We had a wonderful first experience! Staff was friendly and attentive, and even though my little Julian was sick, he was eager to make some new friends! Excited about this new relationship, and ready to come back under better circumstances.

They do a great job taking care of my doggies. A few years ago, I needed to put down one of them down. They were awesome on how they took care of my dog and my family in that difficult time.

Took such good care of my pittie!!!

Caring, thoughtful and reasonable doctors and staff. They truly care about animals here.

Don't go here they're thieves. During this pedemic where people are struggling financially they will steal your money. We canceled an appointment and we're told we would get a refund called 30 min later with the c.c. and they said nope to late.. its protocol. Go to any other place than here. I hope they don't treat the animals in their care like they treated us.

I have lived in my states and they have by far the most attendant staff. They truly want your pet to be happy and healthy. They don't push test or drugs that you don't want and explain everything so you know what's going on. Plus they are a full-service clinic with great hours. Thanks you guys

The vets here found my dogs illness that had not been found for years by my other expensive vet in the west loop. They are awesome!

Cutting edge treatment capabilities, friendly staff, weekend appointments. I moved to the suburbs and still come into the city to RVAH for all my vet needs. Highly recommended.

I've had a few appointments for my senior cat, Maude with Dr. Lloyd now, and am so very glad to have found RVAH. We have had some pretty bad luck with vets in the past resulting in unnecessary suffering to a couple of our animals, and because of this I'm often pretty nervous at vet appointments. We have had nothing but great experiences with RVAH and their staff. Dr. Lloyd, the AMAZING vet techs, and the front desk staff have all be so wonderful. Truly it is a relief to have found them after years of trial and error.

Caring staff, I took my American pitbull princess for a check up due to her shoulder pain and Dr. Garrison was very kind and loving. We became more knowing of her situation and look forward to bringing our other little guys here from now on. Thank you Roscoe Village animal hospital ????

We are new puppy owners, and the experience at Roscoe Village Animal Hospital has been amazing (even with COVID-19). They were very personable by phone and email, and professional in-person! Our little pup has enjoyed her visits.

Wonderful staff and close to home!

I gave this practice a 1-star review previously, because I've had unexpectedly high vet bills following what seemed to be routine appointments. They really helped me out today when I had an emergency with one of my dogs and had to book a same-day appointment. Dr. Triola was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient, and spent a lot of time on my dog's case, despite it being a busy Saturday morning. The service and peace of mind was worth the money today, and my dog is doing much better.

I took my very sick cat here recently and it was a purrrfect place to go. They got her in for a same day apointment and then everyone there was beyond helpful to both myself and my less than cooperative kitty. Would recommend this place for anyone who has a nervous pet or is nervous themselves about a trip to the vet. (:

Great people but routine visit was nearly $500

If you're looking for a new vet, you should absolutely take your pet(s) here. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, and very professional, and they all seem to possess a kind of intuitive bedside manner. Also they just love animals! All the stars for Roscoe Village Animal Hospital.

Everyone is so nice, and they clearly love animals a lot! My cats don't even mind going to the vet anymore! I also love that they do curbside service. Would recommend a hundred times over.

The staff and doctors are great. Everyone is very caring towardsyouandyour pets. Dr. Rovner is extremely knowledgeable and has done great work with our dogs. The stem cell treatments that they do, along with the chiropractic treatments, got our oldest from dragging her back legs to hopping around when she got excited. The only downfall is that sometimes the wait is a little long, even with appointments. To me, it's understandable because of the personal care and interest the doctors take for each family that comes in. We live 1-1.5hrs away, depending on the traffic, and it it well worth the drive and wait.

Duke received terrific care despite his reluctance and initial lack of cooperation , the staff were gentle and patient and Dr Rovner was thorough and managed to see the impossible- Dukes dewlaps! - to assure all is well. Thank you Roscoe Village!
