Rockstar Pets is the absolute best! They take such amazing care of my sometimes nervous pup who requires all the love. It's obvious how much they love what they do and I don't hesitate for a moment to leave my dog in their care. She always comes home happy, healthy and very sleepy!

We've used several different daycares/boarders for our dog Penny over the years and Rockstar is hands-down the best. Penny can be a bit anxious especially in new places but the first time we dropped her off I could tell that she was made to feel very welcome and would have the best care possible... I was amazed at how quickly she got comfortable--now it's like a second home for her. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. It's also awesome getting pictures of her out playing sent to us, makes being away from her a bit easier :-). They also do a fantastic job with grooming. We feel lucky to have a place close by that she loves so much and where she's in such good hands. Highly recommended!

Lots of outside play, attentive staff and the same dogs each fine so they really form friendships.

Rockstar has been the biggest blessing as a dog parent living in the city. A good friend of mine who I trust implicitly strongly recommended Rockstar for their pet sitting, daycare, and boarding. I was first introduced to Rockstar through Chris when she was able to pet sit for my dog, Eloise, when she was a young puppy. Chris stayed at our apartment for the weekend while my husband and I were out of town. Chris was so accommodating, kind, a great communicator, and wonderful with Eloise. She even did some training that weekend and then told me about the puppy kindergarten program at Rockstar Pets that we later signed up for. Elissa, the owner, has always been extremely caring, informative, and helpful. Eloise and I look forward to seeing Niki in the mornings and he has patiently answered many first-time-dog-owner questions of mine. Eloise adores being with other dogs and is very well behaved (with dogs and people) and I hugely attribute that to the training and socialization she had at Rockstar. I email Rockstar daily about Eloise’s food and other needs and I always receive prompt and polite emails at any hour of the day. They are very passionate about what they do at Rockstar and it is clear that they love the dogs they care for. We had Eloise stay at Rockstar for regular daycare after she graduated from the puppy kindergarten program. I can tell that she looks forward to playing with her friends when I drop her off and she is the same super happy girl when I pick her up. I greatly appreciate that Rockstar closely monitors the dogs, grouping them by age and play styles. They keep careful record of how long each dog is playing and where so that heat stroke, dehydration, and over-exhaustion is easily prevented. I look forward to receiving daily emails with action-packed pictures of Eloise living her best life. I never once doubted that my dog would be safe and well-loved while I was gone leaving her at Rockstar. Eloise and I are so grateful for you Rockstar. We love you guys and you will be dearly missed when we move out of the city. Thank you for all that you do!

I have been boarding my dog at Rockstar Pets for about 4 years and it has always been a great experience. The owner and staff are very responsive and friendly. My dog loves having other dogs to play with outside. They have a great outdoor set up. I highly recommend this place!

My dog Jaxson began visiting RSP a few weeks ago for daycare a few times a week. He’s been to other daycare places before but loves the outdoor play area. I love how through the staff is at evaluating and catering to your pet along with providing daily check-ins. I had a last minute change of plans and needed an overnight stay for Jax. RSP accommodated my request and did everything they could to make Jax feel safe staying at a new place! Thank you to the amazing staff for always going above and beyond everyday.

The absolute best doggie daycare in the Chicago area. Attentive, kind employees who truly love dogs and put them first. We moved to the suburbs recently and still drive to the city so our pup can play at Rockstar- they’re THAT amazing!

Best in the city! We consider ourselves lucky to be able to get our dog Barry in with Rockstar Pets. I love the pictures we get of him and they are always very responsive. We never worry leaving him here as we know he is in very good hands. I honestly don’t know how they handle my dog, but they do. ???? You won’t regret leaving your pet here.

We have been bringing our dog Sniper to Rockstar for about three years. I don't think I can say enough good things about the staff and the quality of care that they provide. The facility itself is wonderful and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your pet is well cared for. Our dog has a lot of anxiety issues, but when he is at Rockstar he is the best version of himself. They take special care to make sure every dog is well cared for and gets what they need. He plays so much and has so much fun that whenever he comes back home he immediately passes out. Rockstar is truly a gem in Bucktown.

I can’t say enough positive things about Rockstar Pets! The staff is amazing and it’s made my Puppy a more confident version of herself;) She went from a shy girl the first two days of orientation (they sent me the most amazing, caring, detailed emails and I get cute pics every day of the fun she’s having) to a party girl playing with all the Pups/People and living her best Puppy life! It’s made me so happy knowing that while I’m at work, my Pup Wrigley is in the best hands ever and having ball at Rockstar Pets;)

Pretzel, our beloved sheltie, absolutely loves Rockstar Pets! She attends day care, has stayed for boarding, and gets groomed regularly. She looks forward to being spoiled by the amazing staff. And we love the photos they send of our fur baby playing with her friends. You won't regret bringing your pup here.

We've been taking our dog to Rockstar for just about a year now, and could not be happier with the quality of care and overall experience we've had. From our inital tour and detailed write-up following his first evaluation, we knew that we had found a great group of people who really understand dogs, and have their welfare in mind at all times. Especially living in the city, we're so happy he gets to run around and play with other dogs off-leash outside, since we obviously can't let him do that in our high-rise or on walks. We've done daycare regularly and boarding several times (with the peace of mind that your dog is well taken care of when you travel!), and come home every time with a happily tired dog. Can't say enough good things about Rockstar -- we recommend them to everyone we know!

Our dog Quinn has been to a number of daycare places in Chicago. We keep bringing her back to Rockstar, even though we both work at home, because she loves it there. She would fight walking through the door everywhere else but drags us in knowing she’ll get to play. High recommend if they’re still taking new daycare dogs.
