommend this place!

Wide selection of pet products in a compact store. Staff were very friendly to my puppy and offered a treat to her after asking for permission. They have almost everything you need for your animal companion as well as some brands of treats that I didn't knew existed. A bit pricer compared to the other pet supply franchises but I believe they deserve the support.

Staff is very friendly and they have a nice variety of more upscale pet food. However, they have a terrible way of pricing things, for example, the cans of dog food. They have a table with the different prices, but sometimes I get surprised when checking out and the price does not seem to match what I read. I often feel lead on. I wish they had a more efficient way to price things. Because of this, I don't shop there that often. Really annoying.

Customer service is always friendly and knowledgeable! They have a great variety of options for cats and dogs. Their hours are also longer, which is great when I need to pick up food for my pet after I get off of work.. Highly recommend shopping with them!

I felt insulted when i entered the stored the workers had their eyes on me, one even followed me, i was just browsing the new store but they thought i was gonna steel something. Just plain discrimination most likely cause im hispanic and not the regular caucasian(white) person they probably thought i couldn't possibly afford anything there. I bought some things paying over $37 which changed their attitude, so the employees clearly judged on appearances and have prejudice.
