I love this place .Lil Dude groomer have him on point all the time.The staff is so nice.I highly recommend this place to anyone.

They cancel my boarding appointment without notice or speaking with me. So unprofessional and no reliable at all. I call them multiple times due to missing vaccinations that my dog was missing. I explained to them that I had an appointment for his vaccines to be done before the boarding day. And they just cancel after they told me he was going to be okay to board with them.

Great place to board your dog.

My lil boy loves his Groomer, I can honestly say that this is a 1st for me. Until indifferences are noticed we'll continue w/ Pet Care Plus...

Truly the best day care facility ever. Carmen is AMAAAAZING!! I hope PCP knows what a gem she is. I’ve never seen my pup Oliver connect with another person like he has with her. She is incredibly kind and truly cares about the doggos. I’ve had just wonderful experiences with all the other staff too. Grooming services have been great as well. The fact that they have web cams so we can check on Ollie is just awesome. I’ve never utilized the boarding but the pricing is great and they offer a lot of options. Would recommend PCP 100000x over!

We bring our frenchie here to get his nails trimmed. They’re so friendly & our guy has come to trust them so the clipping goes quick!

Called for a tour and was told that they were too busy on weekends. Sounds like they are understaffed if one person is not available to take you on a tour. The person on the phone sounded busy and rushed. I would not want my pet in a hurried and hectic environment.

Pet Care Plus was great! Drop off and pickup was easy, even when before or after hours. When your dog is excited to be dropped off when you pull down the street, you know they are having a great experience. She even would be super excited when we passed staff walking on the street, which makes a dog owner feel like their pet is being taken care of.

Our 5 month old cavapoo CJ had his first ever grooming today with Summer. The entire staff was friendly and professional and our pup seemed very comfortable with them upon picking him up! Summer did an incredible job with the grooming and bath, giving him a very nice teddy bear look. We will definitely be back, highly recommend Pet Care Plus!

First time there and I love,they have the cleanest store I've ever been in. They have a pool for the pups and the gift shop is awesome.

This was the first time boarding our dog and it was her first time away from home and away from us for a long period of time. Petcare Plus did an amazing job taking care of her! First off, the services available are very accommodating. Having the ability to choose from the packages available (which start at a very convenient choice) and just being able to upgrade from there is something that is very unique! I really enjoyed seeing all the perks one can add to make your pup's stay more comfortable. What I wanted most from the facility were updates on our dog's stay to put my concerns at ease. I absolutely am thankful not only for the ability to see the webcam of the play area and her suite, but also receiving the daily personal updates and photos. My husband and I looked forward to seeing those daily while we were away and we found ourselves absolutely happy knowing that she was having the time of her life and was showing that to all the staff! I couldn't ask for a better facility, services and staff that is Petcare Plus. They are amazing and we thank them so very much for everything that was done for us!! Thank you Petcare Plus!!!!!

Pet Care Plus has been a real boon for us as first-time dog owners. The staff seem to genuinely love working with animals and our dog is always thrilled to head to daycare. She even enjoys grooming appointments, which is in stark contrast to her at-home baths. The service is amazing and we would recommend this option to anyone with pets.

This was our pup's first true cut and Kelly followed my go-by pics beautifully. My Whoodle looks more like a Wheaten, less like a poodle--just the way I requested. We'll be back in 4-6 weeks! Thanks for making his first experience so positive.

We visited as a possible place to board our dog. Maureen was terrific. This facility was clean, very accommodating and seems well managed.

I have used Pet Care Plus for a long time. Had to buy another one recently because the dog I adopted was very small and needed small collar/tag. Tags last forever and have never come off. Much better than hanging tags, especially for small pets.

They are the absolute best! The facility is nice and clean, the staff is incredibly friendly and takes such great care of my fur baby! Each dog has to pass an assessment day which makes me feel comfortable about the safety of my dog. You can watch each play area live, so you can see exactly what is going on! You can tell they care about each dog and the cleanings of the facility. 11/10 for sure!

This is our second tag but only because we moved. We have the open style and it is easy to get onto the collar without any fear of it popping off. Solid quality, made to last.

