Cozy Cats and Daily Dogs Evanston, Illinois

My husband and I are so incredibly relieved to have found Cozy Cats! My sister recommended them when we moved to Chicago, and we're so happy that she did! Our cat sitter Dayana is wonderful and she's an incredible cat photographer too (see attached photos that she took of our cats). Each visit, Dayana sends us little stories about what our cats are up to while we're away, and includes really sweet photos of our cats that give us peace of mind. One time our flight was delayed, and we contacted Maureen (the owner) who picked up instantly and said it shouldn't be a problem to add an extra visit that night. She texted us immediately and said Dayana would be there to take care of our cats. We're so lucky to have such responsive and understanding people taking care of our cats. Highly, highly recommend Cozy Cats and Daily Dogs for all of your pet needs!

If you are looking for reliable and friendly pet sitters, look no further! I have loved every minute of working with our sitter Gen. And I know my cats love her too! I feel very comfortable leaving my home and fur babies in her care. The daily updates and photos are fantastic too!

My family used Cozy Cats & Daily Dogs for cat sitting when out of town. The owner, Maureen is wonderful and so responsive. Everyone I came into contact with at CCDD, was friendly and helpful. Our cat sitter was lovely and so sweet. We received daily updates with lots of photos. I appreciated Maureen's professionalism and transparent pricing structure. It was very easy to make a reservation via their portal and I even received a sweet message from our sitter on our cat's birthday. The only reason we no longer use CCDD is because we moved out of their service area which is a huge bummer. But, Maureen was kind enough to suggest some other companies that she was familiar with. I highly recommend CCDD for cat sitting.

I'm unfortunately moving out of service range after 4 years, but I couldn't speak more highly of Cozy Cats & Daily Dogs! Maureen is amazing and always got back to me quickly with any questions, and Jenny was an incredible cat sitter! I got a multitude of daily pictures that reassured me my cat was doing well while I was away, and a long description of each visit. On longer trips when my cat was feeling a little more down and less energetic Jenny went above and beyond to make her comfortable & engage her in play. I was going away on vacation and needed a pet sitter for my cat and parakeets. I honestly was very nervous to allow a stranger into my home and take care of my fur children.  I looked online and found that CCDD had extremely positive reviews (now I know why!!)   I reached out to Maureen (Owner) and expressed my concern.  She immediately put me at ease with her professionalism, caring nature and organization of the transaction. While I was away on my vacation Maureen was truly amazing.  I received daily texts with photos of the care that was given each day, including pictures of the freshly scooped litter boxes and filled food bowls with details of the daily findings.   Maureen truly goes out of her way to provide exceptional care to both my pets and my home!  During one of her visits a fire alarm battery had given out and was beeping.  Maureen immediately contacted me and took care of the beeping alarm as she was worried about my cat having to endure the constant beeping while I was gone.    I cannot recommend CCDD enough as Maureen truly cares about your pet and home!!  I highly recommend!!!!

We were out of the country for 2 weeks and were so nervous about having someone come into our home. We felt so guilty leaving her alone for so long. We didn't want her in an outside facility and decided to take a leap of faith and try out home visits. Melissa did a wonderful job and when she dropped our keys off Bella was so happy to see her. Working with the Cozy Cats and Daily Dogs has been the best cat sitting experience I've ever had. Maureen is always responsive and super flexible. Signing up for service is very easy through the website and you get a detailed receipt for each visit. Susan was always my cat sitter and she was a dream to work with. She always sent lots of photos and an update for each visit. When Susan was around I never had to worry about my cat. Susan will go out of her way to make my cat comfortable and taken care of. For true animal lovers, Cozy Cats & Daily Dogs is amazing. They treat your pet as if it were their own, and you can do so with absolutely no apprehension about allowing a stranger into your home. I recently lost my kitty and not only did her regular sitter Susan keep in constant contact with me during this trying time, when the owner of the company Maureen found out, she too reached out and offered empathy and her condolences, not as a business/client relationship, but as someone who truly had a vested interest in the well being of my Sassy.