Pet Care Plus did an absolutely amazing job with my 88 pounds of fluff, Frank. He sheds like crazy and after just one de-shedding treatment and bath I can noticeably see a difference. He was so soft and fluffy when they were done with him. Not only was I super happy with the end result, they were so reasonably priced! We will definitely be back.

My dog, Riley, looks and smells amazing after her grooming today! The staff was so sweet and gave Riley lots of love. So thankful to have found a great groomer in Chicago!

I've been looking for a new boarding option, as our previous option closed, and our back-up dog sitter is not currently doing in-home dog sitting due to COVID. On short notice, I needed to travel out of town for a funeral. I liked PCP b/c of the 24/7 care, flexible pick-up / drop off hours and temperament testing process. My two pups are pretty different and given the covid situation, have not been boarded in some time, so I was a bit uncertain how they would handle it. Of course, my prediction of what would happen is not what happened... ;) The dog I thought would be totally comfortable with the team was the one that was not! That said, I was impressed by the PCP team and how they handled / managed the situation to make it work. I'm hopeful my pups get more comfortable over time, because I really liked the PCP experience and was impressed by the knowledge of the team and their flexibility. Also worth noting, given my last minute need, the team was also super helpful helpful getting my paperwork and vaccinations in. Thank you!

Pet Care Plus is the best doggie daycare in town! I send my frenchie for daycare several days each week and it has now become her home away from home. The staff takes pride in what they do and are truly incredible with the dogs and care for them as if they were their own pets. The facilities are fantastic and they have different play areas to accommodate dogs of all sizes, as well as a pool if your dog likes to swim! Another bonus is the taxi service they provide which has been a life saver. We love this place and will continue to send our little fur baby here!

Pet Care Plus is our one stop shop for our dogs. They are experienced with all dog breeds and their groomers are amazing! It's comforting that all dogs must go through a temperament assessment before they're introduced to their first day of daycare. Plus the daycare hangover is real because of all the fun the pups have.

Five stars hands down. After a few disasters at other groomers, we found PCP via a recommendation from a neighbor. Truly a god send for, our little Charlie (Cockapoo) , loves getting his monthly beauty treatment no more matting, tangles or bad hair days!!!

Our dog, Curly is a rescue dog. He is 11 yrs. old. He is Super Sensitive when groomed and prone to little seizure episodes if upset. PET CARE PLUS has been our ‘GO TO’ Groomers for over 2 yrs. and Curly loves Miriam, his groomer. He comes home looking GREAT & Happy!!! I truly cannot say enough good things about Pet Care Place. I have been a client for 6 years and will remain a client for life. They treat the dogs like family and when my pup, Cricket, was diagnosed with end stage heart failure and could no longer attend daycare regularly they didn't bat an eye at working with us to find way to use our remaining daycare package so we didn't lose the money. We still take Cricket in regularly for their incredible grooming services (she's 11.5yo but you'd think she was a puppy the way she perks up as soon as she sees the building) and I have every intention of utilizing their daycares services again once we get a new puppy. I have recommended Pet Care Plus to everyone I know who has a dog. They are the real deal.

Awesome place for doggo! We just went there for doggie day care party, so great. There is pool and play time location. Service is great as well. We got ice cream and ice water, so much blast!

We have been taking our dogs to Pet Care Plus for about 6 years now - they are the best! We have 2 high energy dogs that need one on one play with their staff instead of group play with other dogs. Group play is great too but we stick with what works for our dogs’ personalities. When we board them, our pups get to share the same suite. They love the pool. Their staff really gives us peace of mind so we can enjoy time away without having to worry about the safety and care of our dogs.

My dog Mosley loves Pet Care Plus, their staff welcomes him by name and he runs to them. He used to cry and jump on me at other places. They always make sure your reservation is as intended and Mosley always comes home in an energetic mood. We have used them for boarding and daycare for over four years now. Bonus, they have a pool in the summer. I have recently used their drop-off service too and that went off without a hitch. They are all about the dogs! They will be happy here.
